Dr. Ryan Davis and his team are completely amazing! They make you feel comfortable and at ease with their professionalism and friendliness. I have been always afraid of going to the dentist, but I am so glad I chose Brush32 of South Lamar to help me get me a clean mouth and bill of health. I recommend them to anyone that needs a quality, friendly and trustworthy dentist!

I had a great experience from start to finish at Brush 32 today. I need the reminders that they send and I always know that they will be timely, and they were. Also very courteous, professional, friendly, and I even got to watch Disney Plus while having my teeth cleaned! I have nothing but good things to say about Brush 32 and the best that I can go there on Saturdays, which means I don’t need to take time off of work!

I really liked that I was kept informed of everything that was happening from the cleaning, fillings, and cost and they made sure all my questions were answered. I chipped and cracked a tooth on a Saturday and they were miraculously able to squeeze me in that day to get looked at. Everyone was super friendly and helpful! I dont have insurance and really appreciate the prices and also the dentist not trying to push unnecessary treatments. They were able to get me a temporary treatment so that the tooth can start to heal, but the peace of mind knowing it was gonna be ok was everything!

I always dread the dentist, one of my least favorite things to do but I just got done seeing Dr. Davis and am very happy to have found Brush 32. They fit me in the schedule within two days of calling and the experience was quick, easy and painless! The staff was super nice, the pricing fair and transparent and the office was comfortable and decorated very nicely! Oh and they had the food network on which helped keep my mind off the procedure. Definitely recommend!

They created a relaxed environment and made my experience about more than the dreaded pokes and prodding. Plus they have innovative tools that arent all that intrusive and awful. They go the extra mile by offering a water bottle while you wait, having TV screens in each room so you arent staring at a blank walk and setting the expectations for your visit and the cleaning process . I am a new patient of Brush32 South Lamar. The office staff is very professional and follows all the safety guidelines which makes me feel safe attending my appointments. I also appreciate the environment being so calming and inviting. A huge Thanks to the Office Manager Anita who explains in great detail your dental plan as well as your insurance benefits and what’s best for you the patient. Needless to say I love my new dentist and his dental assistants they make my visits so enjoyable!

Here I am, just minding my own business, eating some grub, enjoying life when all of a sudden, my front tooth chips off with no warning! In a panic, I had no idea what to do. I figured I would give this place a call to help fix my ugly front tooth. They took my appointment promptly with no issue. The dental assistants both were great and were very detailed on how my filling would be conducted and on the costs associated the filling. Dr.Davis (the new dentist there), was excellent! He adjusted my filling perfectly to where my bite actually feels more natural and better than before! The color also matches perfectly to my teeth and you would NEVER know I had a filling unless I told you. From the office staff, to the great assistants, and to the spectacular new dentist there, I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone! I now have appointments here to get checked up twice a year.

I went to Brush 32 for routine cleaning and was so impressed by Dr. Davis and his staff. They were all so courteous. I have to be honest, it had been a long time since I’ve been to the dentist and was expecting all sorts of expensive treatments. Dr. Davis took the time to really talk to me and explain the treatments that I needed done and why. I didn’t feel like he was throwing everything at me just make money. He only did what was needed. He also gave me recommendations for future care/treatment to keep my teeth healthy. You rarely have a Dr. spend time with you and not feel rushed. He’s very knowledgeable and he makes sure you understand everything that is happening.His staff were just as awesome. They were all very welcoming and answered all my questions.Also, the office was following Covid protocols before you even step into their office. I felt comfortable being there knowing that they take the epidemic serious and care about your healthI whole heartedly recommend Brush 32 S. Lamar to anyone looking for a dentist. You won’t be disappointed.

Dr. Davis and his team did everything they could to fix the issues I need it addressed. The only reason my rating is not five stars is because it took 3 separate dental appointments in order for me to fix one area of issues. The blame is not to be put entirely on the staff, the corporate office messed up peoples schedules, and due to that the materials they needed in order to fix my teeth were not available. In corporate America, it is hard to get three different days off for dentist appointments, so I did get in trouble at work a little bit. Other than that, great team.

Needed dentist while visiting Austin. The team in South Lamar is super friendly and competent and open on Saturdays. This being a smaller office there was a nice sense of privacy, with a friendly and attentive staff. Care was given with required level of meticulous professionalism. The office appears brand new with a fresh and colorful style, and all new equipment. Parking is easy.

