Saw nurse Nikki for my first Botox treatment. We had a consult last week and she was so knowledgeable and made sure I understood what I was getting and why. The treatment went great. Can’t wait to stay young thanks to Nikki and H2T!

I saw Nurse Nikki for Botox and she ended up doing filler in my cheeks as well to contour my face, as I have a rounder face shape, and I am SO happy with my results. With just one syringe my jaw line looks more defined and I’m already planning my next appointment for additional services☺️ Everyone in the spa is so kind and helpful and go above and beyond at making you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in the door.

I have been going to Head to Toes for over 25 years. And, in all that time I have always had the very best service with everything they offer. When John and Matt took over I couldnt think that they could improve on perfection, but, they did. That is why, even when I moved out of the area, I still used this salon for all of my needs. The Management truly understands the needs and the demands of their clients. Everyone who works there provides outstanding service and gives their best attention to meeting your needs whether it be for cut and color, manicures and pedicures or their outstanding facial and skin care. And, they do it for everyone on a totally unique and individual basis. Their family to me, and, they can become family to you. I highly recommend coming into their new location and being taken care of on the highest level. Its one of the best things you can do to take great care of yourself.

Head to Toes Skin and Laser Center is ridiculously amazing!! I had a Radiesse Volumizing Filler done on Friday and WOW! I look and feel 15 years younger. I met with the incredible owner Matt to discuss my unhappiness with what aging and sun damage had done to my face. Matt actually got done to the root of my concerns and suggested a simple procedure that would give me a natural more “refreshing” appearance. Boy did he deliver.Matt is a true professional!! Do yourself a favor, call or stop by for a consultation.

I called in advance and was told it would be $90 for a cut and single process color. I went, and the stylist was prompt and nice. I didnt like the way my color came out; it may have been due to the way I described it to her, but to me, it didnt look much like the swatches she showed me before the appointment. The skin around my hairline was also heavily dyed for about two days because rather than put something on my skin to prevent the dye from staining, she just applied the dye and then tried (unsuccessfully) to clean it off after the fact. When I went up to the counter, they charged me $125. The receptionist explained that it was because they had to pull the color through to the ends of my hair to get it to match my previous color, and going forward, it would be around $90. She said whoever answered when I called should have said $90 and up. I paid without further argument but I wont be going back, Ive returned to my old salon.

The woman Meg who does my nails is very talented and takes her time. Best experience Ive had yet!

I went to Head to Toes for an updo to wear for prom. I went in and showed the young woman doing my hair multiple pictures of what I wanted. When she finished, not only did it look nothing like what I asked for, it looked bad too. It was just a braided bun pinned up. I asked politely for her to just do a half up, half down hairstyle instead. I also showed her pictures of what I wanted. Once again, the hairstyle was not what I asked for nor did it look presentable. The curls were frizzy, messy, and not curly whatsoever because she messed them up while putting the upper section of the hairstyle up. And the half up part was just a braided bun. I could have done this myself instead of being charged the ridiculous amount of money I had to pay for a crappy job. I didnt want to hurt her feeling so I just left with the hairstyle and had to go somewhere else to have them fix it. Because of that, I was late to my prom and was unable to take pictures with my friends and date beforehand. Now, I am not speaking for the rest of the salon and its workers as I have only been cared by one. In fact, I got my makeup done there too but by a different woman and she did a great job, however, I had a very bad experience and I figured Id just mention it. Head to Toes does have a lovely facility and I am sure it has worked out for other clients so with in consideration, I have given them one star.

The ladies were nice, but my nails look awful. She didnt even trim my nails or clean them. There is also paint all over my toes and she didnt even get my old polish off.
