Amazing job done!I went to Autozone and they tried to rip me off for a battery replace so I called Valvoline make sure they have my car battery in store. Waited time wasn’t so bad, it was busy but got my battery replace and oil change in around 35 mins. Love the fact that the team is very honest and explain every steps they do and showed me. Not sure maybe because I’m a girl and don’t know whats going on, the entire crew was very patient and explain what they do. Got me worry less. These guys are very awesome! Well knowledge and fast service! I told my friends this good experience I had from them. And will come back in the future! Appreciate the help and everything!

I waited in line for about 30 minutes, but I expected that part as I arrived just after 11 AM. The entire crew were very nice and very quick with my oil change. I added a fuel system cleaning which took longer because its a more thorough process. My entire time spent there was right around 2 hours. I was fine with the extra time as they were professional and courteous the entire time. Ill be back with my other vehicle.

Do not go here. They try and take advantage of you. Went for an oil change and they put a final stop plug on my oil pan. Didn’t figure it out until I went to another mechanic who explained they do that so you keep going back to them. Other shops can’t service you with it.

Service for oil change was good, although the time it took to service the car was longer than I had anticipated (between 30-35 minutes). I drive a European-made vehicle that’s a few years old and I heard one of the servicemen state that he’s never worked on my type of car before (even though it’s a popular brand). I didn’t have to wait long in line, which was a plus. I paid around $100 for the oil change, including the $10 discount I found on their website. I’d probably find a cheaper place somewhere else to change the oil.

Pros: these folks are very fast and very professional. They offer appropriate up sells but don’t push them on you. The line seems long but it moves quickly and safely. If you’re a repeat customer they send you coupons, or will offer them in person for specials. You’re not used to oil change places being this good.Cons: None!

This place is dump. First oil change I was missing my water splash shield and other part of the splash shield was hanging. Second oil change, oil is dripping from my car and they missed bunch of nuts and screws. When I told the manager he was very rude did not even apologized he bought a nut that was not a part of my vehicle and handed to me when I told to put it on he told me to stay in a line after staying in a line for 2 hours previously for a oil change. Please check your screw and nuts after a oil change in this place underneath the vehicle. As you can see several similar complaints. Sort the review by lowest stars and you can see this place is notorious for not putting the nuts and screws back properly and even missing splash shield.

Great service! Great people!Generally I get my husband to take my van in for routine checks and when problems come up. The only car thing I do is Costco tires because I love their service and it’s a 2in1 (get car and shopping done). But I love this place! They were so simple and straightforward. Completely honest without trying to get me to take the more expensive deal. Usually with car things, people are always trying to convince you to take the more expensive and rarely do you get told not to replace things. Here they were honest and straightforward. Game me my options without leaning towards anything and when I asked they explained it without a personal bias. They only game me their personal opinions when I asked their suggestions. Otherwise just presented the facts! Also they were very patient! I remember at the Honda dealer David mcdavid when I didn’t have a paper they needed they were very rude but here I couldn’t find my insurance card (somethings one should always have access to ASAP! And I generally do just this time it was MIA!) they were so patient. The guy checked in 2-3 times before I found the information on my phone and he didn’t make me feel bad the least bit. Even I thought it was crazy I couldn’t find it!! God know what that would look like if it were a cop pulling me over 🤦‍♀️. Well it’s in place now! And they were super patient and kind.

Never have had an issue besides when I came on 06/20/21 and they advised me I had a small oil leak after about 5 minutes under my car. I was surprised because getting back home I didnt see any oil puddles where I park my vehicle in the garage daily. I took my car to my mechanic the next day and he showed me where it was leaking. He switched out the oil drain plug and fixed the so called leak. The oil leak was caused by the tech using the wrong plug. I dont like that they made it seem like it was already leaking prior to them switching out my oil because it wouldve been noticeable . If you go and they state you have a leak ask them to make sure they have the right plug in the oil pan.

Oil change warning appeared in 25 days after oil change. Didnt happen this for the past 3 years with westway ford service. And waiting in the line for 30 minutes and no one approchaed me for what service is needed or any other issue.

