This company is THE WORSE. I hate leaving bad reviews but it has to be done. My husband and I moved from CT to FL, and used this company. It started in CT when two of the three men packing our stuff were drinking, even taking a break to stop at the package store, It had me at alert so I contacted my husband. Due to unfortunate circumstances we had to continue using these guys. They charged us an additional fee, claiming it is because we did not pay up front however they told us not to because they need to “adjust our pricing” once we finally after nearly two months received our belongings several items came broke, we received two boxes not ours and missing two boxes. One of those boxes has confidential paperwork pertaining to my personal information. My husband and I are beyond livid as this company is refusing to help us. They continue giving us the run around and keep telling us they have to look into this. They requested us take photos of the damaged items which we did, now they are claiming if they reimburse us its based off of weight! No! We want the items that were broken in your care to be replaced as we paid over $2400 and had insurance! Never again will we use this company not refer them! No!!!

This Company should be you last resort to send items, I send a item to Puerto Rico and they told me 4 to 6 week, that was back in 6/10/2021 and today 9/4/2021 all must 3 month later they dont have a clue when will get there, they just said we are delivering container #21 and you item is on container 29 and we will call you when the item get there. Nice 👍

I used them on January 19 and they told me 4-6 weeks to get my things to puerto rico it took 13 weeks to get there now my things are still at the port and they saying its going to take an other week to get to where I need it to go Dont use LA rosa del monte for moving now we talking to puerto rico and they charging 50 to bring to upstairs Noone never said anything about it

My mother used them for services and all they did was damage the majority of her furniture. Then had the nerve to say we purchased a good insurance to cover the damages I would not use there services ever again they dont consider that they are there to handle the customers personal belongings as if it was theres I am very unsatisfied with the service I wouldnt recommend to anyone!!!

Not guranted not good poor service its been already 4 month since i paid for my vehicle to be ship still nothing since July 19 its October 14 2020 .. When they told me that it would be here in the being of October called today know they are saying that my vehicle will be here the third week of November .. everytime I call is a different story...

We were hesitant after reading so many terrible reviews, but we have to say that we are pleasantly surprised with the cost and service provided by the employees in the Bridgeport office and also in the Puerto Rico office. We shipped a couple of fragile items and took great care on our own to make sure that they were packed to our satisfaction. The pickup crew was quirky, but friendly and they efficiently wrapped, tagged and picked up items at two different locations. We also dropped stuff off at the warehouse, so we were concerned that all of it ended up being shipped/arriving at the same time. The office crew went through the entire list of items with us and finally gave us a price for shipping it all. This was the only part of the process that was hard to plan for since we didnt have a good estimate beforehand of what it would all cost. That said, the price was reasonable for our very large shipment and we were told it would take 6-8 weeks to arrive at the port in San Juan and that once the crew in San Juan received the shipment at the port they would call us to set/up delivery. Six weeks later we called the office and were told our shipment had arrived at the port. The PR crew told us that it would take 10-14 days to sort/prepare our shipment for delivery to the house. SInce we wanted to be there to receive the shipment we were also trying to coordinate our travel to be there when the shipment arrived. The PR crew helped us gauge when that would be and the shipment arrived to our house two days after we did. All items were accounted for, none were damaged and the delivery crew was efficient and friendly. Our fragile items included heavy glass doors and countertops, all of it arrived safely. La Rosa del Monte PR are the worst of the worst. 1 star is not low enough on this guys. Seriously their incompetence and unprofessionalism has cost me time and money.... btw Im still waiting for my things almost a month and a half all because of them!!

Good prices and comunication

Only reason I clicked a star was because I had no other choice. Very messy when I got my stuff back they switched trucks and broke one of my Marbel tables that cost me $3,000 most of my boxes were smashed, alot of broken things. Im very disappointed in them.

Waiting more than 8 weeks to get a generator delivered to PR. Still havent arrived promised 4 weeks

I have been waiting for the move since May 6, they told me 2 months I call to see what status it is in and they say that they will return my call and they never do it only once they gave me info but they tell me one thing and my partner another, it does not bother me waiting but I never get an answer and I dont know if my things and those of my family will arrive in good condition is frustrating 😕😕😕😕😕

I do not recommend this company, they are irresponsible, disrespectful, negligent and unprofessional. They went to pick up my move without wrapping paper for the glassware, broke glassware and did not have any kind of care with my belongings. They had the audacity to take bottles of water from the refrigerator without authorization, even one of them picked up a beer. This marked a lack of respect for me and my family, without excluding the owner and manager of the location were aware of the situation and did not take any action, on the contrary charged me more than established.

They are very expensive to send a car to the island.
