Well me and my daughters were trying to find a good nail salon. Which we thought we did with T&L Nails. But we had to go back the day after our fill ins to get our nail or nails redone. I took a bath and my Gel Polish started peeling off real bad. I was shocked. Because we had came her twice before no problems. However I dont know what happened to the Gel polish this time around. Everyone there is nice and friendly 😊. Just disappointed in the service this round.

I loveeeeeeeee this nail salon. They never disappoint when I come in and my sets always last until its time for my fill in. I wont go anywhere else.

I called ahead and they tell me to come in after an hour and there would be no wait so I did, and when I get there they say 30 minutes and I end up waiting an hour and a half as they do everyone elses nails who came in after me while I was still waiting. Won’t be coming here again, which is a shame since the nails online looked good.

Ive been coming to T&L nails since 2010. The nail salon was always nicely decorated and they eventually switched out some of their older chairs for upgraded chairs.Since this place has new owners, Im not too fond of it, but its decent.One employee in particular was a little careless about wearing their mask while interacting with customers. Ive seen frequent smoke breaks for an employee there as well who used the front of the store versus going in the back to do it behind the building.The quality of the service has gone down a bit as well. My toes dont look as nice as they had when I came in and met with others who had worked there before they were bought by new owners.The workers are still very friendly and nice enough to offer you a beverage. Seems very tidy and the upkeep is there.

First time coming here & i will never go anywhere else again! the shop is clean & everybody is friendly & easy to talk to. wonderful job on nails & toes for a great price! 100% recommend coming here if looking for a new shop :)

Everysingle time I step foot in this place I wonder if they just loose a seep of professionalism each day!!I arrived today before the owners, two people ahead of mewhen I asked how much more expected time after 1.5 hours wait( keep in mind Im well entertained broth the Mac book to work due to the expected slowness )Micheals response: I DONT KNOW LOOK!The smart @$$ mouth is where I draw the line.Condescending demeanor and poor communication have brought us to our final goodbyes!

I love coming to this place of businessI feel like family when I come and they do a fabulous job each and every time. They take their time to make sure you are satisfied. I dont live on their side of town but the drive is WELL worth it.

I got my nails done there for first time i asked for a full set of acrylics and immediately they helped me choose a color, they turned out very nice and the staff were so nice and welcoming. I really recommend this place.

I love the way my nails were done. Just didnt like that I was charged for everything. I am from Missouri and they dont charge for the shape that you wanting the nails.

My wife went for the first time today. Absolutely marvelous and lengthy massage. Final product is beautiful. Prices so reasonable; a much better value for the pampering than other salons. Will be back.

Yen tried to upcharge me $5 to shape and trim my nails (natural/normal shape) which is always included with a fill in, as it is part of the process. I walked myself out as quickly as I came in! That is ridiculous and not a thing! Trust me, I am in the buisness!

Do not get your nails done here. Especially by polly. They do a terrible job. Not at all what i asked and charged me 60$ for a full set after i told them they were ugly and i didnt like them. Dont go here. Period.

This nail shop is right next to my house so I really really tried to make it work for the convenience factor. In general the nail techs are nice ladies - never rude and the shop is clean but I do believe I can get this elsewhere. My criticisms are: no attention to detail when it comes to callus removal/control, cuticle trimming, or nail filing, they have poor skill on top of not paying attention, and the language barrier, which makes it impossible to get improvement through communicating what is wrong . At first I focused on the manis and pedis include hot paraffin wax but that I have to finish filing, buffing, and trimming my hands because they dont care makes the paraffin not worth it. IMO, they have low skill in their craft and are as average as you can get in every aspect outside of what was mentioned above as below average.

Cut so much skin from the side/cuticle of my big toe, it was painful and bled... Ended up infected of course... Super cheap and offered drinks though 😖😂

Friendly Staff and clean shop but inconsistent. Ive been here multiple times and have definitely received great services, but there have been times where my service felt rushed and sloppy.
