Ritzy Nails did a great job doing my nails. I’ve been to a few places before that just missed the mark on painting non acrylic nails. I was very impressed with my nail professional James. He made my nails and toes look great. I decided to get the pistachio green on my nails and toes. The toes only required the regular nail polish, but I paid an additional $15 to get my nails painted with gel. My nails lasted over 2 weeks unfortunately my nails grew out faster than I would have like. My toes still look good. Regardless, I really enjoyed my experience and will come back again.

The customer service here is great! My preferred nail techs are John & Ivy. I showed Ivy the first photo, told her I wanted it exactly like the photo and the other photos are the results. I love it! This full set is $70 and an extra $10 for regular nail polish for my toes. Ivy was patient and is the epitome of the phrase trust the process. Highly recommend coming here & come early!

I just wanna say i have been trying different places all around and I am certain that I have finally found my place. Shout out to Lee for doing an amazing job ! Her team is great too though. I’m always happy with my nails when I go there!❤️ I love how clean the place is & everyone is so sweet and welcoming and they accommodate your needs!

Today I went to get a pedicure. This place has their waiting process down like Chick-fil-A! A+! They don’t keep people waiting for long before they are shown to their seat to await a nail tech. Leah was my nail tech today and she was awesome! I showed her a pic of something I wanted and she nailed it! (Pun intended).. she was so sweet and cute and even suggested different gems and stickers for me and my pedicure came out better than I expected. I will definitely be going back to her she was great!

This nail salon is phenomenal. Ive never had a bad experience with quality when it comes to my acrylic nails (full set or fill-in), SNS, pedicure or eyebrow waxing. They are always welcoming when you come through the door and ask what services they can provide for you. I would recommend this salon to everyone. Plus, I have never a broken nail or came out of the salon not pleased. Great job, Ritzy Nails.

My new nail salon!! I was in search of a new nail salon as I was not satisfied with the product I was getting. I stopped into Ritzy nail salon and recieved a Mani & Pedi from Amanda. I showed her a pic of what I wanted and she did exactly that!! I could not be happier from the Mani to the Pedi, her attention to detail was superb!! The salon was clean and it appears all of the salon techs value their work. You definitely have a repeat customer in me!! My pedicure go-to spot! I enjoy doing my own nails so I cant speak for manicures. But the place and its people are professional, courteous and talented.

My 11 year old daughter and I went here for the first time this past Sunday, shortly after they opened. I got ombre nails with coffin style tips and she got a full set of acrylics with square tips. I also bite my own nails when I dont go and get them done, so the poor nail tech was working with my bitten down nubs compared to a normal persons nails.We walked in and it was super clean, they enforced masks, they displayed their pricing where you could see it clearly and they had all their colors displayed where you could look while youre waiting and there was a BROAD range of colors! Everyone was super nice, nail techs were informative. I did not get a pedi this time, so I cant really say how those are. Im going to come back for a pedi another day.

This place is gorgeous! Everything is new and sparkly and beautiful. The staff are friendly and smile. They offer pastries at the front door. They have EVERY shade of the rainbow for nail colors! They are the most expensive shop I’ve been to, ever (it’s 5-$10 more for the gel manicure and the cats eye) I’ll have to ration my manicures because this place is worth going to. Some nail places really have a strong chemical scent, this one was well ventilated, I appreciate that.

I bought my mother a gift card from this nail salon for her birthday in August 2021. My mom waited over a hour never to be started on. She left. I will be turning in my gift card and have them return my funds so she can go to a different establishment. This salon used to be great but is clearly circling the drain.

Pedicure was a good experience as a licensed cosmetologist I have a hard time going anywhere knowing all sanitary standards and how to prevent spreading diseases. After our pedicures I watched my friend get her eye brows waxed & her tech redipped the wax stick in the wax every application. These sticks are supposed to be single use 😬 now the whole pot of wax is contaminated. Realistically if this is how they practice is was contaminated a long time ago. This salon offers Brazilian and other wax services so to think they dip the stick back in the wax disgust me.

Unprofessional when asked to fix said there was nothing they could do I would have to be charged more for them to be done the correct way that I liked. Constantly asked to start over in the first place and wouldn’t than my nail is crooked.

