Went here this morning as recommended for my scheduled maintenance. I had low pressure on the right rear tire. After the service my vehicle TPMS shows that the tires were rotated as the low pressure tire is now in the front right. However, on the service paperwork it denotes that all tires checked at 31 psi when in and 34 psi when out of the shop. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and drove the vehicle for over 30 miles to see if tire pressures would stabilize and go up. Not a chance. Pictures after service and 30 plus miles after. Outside temp is 92. Long story short, air was not checked, and paperwork was falsified. First and last experience with this shop. Will contact insurance company to let them know as well.

Took my car 1 week ago for a full synthetic oil change. Explained to them I have the low engine oil light on my car. They completed the oil change and within 2 days I have the engine oil light come back on. When I opened my hood and checked the engine oil level, there was no oil in there with no leaks underneath the car. Took it back to Firestone and spoke to the manager. Manager confirmed that there wasn’t enough oil placed in the engine. Manager’s excuse was that they have too much work so didn’t have the time to check. Are you kidding me? I was charged $120 for a full synthetic oil change and your mechanic didn’t have the time to check if the job was actually done correctly? This is the second incident I’ve had with Firestone. Will not ever be bringing my vehicle back to a Firestone again.

This place used to be not good .. I think they have changed to the best .. people are very polite in there and they try to take care of their customers.. If you own a Lexus and you have a problem with alignment, bring it here and ask for tech 44 Erick (alignment tech) sometimes he works Sundays.. this guy knows what he is doing.. I tried him with 2017 and 2021 model.. he fixed what Lexus dealerships couldnt have. He was the reason for me to leave this review for this store. All of them are good but this guy is special.. If I own a Lexus dealer I would absolutely offer him a job.

Literally the absolute worst Firestone I have ever been. I usually go to the one in Carrollton tx, but I moved to las Colinas recently. I went to get my tires rotated because it was time. And they first tried to charge me when i got all 4 of my tires recently from Firestone and i got the lifetime warranty. I had to show paperwork when they argued with me and said it wasn’t on their system.. then they didn’t even rotate them because they said my wheel lock did not work but i had extras in the bag, that they didn’t even try. The guy at the front kept telling me that they only saw one. So when i walked to my car i grabbed the bag and show him the other. It was a mess, terribly customer service!! I cannot see how they still have jobs.9/27/2021 is when this happened!

I Recently went in for an Engine oil leak issue and after taking the diagnosis fee I was told that it would cost me $1000 to fix everything with the suggestion the technician made. I agreed to do the service over the phone. When I went to pick the car in the evening they showed me the bill of 1226.The technician I talked or when I drop off the car was not there. I have explained the same to technician who was there when I was picking the car. One of the technician who was there is like with paying this money you cannot take the car out in a rude way. I have going this store for the last 5 years. I never had this kind of experience before. I sincerely request to the store technician Please stop this kind of behavior to the customers who have been loyal.

I would give zero stars if I could, placed an appointment online yesterday for today for 9:30 AM, I get there and all I am told is I will have to wait about an hour to an hour and half because they were already booked! It would have been nice if they called me yesterday or perhaps make adjustments for their online system to reflect such things so that no one wastes time. I would have been ok with the issue if not for the lack of caring on the staffs part, I left feeling that it happens often, I will not use Firestone for anything in the future! I only needed a basic oil change and the lack of caring and system issues was ridiculous.

I came for a basic check ($10.00) for my car. That day was extremely busy and the technician made a mistake of forgetting to put back the cap on my brake fluid bottle under the hood. I took the car for multiple car washes and then couple of days later I opened the hood to check something in my car. I noticed the problem and called the branch immediately. I talked to the store manager Frank and he assured me he will do anything he possibly can to make sure my car is put back in original condition. He changed my brake fluid. Order the new bottle cap for the brake fluid bottle and also ordered a $ 300.00 part from the dealership that was damaged by the technician. I MEAN WOW!!!!....This is called super duper customer service. I will always bring my car to this branch in the future (As long as FRANK is the manager there). Trust me guys...not only these guys are nice and courteous....they really take care of your car and excellent customer service.People always make mistakes, its how an amazing set people at this location have dealt with it that makes the difference and retain their customer loyalty.Good work guys and Frank.

I hate to do this, but...I took my vehicle here this morning around 7:45am for a balance and rotate. It was moderately busy, but nothing extreme. I was told my work order had 1 car ahead and I would have a 1 and a half hour wait from pull in to completion. I walked home because I dont live far away and waited. I came back at 9:15am on the dot and was told that theyre JUST NOW about to pull my vehicle in to begin working on it. WTH? I respectfully took my keys and my business elsewhere...

