I wouldnt say that this was the worst nail experience but it was pretty close. First, the positives:They are open at 9am and got me in immediately. The man who did my nails was friendly, as were the others in the salon. That is about it.I really should have walked out as soon as I sat down and he began to brush away yesterdays acrylic dust and shaking the towel from the day before. But, apparently I felt like a staff infection and spending money to create a problem that I would later have to spend money to fix would be a fun adventure. The salon was/is dirty. They stand out front and smoke and do not wash their hands before starting work again. No masks either.The nail tips he chose were oversized and then he didnt understand my requested oval shape.. obviously a language barrier. Once we established what the shape was he proceeded to shape them so lopsided I was concerned. I mentioned it and he scolded me saying, that he had a lot more work to do and he cannot fix the shape until he adds more to the nail. Again, I sat like a stupefied lump and allowed myself to be abused. The end result are lopsided nails that have so much extra acrylic under the nail that they are stuck to my actual skin underneath. And each nail turns upward to a HUGE degree. Also, my finger tips hurt so much that it hurts to actually type this review out and he cut my fingers with the nail file in the botched job. Clearly, I have boundary and assertiveness issues... I will never go back. But I can keyboard warrior here to tell you to STEER CLEAR! Pictures attached

I frequent this salon with my teenage daughter. Their pedicures are amazing and the massage is worth every cent. The staff is polite. The reason Im leaving only 3 stars is because they are quite sloppy with the manicures ( extra acrylic under nails and some crookedness from rushing) and due to the language barrier I think sometimes its impossible to get what I ask for. I sent my daughter alone last week and instead of coming home happy she was crying because she felt she wasted money on nails she didnt like. For whatever reason they didnt do the shape or colors requested and they again where crooked. If you get a manicure here make sure its the older woman she seems to be the only one that can provide a proper manicure. I am gonna keep going bc their hours meet my needs and them pedicures are the bomb.com but we will only be using the lady going forward for nails.**side note Ive used them 18 years.

I stopped here because they were the only mail salon opened at 9am, and I must say I was very impressed. The young man that works here did a great job on my pedicure. The massage put me to sleep literally....haha. Their pedicure/massage chairs are the bomb! The best I have ever been in. It massage from your head all the way down your back to your butt bone. They also did a fantastic job on my eyebrows! And I’m very picky about those. So for me to compliment them....it’s a very big deal. ( The older lady did them)

The lady took her own tip off my card after I told her I was not giving her a Tips so if still go there do not pay with card. The manager is rude and refuse to give me my money.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Honestly it was the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. They weren’t communicating properly, my nails looked like a three year old did them. I didn’t even end up getting them done. I told them to take them off and I left. I wish I had a photo to show how terrible it was. The nails weren’t the right size and they were glued to the sides of my skin because of how big they were. The customer service was absolutely baffling at how bad it was. I told the guy that was doing my nails that I wanted him to redo one and he got mad and walked off and didn’t come back for 10 minutes. Will NEVER go back there.

They were extremely slow, were not considerate of others time and or the patience people have when sitting here 2+ hours for service is ridiculous. The quality of the job is terrible as well. Definitely would not recommend !!!!

I thought technician did a good job, until 3 days later the whole shellac peeled off like a window sticker

My visit was the worst. I went in to get a full gel set, pedicure with design, eyelashes (individuals) and eyebrows. All my service I was unhappy. The full set was polished like an amateur, pedicure polish I was blown under the water. My eyebrows I have to let them grow back fully for them to get rite. My individual eyelashes had gaps in them & fell off before the night was ova. 140 flushed down the drain. Definitely am unsatisfied customer. Not to mention I had to fan my eyelashes with a piece of plastic to get dry🤦🏾‍♀️

I went about two weeks ago for a pedicure and my toe has a huge red bump on the side that is extremely painful and looks infected. I will never go back Ive never had this happen before!