It was amazing it really does feel like I was at the spa. That place is beautiful and the service was excellent. They have only been there 5 months. I was very impressed

I came in with badly bitten nails, bleeding and absolutely horrendous. I made an appointment with Yen and she was the best tech ever! Super patient with me, gave me time to make sure I loved the shape and always made sure I wasnt in pain because of my sore nails! Triple checked the color as well as made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Ive never had such a phenomenal experience at a salon and I will be coming back again!Edit: its been three weeks and not a single nail lifted! I was worried that it would lift, break or chip since I work in a restaurant but nope, all are solid! Thank you again Yen!

Nail fell off 6 days after getting them done. I notified tech that day and she Said I could come in to get fixed, but my schedule and hers did not match up until today. Day 12 and I now have 4 nails missing. I technically only had a full set that lasted 6 days. I walked around for another six days with a total of 4 missing. Today when I got there and sat down, tech said I wouldnt be charged, But when she was done, she charged me. On top of that my nails done today arent as neat, visual hair underneath acrylic, and chunk of it left under tip of another. Plus I left today with my skin bleeding on side of my pinky nail, from all the filing done on the sides of my nails. Im just not a satisfied customer.SN two stars cuz she did a good job on my feet. But 💅 service terrible. Will not return as a customer. Or will I ever recommend anyone else even for feet.

It was my first time coming to the shop after nail salons being closed due to COVID-19, so I wanted something easy to deal with just in case everything was shut down again. They recommended SNS and I absolutely loved it. It was a great transition from acrylic nails and very healthy for my natural nails. They were very knowledgeable of the product and walked me through all the steps they were doing as this was my first time trying SNS. Please go visit Ritzy Nails. Great experience, relaxation and just an overall great salon!!

From out of town. The wait was a bit much but its a holiday weekend so, you wait everywhere it seems. I am basic black most every time but they did a great job on my SNS as well as my deluxe pedicure. 😊

Nice facility and friendly staff that did a wonderful job on my dipped nails and pedicure. I rated it 4 stars because I had a reservation with my friend for mani/pedis but they split us up when it was time to do the manicures.

Been here a few times, still coming back. Each time I have 3-4 weeks in between a fill. Which is typically unheard of! They dont lift or break off. I have some of the most weak fragile nails you could ever think of as well. But they do such a great job on mine they stay great. I definitely will make this one my place to come always.

Worse experience ever, never in my life and all the states I’ve traveled or lived have i ever experienced this behavior.I’m from California and new to Florida and couldn’t believe how judgmental they’re if you have tattoos on your hand.I paid 150 to get judged and stared at while being polite and friendly to them.My sister had to stick up for me because it made her upset for how they were staring at me and being rude.I canceled a meeting to enjoy my nail day and regret it, If I had no class and a security clearance career I promise you my reaction would had been very disrespectful and embarrassing for how they were staring at me and making remarks.I don’t recommend it at all!

They have the worst customer service. No one to greet you as you enter. I signed in at sat for over 20 minutes before even being acknowledged.

I had heard many good reviews about this place and also read the reviews before I came here. I had my nails done here on Thursday (2-13), I mentioned to the nail tech that it didnt look like he applied enough acrylic to cover my nail. I mentioned this multiple times but he kept on doing the rest of my nails when he was done I told him that it looked like I already needed a fill in but he just ignored me. He also did not file them like I asked and one of them was crooked. No matter how many times I asked him he would ignore me. I am not very please and will have to go somewhere else this week to have them filled in just because he didnt want to do a good job.

I have visited this establishment twice since Covid, the first time I had an amazing experience. They catered to and made sure my nails were to my liking and made sure my pedicure was perfect. I even brought my 3 year old daughter and they were so kind and patient. My second time visiting was today 09/15. I only went in for a quick fill in after work. My nails were short, square and white. An older lady helped me, didnt catch her name, But she completed the fill and shaped my nails but one of my nails was literally leaning to the left and I asked her to fix it. She insisted 3 times that there was nothing wrong with my nail, after I asked someone else to take a look to see if they noticed what I noticed (they did) she got upset and started handling me rougher than she had been handling me before. I then asked for someone else to finish me up and a nice young man (chu I believe is his name) literally fixed my nail in under two minutes. Can you guess who got the tip?

