The month my son has been attending here he has nothing but flourished. We went from being frustrated trying to figure what every scream meant and him regressing with his genetic condition on top of it to him trying to talk again and to him being patient and communicating with the tools we are given that we build on at home with. This center was the best decision for my child and i cant wait to see what all he masters while he is here.

My daughter was diagnosed with autism and I was provided with no referrals or information about autism I also brought in FMLA PAPERS FOR THEM TO FILL OUT 3 months ago and they still have yet to do it because the therapist supposedly Stopped working there I have called a lot to check on my fmla papers so I can get medical leave for my job so I can start my child in therapy but everytime I call no one knows anything no one returns my call it’s to the point now that they won’t even answer the phone when o call I never knew it would take 3+ months to fill out fmla papers this place is highly unprofessional and I would not recommend this place to anyone

My son started attending about a month ago. He will be three in October and was diagnosed with ASD in March. He had no communication whatsoever. Now he knows several signs and several words, he is pointing at things he wants and recognizes. He is quickly learning body parts. He has made tremendous progress at Hopebridge. It is the only place here that offers full time therapy. The staff is wonderful and always so excited to see him. I am so excited to see how far he will come in another month!

Took a while to get in and get a response from them it also took a few phone calls but my son was diagnosed with level 2 autism and the lady was incredibly nice who assisted us. Be persistent it takes a while to get in.

This provider discriminates on the basis of sexual orientation. DO NOT GO HERE. I met my 4 year old neighbor who had jumped his fence and was running around the streets. Mom was driving around frantically trying to find him when he came into my yard. Once everyone was safe she reported how she went to Hopebridge to get a diagnosis of autism and services for her son. She said Hopebridge refused to diagnose him with autism. The reason why he was behaving this way was because she is gay.How in this day and age does an autism provider blame a parent for the way a child is behaving?! This is a Christian based provider and refuses services based on sexual orientation.

This is the second center (richmond in first) we have delt with. Long story short dont wast time, money, energy. The first screener (would not call her a psychologist) stayed behind computer and did 0 interaction with my child. Did not screen him with the ADOS testing tool. Did not turn in paperwork, etc. It took multiple phone calls to corporate to finally find out what going on. They ended up providing ANOTHER screening. The second screening g was more in depth, he utilized the screening tool. He diagnososed my son on the spectrum. I was sent a report in email that I forwarded to sons developmental preschool. The director informed me that the district psychologist said the report was incomplete and they planned to test this coming fall. In the meantime we moved to miamisburg. I have called 2x about why sons ABA not started. They directed me to Jill at corporate. She got an attitude and said she would call me if needed. Long story short, UHC refuses report from their Psychologist because it is incomplete and does not validate an autism diagnosis. Hopebridge feels nothi g wrong with report and wants to appeal! That is 2 different places (esc and insirance) that says it is not a validated complete report. This company as a whole is horrible. In the meantime my child is not recieving ABA that is desprately needed (I have tried appx. a year to get someone to eval and tx!) While my family is 8n jeapordy due to aggressive behavior and self inflicting injury. Plans to utilize a different facility but again, due to the issues with Hopebridge can not go elsewhere till yet a THIRD ASD screening is done at out of pocket expense!!! Please save yourself a Migraine level headache and go with other, more replicable companies. Unfortunately at the time they were the only ones available within a 30 mile radius.
