I love this nail salon and the atmosphere. I have been there 2 times and I am completely satisfied. EiEi is the best. I love her. She has a very sweet personality. She did a wonderful job with the manicure and pedicure that she gave me. My nails look great. I am so glad I found this place.

EiEi is the best she is the last chair on the left. She always takes her time and put much pride in her work!! Everyone there is talented as well I have been going for years!! My friend and I have been searching for a nail salon to do our nails just like we ask, and we havent found on in the past year until we came here. Both nail techs were friendly and communicative, and gave us exactly what we asked for. Definitely my new nail place!

I had a gel manicure and pedicure today. The pedicure and massage was amazing, but the lady did not take her time with painting my finger nails. My hands look beautiful from afar, but if you look closely, you can see the sides were not painted properly. My experience wasnt completely awful, but if Im going to pay over $100 for a mani/pedi, it needs to be perfect. My friend got her brows waxed and a mani.Her eyebrows were perfect, but she had the same issue with her nails. Some nails not painted on the sides. We will not be returning. Thanks for your service anyways.

I love this place and is only the place I go now! They are great when it comes to customer service and I just love the way my nails and toes came out! I always feel so fresh when I get done😊

It was nice and clean inside. I saw the manager wipe down stations to keep everything nice and sanitary. The nail tech made sure I was liking the color of the nail polish that I picked out. She was very sweet.

Tracy, Michael, and Lynsey and all of the staff do an excellent job! Clean and sanitized (even before covid), friendly, and very reasonably priced. I wont go anywhere else!

I have been getting my acrylic (with gel coat) nails done here for over a year. Tracy does a fantastic job and anytime she is running a little behind, Michael or another staff member always jumps in to start filing the gel and acrylic down. Prices are great and service is always consistent!

The customer service is great! They are really friendly and if it weren’t for the poor quality of polish I would’ve given them a 5. We got our nails done yesterday and the paint has already come off. I paid $22 for my daughters nails and toes and there is barely any polish left on her after one bath. I paid close to $40 for mine and I already have chips in my paint. I get my nails painted all the time and I’ve never seen this happen. I’d have to assume they’ve thinned out the polish too many times, or the polish is just cheap. Either way we won’t be returning if this is what we get. I took pictures and would like to upload. Anyone know how?

I have been coming to this nail salon for 5 years now. Michael, Tracy, and team are very professional and do amazing work. I absolutely love this nail salon. Its close to home, the staff is friendly, and they always give you just want you want! Excellent place for relaxation!!

I’ve tried this salon many times to give them a few chances to do a decent nail job. The technicians are all very nice and attentive, however, the quality of the work is unfortunately terrible. First time I got gel, the polish was old, wasn’t put on evenly, and chipped after one week. The second time I got gel, the technician barely touched my cuticles and the result looked like there was 1 week of growth. Very disappointing.

I have been coming here for a year and half and love this solan. Great service, very friendly atmosphere and prices are fair. Never had a bad experience and it is clear they care about their customers. 👍🏻👍🏻

Came in after work because my regular nail place was booked. The guy who did my nails shaped them perfectly. He was quick and still made my nails look great!

Very rude. Michael Im guessing the owner. Yelled at my daughter sternly for touching something. When I was right next to her she is 2. If he had given me 2 seconds to correct her behavior I would have. But he did not. Also all staff very rude. Told wait was 5 min it was actually 20. With a 2 year old thats tough.

This place is just always so terrible. My nails are never neat and precise.. My sister recently went here after I told her not to. She asked for a gel manicure with a deep yellow color on her nails.. The polish looked like regular polish. The polish layers were uneven and messy.. When she went back for them to fix her nails the lady fixing her nails told her next time not to pick such a bad color where it would be thin. Why have a color in stock if you nail technicians cant paint with them.. that is absolutely Ludacris !!!

Went in the lady asked me what I wanted And I told her a pedicure, she told me to pick my color and go find a seat. First, I should have walked away from start because the way they greet their customers is like talking to walls. She started doing my nails and I had to remind her again I wanted a pedicure not just polish, she messed up my nails four times and I was really over it. The worst of this whole story is that she scraped the bottom of my heel raw and I couldn’t in walk on it because it was hurting so bad. Oh and 3 days later the polish just peeled off by it self. Would not recommend this place at all.

The technician who did my pedicure and manicure was very nice, took her time but didnt know how to do a design I wanted. However, there were two other technicians who knew how to do the design but both said, we dont have time to design, rudest thing Ive ever heard from a nail salon.