Great spot. Looks luxurious inside and my experience was superb. Awesome customer service. I would recommend you make an appt if you plan on coming weekends.Update: I took a star away because when I went this past Monday the lady who did my pedicure and manicure rushed the process and all my hands and feet polish was really messed up. When she was doing my gel polish she kept looking away as she painted. There was clear gel polish all over my fingers and it burned under the lamp. I didn’t really notice my toes until I got home but they were butchered too. I hope I don’t get her again. Don’t know her name but I do remember faces.

Update: its been a week since the fill where we discovered fungus. My nails are lifting now and I found fungus on another nail. I really hope they sanitize everything.I HAVE GREEN FUNGUS/BACTERIA after going to this salon for about 6 weeks. Ive never had fungus or bacteria before. Yen looked at my nails in disgust and said, Oh my God, what do you put your hands in. Which made me feel like she was trying to make me feel like I shouldve done something to prevent it,but really,my nails shouldnt seperate. Then she asked who did them last and I told her and then was very quick to cover it up and say it would just grow out and I was still charged full price for my fill. I didnt think they would actually go through with the fill or charge me full price, but they did both of those things. The place appears to be clean, but even though Ive had nails lift in the past Ive never gotten any type of fungus or bacteria. I wish Id taken a picture of the green patches on my nails before they were done. I hope they sanitized everything after I left.

Went on a Sunday. It was crowded, but there were quick and efficient.

I will NEVER go to this establishment again! I made an appointment and when I showed up they told me that the person I made an appointment with was not working. She then told me that I had to wait and that it would be over an hour before someone could get to me. What is the point in making an appointment if I will still have to wait? Furthermore, how is it my fault that your employee made an appointment for a time that she wasn’t going to be there? I will not be going here again because obviously they don’t value their customer’s time or money.

This place does really great work always! I was one that never went to the same place twice. But since I found this place I go back every two weeks they are amazing every time!! (James)

My friend and I went in together. I was getting a full set of acrylic nails (posted at $25) and my friend was going to get her current set of acrylics removed and redone. Not only are my nails uneven, and not the round shape I asked for them to be, I was charged about $50. My friend asked 4 times for her set to be soaked off before they were redone and she was ignored 4 times. They ruined her previously beautifully grown out and healthy nails by shaving them down way too thin. They also don’t answer their phone or respond to emails. All in all, a waste of time and money.

Today was my second time coming to this salon. First time was a great experienced. The experience I just had today was uncalled for. I spent 3 hours to get my nails done, and not satisfied at all. It was not what I requested, but was too frustrated to stay any longer.

My pedicure was awesome. Lee is a true professional. Definitely a 5 star service

First off the nail tech was way too rough with my hands. She left every single one of my fingers bleeding. Second of all they charged me and my sister way too much. We both got charged 70 and had barely anything done. Then they charged an extra 20 bucks on her card which was not the amount they told us. I will not be returning. Honestly I wanna refund or some type of gift card.

I have been to every other nail salon in the area and Ritzy Nail Spa is the best.The best service, individual package instruments that are just for me. Caring unhurried services that make me relax and feel like they care about their client base. Honestly, the best Mani and Peddi I have ever received and I have been getting them for 30 years!I just can’t recommend this salon enough, they are the best.

This spa is an answer to my prayers! For the past 3 years I’ve traveled 15 plus miles to receive this awesome type of service! Believe me when I say I am picky about my nails and the atmosphere in which they are cared for. A soothing environment and considerate costumer care is high on my check list of “most haves”! Here you experience clean stations, polite and talented technicians..... And, let’s not talk about the variety of colors and nail services provided. The icing on the cake for me was to witness them go above and beyond to offer comfort and service to one who is physically impaired. Thank you guys keep up the good work!P.S. took me three visits and trying three different technicians before I would give them a this review. Just wanted to make sure....😍

I moved to the Northside of Jacksonville by the River City Marketplace 2 years ago. I have tried every nail salon in the area. Finally, I have found a nail salon that checks all the boxes. Beautiful atmosphere and incredible service. It’s the little things that go a long way. I am so glad to now have a nail salon I can always count on.

Very impressed! Been living on this side of town for 4 years and Im so happy to finally see a salon that provides great service. I have been to many on the area, that didnt do a good job. The atmosphere was great, the SNS matching colors(nails/polish for feet) was phenomenal! No one has the big of a selection!! I finally can have the same color on my hands and my feet. Jen Yen was fantastic!

