Was a good experience. Ive been to faaar worse places and wasnt sure about one in Walmart. I was surprised $15 for basic manicure, $15 for basic pedicure. I did opt for gel nail color on both which is an an extra $15 for each. John was very professional even though I was self-conscious since itd been a whole since Id been able to have a pedicure with lock down. He took my preferences into account and additions when I asked for shorter nails after clipping . Very pleasant over all. There are definitely places for a more wow experience at a higher cost, but for the basics, I was pleased. Thank you!

This was my first time going to regal nails the location is a bit small and confined but the nail tech did good work and was friendly.

Went in and everything was going great until my sister started getting her nails done.She Felt That One Or Two Was Not Straight And Asked For Her To Fix Them So When I Looked At Her Nails Im Like This One Doesnt Look Straight.She Said I Know I Asked Her To Fixed It So She Basically Ignored My Sister And Did Not Even Fix It.Im Spending The Money So I Asked Her To Fix It And She Did Not Fix It And I Told My Sister If She Doesnt Like It Or Dont Want To Fix It To Go To Another Worker But The Lady Was Not Saying Anything Nor Trying To Fix It.So My Sister Went To Another One And He Had To Literally Redo It All Over Oh She Wanted Coffen Nails As Well So They Were Not Straight Nor Were They Coffen Shaped. I Also Feel That They Are Over Pricing A Lot As Well And They Just Had Horrible Costumer Service And Will Not Return I Personally Would Not Recommend Them

So today I was the first customer there. The lady started doing my nails. Some more customers where there, she seemed more interested in doing this ladies nails than mine. My money spends just like your other customers. Not sure if I will go back.

I paid $42 for a pedicure with white gel polish With tip.. not use to paying that much for that service. It took 2 hours to do.. the water wasn’t that hot so I asked the gentleman to turn up the heat which he did. I did feel slightly uncomfortable, one of the older women working there gave me an envious look and I didn’t understand what the employees were saying but it felt like they were talking about me. Most salons are the same type of service but I will continue to experiment with different nail salons until I find the right one for me.

Was rude, been stopping there for last 3 years get my bangs trimmed when they need it. But I ask if they would put my hair in a basic ponytail. Im in a wheelchair and my hands dont work good. Manager told me anytime no charge. When I have extra cash on me sometimes I give them couple dollars as a thank you. The 2 ladies working this week were just rude. The one was busy with a customer. The other one wasnt, she ask what we charge to do a ponytail. The other lady said they usually just do it. She says my times worth money. Cheapest thing we have is a shampoo for $5. 65 not sure on change. Said if I want a ponytail could pay that. I left. I wont be back. I would be happy to give them $2. But doesnt take but a minute and I bring my own ponytail. I go to another place to and they dont charge. Ive been to walmart hair salon in other states they never charge either. Just rude, could here them talking about me too, as I left.

I had a appointment at 2pm. I was told to wait awhile which was okay. A young man came out to get me for my pedicure. He had me sit and put my feet in a bowl of water. After I put my feet in he proceeded to change the water. I was so upset. He had not cleaned the bowl from his previous guest. After he had me sit and put my feet in dirty water he adjusted my chair than proceeded with Cleaning the bowl. This was nasty and unsanitary. With the covid 19 and other diseases out I not understand why nail shops was closed down. Im so disgusted with this shop. When I told the owner she just said she would talk to him. I paid my 40.00 for the pedicure and left. I will never return

Rude staff. Poor quality work. Waste of time and money. My gel polished nails lasted 3 days!! and started chipping/cracking. I asked for the owner/manager to see what was happening on my nails 3 days before!! and she said I was playing with them and that is the normal growth!!! what else you could expect from a manager with that comment!!! Unbelievable!! So if you take the risk and go there dont expect good customer service!

I went in and the girl who was worming was with a client. When asked, I responded that i wanted a pedicure. The girl who was working made a phone call, and i sat there for 5 minutes with no further interaction. She didnt communicate if there was someone else coming or if i woukd need to wait until she was done with the customer. I walked out.

Came in at 5:45, I was told the wait is 1 hr. I told Lisa full set and Pedi. At 7pm I started my pedicure (which was rushed). Then was told my nails would not be done because they were abput to close. Horrible timing. They need to learn how to rotate people around the shop to insure everyone is taken care of. I wasted almost 3 hrs for a pedicure. Happy mothers day tp me I guess!

I changed my review because they dont care like before. The qualitt of the job is horrible. They hurt my fingers and did a horrible job on my eyebrows I use to go to them for more than 8 years and the last 3 times has been horrible. Not going back no more.

Rude staff not friendly at all!!they rush you and do very very poor quality work!!and over priced and very unsanitary!!! surprised they still open the way they dont clean there tools and they reuse the same flip flops on people..they make u take them off when u leave after your toes are dry so they can reuse them on other people!!

Came here for a polish removal and the technician (male) sliced my finger with the drill. I am so upset at the size of the cut and when I notified the manager of what happened she stated just put neosporin on it sometimes we have accidents. The staff is so careless & sloppy and wouldnt even give me a refund.

Some staff are not totally experienced and most are not friendly but I find that at many nail salons.

Worst place ever! I was told to wait 30 minutes. I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes. They did my nails in a rush because they were about to close.