I regularly come here for my oil change and its the best ever.The staff is accommodate always, polite and respectful.Its always nice that I can pull up and sit inside my car while everything is taken care of.Along with oil change, they check your brake lights, signals, tires and tire pressure along with other indicators.In and out in 20 minutes with excellent service.I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good service location for your car.

This place is fast. They tell you it will be about a 15 minute wait, and it really is 15. You never get out of the car. The price is reasonable. The workers are friendly. They show you the new oil and oil level. The oil change itself took a short amount of time. I recommend if youre short on time.

I did my oil change there for the first time and they left the AC filter box open. The guy was trying to sell the need to change my filter blah blah and showed it to me and obviously left it unlocked. Not very impressed.Terrible first impression. I am not going back. Left a sour taste in my mouth.Reason am not giving a one star is because of the convenience of staying in my car while they did the oil change. I think that was brilliant.Make sure you confirm all things are returned back to its original place if you ever patronize them

The service here is fantastic. They had trouble finding an air filter for my jeep. I think most places would have just said they were out of stock. But the manager here is very knowledgable. She found the right filter in short order. Overall the crew has team spirit with a please the customer attitude that really sets them apart. WELL DONE GUYS!

Came in for an oil change 15-20 minutes before they closed which was my fault because I got off late at work...that being said the guys there showed no interest in helping me. Now currently, I just got my car out the Kia dealership with a punctured hole in my PCV and was told there was also a aftermarket filter (wrong filter) installed into my car which caused a leak where oil was getting burned wrong.. Luckily enough I took it to the dealership to get it fixed before it totally blew my engine. Thanks Vavoline :) -Update that customer claims helped me out. Great professionalism and assistance.

Great spot for state inspection, highly recommended. I went in around 9:30 am on a Friday. Only 5 mins, it’s done. I stairs in my car all the time. Great price too, $20 with the $5 coupon available to everyone. Will try the instant oil change next time.

Like nascar for regular cars. They said 15 mins, I didnt time it, but I was probably there for 10. As soon as you say oil change, you got 17 people jumping, running around, and refilling stuff. No complaints, I will definitely be back.

I have been going to this place for years now and I tell you this guys do a good job. I am giving 5 stars because of manager Mitch. He is very polite and helpful, he was patient to explain everything that was done to my car. I would recommend this place to everybody. If it wasnt for manager Mitch I would have to lower the stars to 4 because over the years they have had a few bad apples (employees) working there but as expected, they dont last long. Anyone going there for oil change or anything, do not hesitate to talk to the manager Mitch if there is any issues, he will you.

Excellent service and economical price.

I went in for an oil change a few months ago. I had about $300.00 worth of service work done including rotating the tires. After some time my alignment was off and the front end was shaking when I would drive. I stopped in a tire shop by my house and that said the front tires had bubbles in them. They checked the psi and it was 89 on the front drivers side and 85 on the passenger side. When its supposed to be 40. I just bought the tires in March and now there ruined. Ive called twice and never have got a call back. Next step is small claims court. Ive have a written statement from my tire guy. I tried to resolve this without going to court but they want to do it this way so here we go

Wow I work at a oil change company for 18 wheelers but these guys are fast great job.

I came here to get two of my cars state inspection done.These guys are the real deal. I am a Marine Corps Infantry veteran. The way these guys were calling out orders, and statuses on the jobs they were doing was reminiscent of how we operated in the Corps. It was very professional, fast, and they took care to do things properly and efficiently. Being a mechanic myself, I watched them from the waiting room, and they all moved with a purpose. I will definitely be bringing my cars to them in the future knowing they will take care of them.I want to particularly shout out to whoever the manager was on duty during the morning. I believe it was a Tuesday. He was directing the guys working for him efficiently, and effectively. You could tell that they respected what he had to say.Good stuff I definitely recommend this shop.

