Decided to bring my mother here to spend some quality time and was provided the worst experience ever. I usually go to Jax nails on university but they were closed on Sunday so I had to Settle for loves. The lady who was older was very rude and demanding towards the customers, on top of that she was rushing trying to work on 3 other customers at the same time and at the end of the service the worker had the audacity to ask for a tip and I had to explain to her “ had her attitude not have been so awful she would of had a tip”. I can honestly say the quality of work and the customer service is not worth the stress. Save your coins and go somewhere else.

After 3 days of getting my pedi/medi, my finger nails was chipping and the supposed gel polish was peeling. My nails look horrible as if it’s over a month old. I’ve never had this happen. And I use my hands all day at work and still my nails look good for a long time. Wish I can get my $ back. I feel if I returned to show them, they will say its not their issue. Or if they redue my nails the quality n polish will just not last

The staff was friendly and attentive, but for the money I could get a better manicure and pedicure. The lady that handled my pedicure took her time and was attentive. It came out nice but chipped within a week. This is very unusual, as I get regular pedicures and they usually last until my next appointment. The person that did my gel manicure was rushing. They left nail polish around all the edges. Normally I would understand this when they are busy, but the store was empty. Not to mention a week later my gel manicure is chipping and peeling off. I could spend $70 down the road on Southside and get a lasting manicure and pedicure.

After many long searches of finding a good nail salon, I think I found the one. I came here two times so far and I love it. Both times I came with poor condition of nails and they took such good care of me! Customer service was great & there was no wait time. They also did an awesome job on my nails! I think I found my regular go to spot.

I get my nails done by the owner there. I believe here name is Tina. She does a great job and is very quick. She makes sure you are happy with your nails. Also very fairly priced.

Just got my pedicure done and they were kind BUT they literally don’t know how to paint nails.The first nail tech painted globs of paint of my nails to look smooth but it would’ve taken hours to dry. Globs of paint instead of two smooth layers.The second tech didn’t do any better. She didn’t get my entire nail..at all. Missed the corners and it wasn’t smooth.I told them I wasn’t happy with the job and would have to redo my nails at home because they didn’t do them properly.I’ll never go back again. Then they had the nerve to ask me to come back to get my finger nails done 😂 #Nope ..Only reason I went there today is because Glitz and Glamour is closed on Sundays. Don’t waste your money at Loves Nails and Spa.

Ive been going to Tracy, the owner, for years and wouldnt go anywhere else. Her salon is clean and inviting, and every service Ive received has been excellent. If there ever is a problem, they will fix it without hesitation. I highly recommend Love Nails & Spa!!

Tina is the best hands down. I would only go to her. They are really slow. A pedicure and fill in takes 2.5 hours or more. Service is good. Tina is fast, but you are there forever.

I’ve been going here a year and they are the best I’ve seen in a long time. My nails always look good and I’ve never had a chipping or breaking issue as I’ve had at other places. Highly recommended!

When I to Loves they gave my appointment away, I had to wait over an hour to get a fill and a pedicure. At the time I thought everything looked alright but after 3 days I had a nail pop off and now I have a nail fungus not only on one nail but two nails on both hand. I have had my nails done for many years and have never gotten a fungus from a nail salon before. Needless to say they I have called them and they refuse to help me so this is to let everyone know that this is the only nail salon Ive been to since being back in town an cant believe they will not responsibility!! If I could I would give them a half of a star. So now not only do I have a fungus on three nails but also twio toe nails from my pedicure. This place still will not take responsibility!!

I gave this nail salon a 2 Star for the simple fact that when I did go there the second time for a pedicure this time, a little Asian woman didn’t do a good job. My heels where still cracked and my toes weren’t clean enough. Nail application was horrific, where do they get these people?It’s so hard to find a good nail tech.

I went last year around this time ( my birthday) and Im on my brothers account but my nails were sloppy I asked for a cophen shape and they were not pointed enough the nails were different sizes and they popped off when I ran my hands through my hair not even four days after. You should not waster your money or your time

This nail salon is completely horrible. This place does not provide premier customer service and when I spoke manager about customer service she failed to apologize and was very rude. Customer service is very essential and a top priority when paying for services and this salon failed to meet those requirements. Spend your money elsewhere.

Great prices, friendly and easy to talk to employees/customers! Paid $25 for an acrylic set very content with out come, they actually try to get it perfect.

Horrible experience, Gel Manicure. They were rough and my cuticles were bleeding. Then the gel polish was bad. It looked like it had a bunch of bubbles in it and as they started to repair it, ended up ripping my nails. Needless to say I was done and left with my nails looking terrible and hurting. In addition they charged $10 for nothing.

Horrible!Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.This salon does not honor their work when something is done wrong.My nails are breaking and snapping only a few days after being done. When I went back, they made me pay to fix the nails. Wth?!!They are also rude if you come back to have them redo substandard work.The only one that speaks decent English is the older lady. The younger one Tina is extremely rude and doesnt know what shes doing.Why is it so hard to find a good nail salon in Jax?!!!

Worst pedicure ever. Tina actually was foiling gel nails when I walked in, left her cooking, rushed through my pedicure to handle a male client for a pedicure. No customer service, just get us in and out. Theyll be out of business soon.
