Manicure took very long for service needed. In the end nails were all different shapes, not painted well, and acrylic over nail was very uneven and thick. Acrylic was lifting off nail while still in salon and when I asked about it, a nail glue was very lightly and hardly applied. Atmosphere was not professional at all as owner came in very loudly with other people setting up for a future event.

This is definitely my new favorite nail salon! Most services are less expensive than other nail salons in the area and the staff are very friendly.Amber she’s the best she took the time to make sure my nails looked absolutely perfect, and I really appreciate it!

I’m in town from Denver and This salon is great! Everyone is very nice, vibes are there, and they listen to what you want, cute and cozy to call your home nail shop. Prices are very reasonable also, Marv is AMAZING.

I LOVE Tonyas Nails! She has been doing my pink and whites for two years now and the are consistently beautiful and Im always getting compliments on them. I wish I could figure out how to post a picture to show you what an amazing job she does.

This is my second time coming here. Both times have been a very pleasant experience. The ladies that I have met are very professional and my pedicures are great.

I came here because it was so close to my house and I decided to try it out. Bad idea.The woman took over two hours just to take the polish off my nails and sculpt the acrylic. I told her I’d paint them because I was not happy with what she had done and I was ready to get OUT of there.She filed my nails for about an hour, unsure how to get the gel polish off. She used like 10 different dremel tips and burned me several times. She also cut the skin around my nails 3 times. There was acrylic on my skin when I left and the nails were uneven, shape-wise and length-wise.I also told her I have very thin, brittle nails and to be careful filing them too harshly and she used a very rough 100 grit file anyway.AND I had a nail that she replaced BREAK the very next day. Never happened to me before so quickly.I was horrified. This is the worst experience at a nail salon. I can’t remember her name, but it was not in any of the other reviews so maybe she is new there. Got to the shop, it was empty. And I was told at 2:00 that they had 3 appts for 2:15..well I didnt leave until 2:12 and still no one showed up...they just turned away money but got a sign up that says sale. Asked me to come back tomorrow.. IF I NEEDED SERVICE TOMORROW THEN THATS WHEN I WOULD HAVE CAME...I DRIVE FROM WESTSIDE FOR THIS ..im more than upset..they could have started on me..there was nobody there!!

My Name is Teresa Tebbe I purchased a spa treatment thru Groupon. It was a little hard to reach them to make my appt. I am a first time customer. I did reach someone made a appt for Monday August 19th was not able to keep appt. due to medical issues. I have 3 bulging disk in lower back which causes me severe muscle tightness and pain. The past weekend events caused back to be in a lot of pain. I tried calling this place has no voicemail to leave message to reschedule. I have called and called Monday and Tuesday trying to reach someone NO BODY ever answers the phone I called at least 50 times NO ONE has ever picked up the phone. I left 2 messages on Messenger and 1 text to main phone. With no response back. This place has good reviews on services. I would like to know how to get the service I paid for. They will not pick up the phone nor do they have a way to leave a message to schedule appt or to cancel or reschedule. This is a Extremely poor way of doing business. Things come up. what if car broke down or got into accident on my way there. How do I reach someone to let them know I wont be there for my appt. I would give this place a big fat 0 if I could. You need to have a way for New and existing customers to reach you at your establishment. I have not been able to get the service to see if reviews on there work is honnest or not.

Today was probably my last day to get my nails done. Tonya has done my nails for the last 3-4 years. I dont plan to try out the new owners services. Ill miss Tonya immensely.