I lost two screws and they swept a screw where the air filter goes, I think the boys should learn to do things a little slower, it is not necessary to rush, I solved a problem and they left me two more

Visited for State inspection in this pandemic situation. Everything was handled without any contact. Everyone was wearing mask and taking precautionary steps without making any physical contacts. Also it was very quick and organized. We need this kind of service everywhere during this covid situation

I just went there for a state inspection.When I called last week they told me that they all wear gloves and masks.I see almost none of the techs is wearing even gloves, forget masksI am not sure why it is so difficult to wear gloves when they are dealing with people all day long and exposing themselves and others.I hope they have they have good health insurance.

I just went to do oil change on friend bmw 3 series and they requested to do the oil chance at 27000 miles and when I ask how many miles the oil need to be replaced they say according to manufacture specifications and I according to bmw dealership they say the oil change is good for 10k and this place make my friend to more often the oil change every 3000 miles more often you come more money they getBecarefull where you bring you vehicle to.What you see this guys they tried to extend the oil change in the beginning the vehicle got27100 and the give me sticker for 30107 is only 3000 miles difference specially for synthetic oil and then they correct it for more miles 33107Total of 6000 miles less miles maintenance more money for them oil change in the dealership is $69 dollars with 10k oil change here is 109.83 oil change with only 6k Miles plus they dont put the correct amount 6.1 according to bmw dealership and this guys the put 5.3 stead 6.1

Worst location to get an oil change! They forgot to top off all of my fluids, The whole staff was very rude! They also tried to tell my ride that she couldn’t park in the parking lot! Never again will I go here, I wasted my time driving back to this location. All I got was more attitude, even worse than the first time! Not to mention I spent $150 just for an oil change and fluids. This location scams you I would not come here if I were you! There over priced for sloppy and slow work I would give them 0 stars if I could!

I came for a vehicle inspection from across town rushing to get there before they closed for the day. I arrive at 8 and they did my inspection! Any other place would have closed the doors and not have helped. They have impeccable customer service here. Great customer service is not dead! I went for oil change. They checked battery and found it is not charging to 100%. They recommended replacing the battery. Since it was only 3 years I changed my battery, I decided I will get it done during next maintenance. Soon I told my decision their behavior changed. After oil change they didnt want to put the mileage sticker for next oil change. I asked them to reset maintenance required indicator on dashboard. They said there is a problem with you car and asked to take it to service center. I went to another store to get that reset.

Sales people first, mechanics second. They tried to sell so much unnecessary service to everyone. I sat in my car and listened to them give the same spiel for additional services to each car. They did not air up my tires at my oil change like I requested. Oil change happens fast enough.

This place was great! Very helpful as soon as I got there for an oil change. The customer service here was amazing! They were really quick at changing my oil and also changing a light bulb I didnt know was out, if I wouldve known it was a drive thru I wouldve came during my lunch. Will definitely be coming back!

Service is good but felt like I am cheated when I checked the price of cabin air filter and engine air online. Maximum 10 to 15 dollars you can get on amazon. They charged me 25$ and 45$. Felt like I should not trust their pricing anymore. Check something you can do it yourself don’t accept the pricing straight away.Worst for business is breaking trust !!

The staff was really cool and fun, especially the manager, Michael. It was busy, (but I did go at lunch), and it was more expensive than other places. But the service was so good that I will be back.

I went there for a state inspection on June 29. Even though my car passed the safety test it failed the catalyst and o2 test as I as had to jump start the car few weeks back and my sensors was reset. They told me to fix the car and come back again for state inspection within 15 days for the same money they charged initially. But they did not say what to fix with the car. I got to know from friends that Other places Usually give 30 days to fix the car and don’t charge up front, if the car does not pass the full inspection. I know now where not to go again for state inspection.

Service was fast which was great. I do think it is a little pricey though.

Im so impressed. I pull up at the end of the day, and they were friendly as can be. They performed an additional service in error on my car. When I pointed out I never requested that service, they simply apologized and didnt charge me. They gave me no grief, no guilt, and no problems. I imagine Ill be back here for more service. Keep up the great work!