Dr. Lalezari is awesome. She’s super upfront with me about procedures she recommends but isn’t pushy about having to get it all done at once. She understands people have budgets they need to be conscious of. She also does very great work, and calls you herself to check up on you after a procedure to make sure everything is going well. The rest of the staff is super friendly and helpful as well. Before they do any procedure they tell you a quote ahead of time so you’re not surprised by anything at the end. I’ve had a couple of crowns and fillings done by her without any issues.

Friendly and very quick to explain any questions or concerns. Whole entire staff there was pleasant and on-top of their game with precautions. Though dentists generally do this, it’s still true, I’m already scheduled to go back again!

First time visiting brush32. Everyone was nice from the receptionist to doctor.Nothing to complain about from me.

I was pretty disappointed with my first visit. I waited outside for several minutes before being allowed into the waiting room where again, I waited several minutes before getting called back. The dentist did not seem to care about being so behind schedule. The cleaning from the hygienist was thorough, but the entire cleaning appointment took way too long.

Have never enjoyed going to the dentist but this place rocks! Very knowledgeable and friendly group of folks.

The first visit I had here wasnt great, I wasnt a fan of the dentist, but the staff were so friendly. Yesterday was my second visit and my mind has been changed. The dentist was so wonderful the staff is even more kind than I remembered from my first visit. I dread (and have so much anxiety) every time I go to the dentist but after yesterday Im much more relieved. Highly recommend!

The office staff and assistants are professional and welcoming. The clinic itself is very clean, and updated with dental technology to minimize waiting and improve efficiency. Also, there was COVID19 precautions with n95 masks, surgical masks, and face shields during the procedures performed.

Takes the pandemic seriously. Its safer here than most other places Ive had to go to.The actual dental practice is good. Have completely repaired the damage I had done before by neglecting my teeth for 7 years.Cleanings, fillings, crowns, and wisdom tooth extractions have all been relatively painless. Never felt better about my teeth since coming here regularly for 3 years.

Dentist appointments give me anxiety and feel overwhelming. They have such high reviews so i thought I’d give them a try.I wanted to try a new dentist here because my last dentist was harsh, upselly, and rude to their employees. While the folks here appeared kinder, I was disappointed to go in for a general cleaning that is normally covered entirely by my insurance to be handed a $300 tab. I spent an hour here away from work to be up-sold on cosmetic items and refused a general cleaning unless i paid $300 out of pocket. They did not perform any dental services on me because i was not prepared to pay out of pocket today so my time was wasted and time away from work was wasted.It was also embarrassing how quickly they dismissed me from the office when i said i was not prepared to pay that amount today. They couldn’t get me out of there quicker! I feel misled and frustrated bc i still need to have my general services performed. Ill be going back to my cranky dentist who will perform my services without overcharging me.Prior to this appointment they kept telling me my VALID insurance was invalid/expired and gave me such a hard time with insurance validation. Not sure why I they even bothered verifying my insurance if i was just going to be up charged this much.Thank you.

Which is needed since most people don’t like going to the dentist!The dental hygienist are very knowledgeable about their field and I feel like they truly care about you and your health.And last but not least, Dr. Lalezari, she’s an amazing doctor. I’ve never had a doctor so patient and caring. Also, she treats you like a human being!All around, such a phenomenal experience. With beyond caring staff that makes you feel comfortable to the clean and organized office, I highly recommend coming to Brush32. I finally found the best dentist ever and looking forward to coming again!

Came here because of the reviews but it was a bad experience overall. The doctor seemed inexperienced and there was miscommunication all around. I just wanted two things done and somehow they came with a plan that came out to $3K (with their discount plan). Didn’t confirm my appointment or call me to confirm yet they want charge me $50. Hopefully they get less cliental because they rob people.

I never thought Id say this about going to the dentist, but BRUSH 32 actually makes the whole experience quite pleasant. Oscar at the front always remembers my name and greets everyone with a smile. Dr. Lalezari is easy to talk to and very knowledgeable- easily the best dentist Ive ever had. All the staff Ive met have been friendly and honest. Its those simple acts of kindness like smiling or showing that you care about your patients that makes all the difference. You can tell they genuinely care about people and want to help. Im so glad I found them and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a dentist!

