Queenie is my favorite nail tech, I am a dancer I need my nails to be incredibly strong so I’m not coming back every five minutes for a fix. She does a fantastic job and I’ve never had issues at work with my nail snapping off. Always willing to accommodate my picky nature with color and style and it’s really patient with all fidgety I get while she works on me. Very high-quality and always worth it.

Great place! Ive been looking for a good nail place for awhile and went here for my birthday. They let us walk in with a sand day appointment and made sure we were cared for while we waited. I tried something different with stiletto nails and I love how they turned out! They took a pic with their card at payment type so Im assuming they liked it too. Will definitely be coming back from now on

This place is incredible. Changing from Southcenter Nails to Queenie Nail SpaQueenie and Holly did my hands and feet in tandem, and let me tell you, between the amazing massage I got from the pedicure chair, and the time and attention both women paid to my hands, arms, feet, and legs, I almost fell asleep.Clean and beautifully decorated, I was made to feel special from the minute I stepped inside. Queenie offered me additional massage time on my shoulders and neck, and Ill definitely take her up on it next time.It wasnt just great customer service, it was amazing customer centered service. When I was almost done, Queenie brought me an iced Vietnamese coffee, and my experience was complete. This was luxury treatment at very affordable prices. Its my new place, and I cant wait to go back.

I am happy with the customer service and the ladies at the nail salon. Not so much with how long my nails are lasting, did shelac for vacation and they are already coming off. Its been less then 5 days.

I have had many pedicures over the years, but this one by far was the best Ive ever had. Kathy was extremely thorough and didnt miss anything. I am in the military, and since April I had been dealing with ingrown toenails on my big toes due to having to wear my boots a lot more often than normal since the pandemic hit. Kathy saw the problem immediately and took care of business. The facility was very clean, and the staff was very professional. I couldnt have asked for a better way to end my day. I will definitely be returning.

The lady hurt my finger because she was in a rush. Gave me the wrong color and charged extra for the correction and on top of that, when I only asked for a Shellac, insisted and charged for a full manicure. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Awesome place. Very friendly service and took great care of my nails. They even polished my 4yr and 5yr old daughters nails. Even made them feel comfortable to get their first pedicure. I dont live here but definitely recommend them if you are looking for a nail shop in this town!!

I almost always have a very positive experience at south center nails. They are very friendly and have a great assortment of colors. They are good about working within my timeline / schedule and they are very nice. The prices are fair, especially for Seattle. This is my favorite nail spot by far.

Not the same with new owner. I got a fungus last month. I had been coming here for years without a problem, but it feels very different now.

They kept changing the price which started from $15, then $20,$25 and finally I paid $30. My first time there and they spoke in thier language among them so not sure what happened with the price. The woman who did the nails was not friendly either.

I want a refund, I made an appointment for a full set at 5:45 and didn’t get out till 7:50ish. The First Lady who started shaping my nails left them all crooked so she handed me off to another lady who had to start all over. I’ve never been so unsatisfied with my nails.

I have been very happy with the service I have received at South Center Nails. I went to them on a friends recommendation and had a manicure with shellac gel polish and Luxury Pedicure. Ive gone back for polish changes.

I went by after church and they took great care of my nails. I recommend this place highly as a man.

I went to get my nails done, an overlay to be exact. My nails had bubbles in them, the acrylic started peeling off and basically ruined my nails!!! However I will say the older looking lady does a great job on feet.

I find my experiences here are a mixed bag. Ive only gotten pedicures and sometimes theyre great and sometimes mediocre (sloppy painted nails, rushed massage, even when not busy). Its clean though and Ive never gotten an infection or anything. Good selection of colors.

Not satisfied at all!!! It was my first time, never ever. Very poor quality of job. Cuticle was not cut property, burrs were sticking out everywhere. Im pretty glad, Ive choosed very light color, because it was polished terrible, beyond the cuticle and nail. It seems like it was not done be specialist, just by school age girl. Tina is amazing. This place was close to my office before we moved to Bellevue. I still make time on my weekend to come to Tina for my nails and toes.

They only put 2 coats of polish on. The polish quality was thin. Color chipped off within 6 hours! Went back next day asked for another coat of polish. They said no and would only fix the thumb nail that chipped. We Wont be going back there.

After a very bad experience with another salon, these ladies were a breath of fresh air, and a great pedicure! Nancy didnt even mind when I didnt like the color selected and helped pick out another......even though they were very busy. Will be going back for sure!

My cousin told me about this salon and really I dont play when it comes to my nails. she told me to see Tina. I must say I freaking love her. She is the only person Ive seen since going there and as long as she is there, shes probably the only person I will see. I cant speak about the others there cause theyve never done my nails, but I know what I like. granted I can be a headache at times cause I like to go crazy with design.. Lol. Id recommend Tina to anyone who knows what they want.

My favorite nail salon in town! The ladies do a wonderful job and my nails (fingers and toes) are always happy to come in. Its a popular place, so be prepared to wait sometimes.

After almost 10 years as a customer here, I will never go back. Tracy the old owner left, and the new owner is absolutely awful. No customer service and horrible attitude towards customers. I paid $60 for ombre and expected tips. My nails were done so badly (no tips) they started cracking after just one week. They fixed the first nail but charged me $10. So now after $70, all the nails started cracking. When I tried to make an appointment to get them fixed, the owner refused to make me an appointment. I went in to show her the horrible job on my nails and they start trash talking me in Vietnamese. My friend who went with me speaks Vietnamese and understood everything they were saying. I ended up going to another salon to get them taken off and all my nails are damaged from how far down she drilled and applied the acrylic wrong. So awful after 10 years of going here, they dont even care about doing things right. All they offered was a $30 refund. Do not waste your money !

Was staying at the Embassy Suites just across from this salon. Took a walk over go enquire about a mani/pedi service. Service was professional, friendly in a clean environment. Price is reasonable!

I wish I could give them ZERO stars!!! Horrible customer service. I called and made an appt for 630 because the lady said I would not have to wait if I made the appt. Well I arrived on time to packed placed. They said to pick a color and it would only be a little wait. 20 minutes later they take another 630 appt that had been waiting before I even got there, which I was fine with. Well the girl says they just have to clean the door spa and get me right back. Fast forward to 715 and Im still effing waiting. Why the heck did I even make an appt if Im waiting 45 minutes and there is NO movement at all!!!! If your establishment is busy tell people the TRUTH!!! Dont say it will just be a minute when Im still waiting almost an hour later. I had to walk outta this place. I have zero respect for them and will never return!!!!

The lady i had was either new or does not know wth she was doing. she had to redo my nails twice and worried about her tip money the whole time and before she put the shellac on my nail she made me pay first, which i did not mind. But everything else after was horrible. she even directed me to the atm for her tip and even after she was done i was not satisfied AT ALL. FIRST AND LAST TIME.

The lady cut me 3 times with the little grinder and made my nails way to thick and uneven. They look like stick on nails from the drugstore.
