I purchased Washguys Oil Change voucher from Groupon. They do not take appointment ( First come First served). I visited this place 4 times over 3 weeks and these are their excuses.1. Oh! We are busy. Come back later2. It will take 2 hours. We close soon.3. Come on week days at opening time.4. The guy is not coming today. Come next week.I am not sure if they know how to run the business. They dont care about customers. I wonder why Groupon promotes them. I got my money refunded from Groupon.

Not good at all. Poor service, went in for inspection but the old man in the bay said my tint was illegal. It was not, he lied, l took my business elsewhere and they said it was within the legal limit. Just watch out for those who tell lies.

I was trying to give this place under new management some business but made a mistake. I was quoted one price over the phone for oil change to include taxes and everything out the door but charged different price at the end. Half of their staff did not have masks. I will not go back and not recommend this place to anyone.

They open super late, the person who changes the oil is never there, you have to wait and at 5 pm if you arrive they will no longer attend you...