Went in for a long over due check up that was prompted by a cracked front tooth. Was treated extremely well by their friendly staff. Pricing was extremely reasonable, the place was very clean and Dr. Lalezari did an absolutely amazing job fixing my chipped tooth. Probably looks more real now than it did before it broke!!! The cleaning also well. Im very impressed with Brush32, Dr. Lalezari and her staff. As a business owner I know the importance of having a great staff and excellent customer service. This was certainly the best dental experience Ive ever had and Im certainly glad to recommend Brush32 to anyone. It was almost a pleasure, save for getting any dental procedure, lol.

I came here a year ago to have some dental work done on an abscessed + broken tooth plus some other work. I was warmly welcomed and after listing concerns and financial boundaries, the dental assistant assured me theyd have me working with their insurance specialist (said in a joking manner) to be sure the costs were within my insurance specs. Everything was great for my first appointment, everyone very kind. At my second, I recvd a root canal on said tooth, but that tooth is still extremely sensitive to cold and theres a protrusion/lump in my gums above the tooth now that I suspect are pieces left behind. Then, I had to be sent to Buda for a surgery (removal + bone graft for diff tooth), which was also calculated to be within my budget, minus any nitrous that I elected to have (and acknowledged Id pay for). Later, coming out of surgery, I asked the receptionist if there were any expenses left and was told no. Then a couple weeks later I get a bill for $750+ for my visit in Buda. When calling the S. Lamar office to discuss the billing, which they had said theyd help me with, I was basically told tough luck I should call the Buda office. When I called Buda (on multiple different occasions) to ask for an itemized list of expenses so I knew exactly what the $750 was for, I just recvd a copy of the same blank bill with the $750 charge on it. Ive waited all year for this to be resolved, but now Im just going to pay it and move on. Heading to Sunny Days Dental where my partner says he gets great service. (Buda office will get the same review)

I was first scheduled for a couple fillings and Dr. Lalezari made the experience so easy I didn’t even feel a thing! She is very knowledgeable and has so much care and compassion for her patients.I liked the fact that they accepted my previous dental records, so that they can get a better understanding of my dental history. In addition Marsha, the office manager, helped a lot with working out a treatment plan, making everything easily affordable.Honestly, I can’t wait to get another cavity just to experience it again 😄

My appointment was on 7/6/20 and the door was locked when I arrived. A reception person in a mask quickly opened the door for me and immediately took my temperature with a contactless thermometer and asked me questions regarding COVID 19 symptoms. The waiting room is colorful and cozy and I was the only one waiting. I waited less than 5 minutes before being brought back for x-rays and the initial examination. I then waited between 5 - 10 minutes for the dentist to come by and explain stuff to me and do the actual cleaning. Then waited less than 5 minutes for a reception person to show me a breakdown of retainer options/pricing. Waited less than 5 minutes for the last part of the appointment where they polish the teeth and floss. Then waited less than 5 minutes to set up my appointment for next time. Everyone was nice and wearing masks and I feel this is the quickest, smoothest dentist appointment I have ever had. I was done is just a bit over an hour, I think it was an hour and 15 minutes just about.

Very long wait for exam and cleaning. Never had it take 2 hours at any other dentist! Both my husband and daughter complained about the rough handling by the hygienist when she flossed their teeth. Everyone was nice enough, but we don’t intend to return to this location.

When starting my procedure the dental assistant showed support and kindness to ease my nerves. It really meant a lot, and prevented any freak out feelings.Dr. Kholman (who was sitting in at the S. Lamar) provided excellent, judgement-free care. I appreciated him taking the time to fully explain what I could expect for my procedure (and future care) as well as answering all of my questions. No surprise sounds or sensations. Aside from the minor discomfort of initial injections, the rest of the work went by swiftly and sufficiently numbed.Later in the day I received a check in, service that went above and beyond. Started out ok first apt, went in to get the work done and was told that my insurance needed to approve some work. I was back and forth with front desk staff, not once did she tell me this before I went in! Not even the Dr knew until Im sitting in the chair. I had worked a 16 hour night shift and wasted my time when goin in! If I had known before I would have waited till insurance approved all services. I left very dissapointed in lack of communication.I already recieved paperwork from my insurance of approval, office never called me back. Very disappointed !