Very clean especially cautious now. All techs wearing masks.

2nd time visiting this location due to my regular nail tech being unavailable (personal reasons). My first visit I had my sister and brother in law with me that were visiting from out of town. Everything was great. Had pedi/gel fill/brows. Prices were fair. Came in again today, no appointment and was seated immediately. My nails are fabulous, shaped just the way I like and a beautiful polish. I was slightly disappointed on the lady who did my pedi. I have neuropathy and stressed I could not be cut due to my condition. Well she cut me. The owner finished my pedi and I was pleased with the polish and finished toes. I will definitely give them another shot if my nail tech is out longer.

My husband and I went in today for pedicures, and it was fabulous. He said sophie was wonderful and I had both owners work on my hands and feet they were amazing as usual. This is definitely my favorite nail place in jax.

When I go to have a pedicure I expect clipping of cuticles not just a touch up! I noticed while the girl was working on my feet that she hadnt even removed the polish completely! At my regular place I go to they spend a full hour working on your feet. I think she spent more time massaging my feet than on my toes.. I was here a total of 35 minutes! Sad to say but I dont think I will be returning.

I came in in my lunch hour for a gel manicure. The sign out front advertised $15 gel manicure. I entered the salon and only one customer was being seen. I picked my color and my technician did not even push or clip my cuticles. I got my bill and it was $20. This did not include tip. I called the front desk after I left and realized the false advertising. She told me cuticle trim was extra and needed to be asked. This place is a scam.

False advertising. Owner wanted to rectify the error by making his employee pay out of pocket for not charging me the right amount. They charged me different prices the 2 times I went, for the exact same thing! Product only lasts a few days, vs other salons. Not to mention how rude the staff is. And no they dont care about detailing. EVERYTHING is EXTRA!!! How to say it? SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!

I have come here for three years. Absolutely love this nail salon. Its close to home, the staff is friendly, and they always give you just want you want! I was greeted right when walking in, immediately treated to seat for a pedicure (even when the salon was already busy), and offered a drink. Great prices on manis, pedis, and gel nails. Excellent place for a little relaxation and me time!

The owners and management seem to be great,but unfortunately they are not the ones who worked on my nails today. My technician did not do a good job. I am a very please and thank you kind of person so when I kindly ask you to correct a mistake and then you start arguing about it. Its no good. I have a funeral to attend and just wanted to get my nails done. My nails look sloppy painted. This was my second visit here and I dont know if I will go back. That guy Michael seems great and the girl going to new Orleans tomorrow.

I was greeted with the look of disappointment because it is 7:20 and they close at 8. Places like this don’t deserve to be open in such a nice area. STAY AWAY, TRY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

This place is a ripe off they over charged me and went I asked about it the told me I got a package I didn’t get and refund me only $3 back. I have very deceptive.

When they turned on the water in my foot bath she walked away and it overflowed onto the floor. The pedicure tech was more interested in the inappropriate movie playing than she was in my nails. Also, She was very rough with her technique. I would strongly not recommend the place to anyone male ore female.

I just spent almost an hour and a half here and walked out with toe nails that have nail polish all over them. They are not neat, and theres so few coats that you can see my nails underneath. I am upset I went here and had them take off the nail polish I had before and I am now left with a worse job than what I had done myself. In addition, my finger nails look like they need at least two more layers. Not worth the $40 I spent when I can do a better job myself. Not only that I could not even communicate with the woman doing my nails which made it impossible for me to even bring up that I was unhappy.

The lady I was getting my arylics done was pressuring me to get a color I didnt want. The acrylics was good tho, just bad paint job .

Ive been here several times and for the most part its average at best. My pedicure polish was mediocre, the entire nail wasnt even painted. The manicures are simple no parafin or hot towels - unless they didnt offer me that option. Overall its ok not the best - I feel they are more concerned about the movie playing on the tv than their customers.

Horrible! I went in for a simple brow arch and the woman messed up my eyebrows. I told her that they were not even/symmetrical...they did not look the same and she toldme its because my brow bones were not the same...what???Then she starts to yell at me what do you want?!?! I respond by saying that I want them to look the same. She yells and says that they are and began to forcefully pluck them. Never ever ever again!Ive never been treated so rudely and disrespectfully by an establishment that Im paying to perform a service for me! Please dont go here. Ever