It was OK. I appreciate the social distancing and shields. I wasnt too happy with the lady who did my nails. She was rough. I always feel compelled to tip so I did but now I regret it. O well. I feel better now that I got a little care but she cant do my nails again.

Loved the atmosphere but the nail tech did not listen to me. When I tried to explain what I wanted he cut me off multiple times and did not listen, He also cut my cuticles on multiple nails and made me bleed. The did not put any lotion or any kind of pampering, he rushed through them and never asked what shape I wanted or anything. It may just be him, but it was frustrating to try to explain how I wanted them and to be ignored. I think I will try another nail tech next time because I did love the atmosphere

Im the hot water type. The water wasnt hot enough. I dont want the water too hot for the tech, though so I dealt with it. Who knew a mans hands could be so sensitive? Its been less than a week and 6 of nails have chipped gel polish. So now, I have to pay someone to change my polish and since my toes and my fingers must match, I have to pay to have that gel polished changed, too.So basically, Im paying twice. Oh and I have some place to go, some getting my nails done correctly is a must do...today. Yup, thats how I wanted to spend my day. Oh wait, I dont have time for this. So now I have to walk around looking a mess.

I have been living here in FL for just a little over 3yrs now. Out of all the nail salons that I have patronized; this is the best yet. Ive made this salon my only go to salon. I dont mind traveling from Orange Park, FL for cleanliness and quality.

For a year and a half I went to this salon. It was my absolute favorite. As of today I refuse to go back after I received unprofessional disgusting attitude by the owner and one nail technician. I went Thursday to get my usual SNS and pedicure, also added eyebrow wax. In total spent $105 that included the 20% tip. So today Saturday three nails chipped. After two days they chipped so easily. Normally they last for two weeks or longer. I go in today Saturday to get it fixed. I only notice two of my nails chipped in the beginning then when I leave for a second I notice my third one was chipped too. I go back and the owner completely gives me an attitude and tells a nail technician to fix it. He wasn’t happy about it and wasn’t listening to what I was trying to tell him. He wasn’t even going to start all over with that one chipped nail, and started to fix my other good nail. When I told him to start all over with the chip nail cus it’s chipped and putting more powder over a broken nail won’t fix it, he role his eyes and told me he knows what he is doing. However I have experience patching a nail wont fix it cus it will chip the next day. It’s easier to remove sns and re-dipping. Now my right hand completely looks horrible cus two fingers were dipped by the owner, the other two fingers by him who added a sheer top when the other weren’t added. Some look thicker then the other. My pinky that wasn’t messed up has only two dips from the original time which looks super light. I literally cried out of anger cus I never was treated so poorly by them. I moved to the town center and still made the drive up because I loved how professional they were and my nails always looked good. Today was a first that my nails chipped and I returned to get it fixed. I’m not sure what happen but normally my nails last and I always felt welcomed until today. I spent a lot of money and my nails shouldn’t have chipped two days later and if it did chipped I shouldn’t received the behavior I was given today. I came in with a good attitude and even apologized cus I wasn’t sure why the nails chipped so early. Never again. Now I’m searching for a new salon near southside.

I got a fungus in 3 nails from this place and I have pictures.

Was really disappointed in our visit. After going months due to Covid 19 you would think the technician would be excited to see customers. My nail tech was in a hurry and did a horrible job with my nail polish. I guess because I wasn’t doing gel she just flew through it to get on to the next customer. My nails and toe polish was streaked and left visible stroke marks.I won’t go back. Looks like I’m going back to olde faithful Olive Nails.

This Spa is spectacular. When i walked in, i couldn’t believe my eyes. I was greeted with smiling faces by everyone. Pastries were served to their customers too. Very friendly and professional. My nails are gorgeous. Jacksonville has never had anything like this before. I will be back with my family.

Honestly one of the best mani/ pedi experiences of my life. The place is so nice and clean and the staff is very kind. My nail tech was so gentle on my cuticles but cleaned them up perfectly. Both my feet and hands were massaged and it was just what I needed! Prices are also VERY reasonable easily the best nail salon in Jax! :)

Do not go.

Location is nice and clean, however my SNS nails started to lift and brake off within 3 days. I came back in and paid to repair one of my nails that broke off which damaged my real nail, but 2 days later that one started lifting.

Nails popped off in a WEEK! Spent too much money for that to happen! Not going here again