I had an appointment at this location which I arrived on time for. I filled out the necessary forms in about ten minutes. I had to wait for over 35 minutes. An associate started to take me in the back of the office and started to direct me into the x ray room. I told the associate that I am pregnant and I dont feel comfortable having an x-ray. The associate then stepped away to talk with the front desk person in a different language. She then proceded to also talk with the doctor on staff. The associate came back to me and told me that they must have an x-ray done in order to provide service (it is required by law). I told the associate I understand but my doctor has informed me that I should not be doing any additional x-rays. I also told the associate I can have my old dental office transfer all documentation. She asked, what trimester are you in your pregnancy ? ( I did not feel comfortable in telling her what trimester I was in but it seemed as though she would just tell me your are safe). The associate stated again with saying, that we must take x-rays, I told the associate to just cancel my appointment. I do understand that there are laws and regulations for the safety of patients/clients but they way I was treated is just not acceptable.The wait was too long and the customer service was very poor. I would not recomend this dental office.

I came across Brush32 because it accepts our insurance and is close to work. I requested an appointment online and quickly received a response and appointment time. Their office is clean and modern, and the TVs help distract from the usual jitters that come with dental office visits. The staff was very friendly, especially Marsha and Oscar, who went through costs and coverage in detail. Dr. Lalezari was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely seems to care about her patients. I never write reviews but was so furious after my past visit with Brush32 that I felt the need to share to alert anyone else. (and was not surprised to see other recent reviews similar). When I first arrived they immediately jumped into doing x-rays even though I told them I had gotten x-rays done 6 months ago. The doctor asked if I ever had braces, which I had, and she proceeded to tell me that I needed a retainer even though my teeth are perfectly straight. When looking at the X-rays, the doctor tells me I need to have 3 cavities filled, a crown and a potential root canal because one of my old fillings now has decay. I have literally NEVER HAD A CAVITIY OR A FILLING in my entire life which I told her. She said I must not remember or maybe it was from when I was too young to know. She also tells me I need to get my wisdom teeth taken out. The guy comes over to share with me how much all of these things would cost - which was about $5k. NO THANK YOU. After I declined doing any of these extra things without a second opinion, the assistant cleaned my teeth for no more than 5 minutes ( it was extremely rushed and rough) and sent me on my way. I will absolutely never be back to this place, they should be written up by the BBB.

The dentist wanted to do two immediate root canals and a total of 6 later. I went back to my dentist back home and he said that I had nothing wrong. They were just trying to make money. Beware. You may think there doing a good job because they suggest all this work. They’re just trying to scam you.

Loved my first experience here. I really hate going to the dentist; however, Dr. Lalezari and her staff, especially Jose who was amazing and Oscar who is beyond friendly, made me feel very comfortable. The procedure was thoroughly explained and everyone was super thoughtful and professional.

After reading several great reviews on Google, I tried Brush32 in October. My previous dentist had suggested keeping an eye on 1-2 teeth & when I switched over to brush the (new, 6 months out of dental school) dentist suggesting 4 crowns & other miscellaneous work for around $4000 out of pocket. I switched to a more seasoned dentist/practice & needed 1 crown & 1 filling for under $500 out of pocket

Great experience! Very friendly and professional! Communicated clearly and worked very smoothly together as a team. I had some sealants fixed and they did a wonderful job communicating what to expect and ensuring I was comfortable. It really helped me stay calm and comfortable throughout the experience.

Its rare Im as comfortable and at ease at the dentist than with my experience with Brush32. I had an urgent dental need and Marsha got me in the same day. Dr. Lalezari was accommodating and professional, while her assistant, Faith was very attentive and pleasant. I was distressed at how much work my teeth needed, however Marsha and Oscar helped me with financing options and educated me on the great insurance offers the office provided. The entire team went above and beyond to help me in a tough situation after I got an infection. I am thankful for the team at Brush32 and would highly recommend them for your dental needs!

This is by far the best dental place I’ve ever been! Super comfortable, friendly staff and they are so welcoming! I’m having my braces work done through brush 32 and I love It! Also, I love I can Get my cleanings in on a Saturday!