Recently came in for an AC issue and after taking the diagnosis fee I was told that it would cost me $1800 with labor to replace the compressor and it was gone completely. I decided to take the car to dealership instead and they told me that compressor was fine and there was leakage in AC line and that has to be replaced. 570$ for the same. Also got my state inspection done for 25$.Anyways this place is total waste of time and money. Twice I came in for different issues and either they dint have the part and even after multiple days couldnt get it or was charged high. Real rip off. Stay away guys.

It was just disappointing because when you rush after work thinking you’ll have enough time and it turns out they’re full and you can’t get service, it can leave you upset.

I went here for a wheel alignment and purchased a lifetime wheeling alignment and they split my front bumper, almost ripping it OFF. There’s no cameras in the Bay Area and the manager completely denied causing the damage. But admitted that that location has ripped off peoples front bumpers before but they couldn’t of did mine. There is even dents and dings on the machine that they use for the wheel alignments.I wasn’t offered any type of refund or credits. I am completely unsatisfied with this location.

Went in for front end alignment. Staff was very nice and attentive. However upon leaving the steering wheel was about 15 degrees off center and they left the hood unlatched. I would not have noticed the hood had I not turned round on the road to bring back to get steering fixed. Attention to detail is a must for me.

I happened to notice low tire pressure as I was driving by Firestone during lunch break. Pulled in to get it checked. Turns it had 2 nails in it, yikes! Thank you Firestone team for getting it repaired and me on my way very efficiently and quickly. Huge kudos to all!!!

The only thing I saw there was that theyll try to make you but now tires. No matter how minor the issue is, theyll make it look like that if you go without buying the new tire the one you already have will explode and youll die. I had a flat tire and it was almost a new tire. When I went there they said well take about an hour to fix it. After an hour they told me that we are so sorry your tire is in really bad shape you have to buy a new one as we cant fix this and I was like dude give me my car. I took it to a local place and fix the flat. Its over 2 months now and my tire is working perfectly fine. So be aware if you go there the first thing theyll try is go sell you new tires even if the ones you already have are fairly new.

The worst service I have ever had on my car. Every time I have a flat tire, theyll say it is not repairable and will have to replace the tire. Even though I have wheel and tire protection I will end up paying almost 60-70% of the price. Thats my fault for not going through the terms and conditions of the insurance.My car have black rims and after the tire was replaced, it had white marks all over the rims and the tire. Person who did the job(Deon, I think) is definitely not interested in what hes doing. I am glad Ive declined the wheel alignment recommended.This place should get 0 but google is trying to save this place by giving at least 1. I will never go back to this place.

Made an appt for first thing in the morning for a simple tire rotation.Brought my dog so I could go for a little walk since they said it wouldn’t take long. Waited 3.5 hours for a tire rotation!! Then I get home and all my valve caps are missing.Wasted 3/4 of my day getting my tires rotated. Never giving this place my business again.I asked for a simple tire rotation and they also tried to charge me $21.99 to “do a once over inspection” aka see if there was anything else they could overcharge me for. No thank you, just rotate the tires like I asked!!!

This is a review am too happy to give and well deserved. Having car trouble is scary and intimidating. I was away from home when I had car trouble and that is just defeating.When you’re not from the area and trying to figure out where to go can be quite daunting.My car was towed here and I got my 2nd opinion that my gear shift cable was out. I drive a Pontiac Vibe and since they don’t make those anymore it seemed that I was doomed.Kevin (don’t have last name) and John Ziesmer were wonderful. Both men were nice and knowledgeable. Although, they couldn’t fix it, John knows his craft well and taught me how to shift gears from under the hood.I couldn’t not believe I could have been home a day earlier had anyone else known that.Thank you firestone and thank you Kevin and John Z.I hope to be of service to someone the way you both were to me.

Amazing service, friendly attitude and easy going. Well I got flat yesterday. So I went to the Firestone on belting and 183. Well they told me it would be $20 for a patch. I was like ok. Then he proceeded to tell me it would take over an hour to patch this tire. Im like no but thank you. So I called NTB. They tell me $32 for a patch. At this point I was like WHAT. A new tire cost $50 starting off. So I decided to give Firestone a try again. So I went to this one. Well I got my tire patched for free and the put the tire back on for free. It only took them 30 minutes. Dont worry ill be back. I have another car that needs all new tired. I will definitely choose this Firestone over other ones. Thank you guys.

Today I took my 2013 Lexus f sport in to have the car aligned to my very specific requirements. Kenya greeted me with a beautiful smile and was very professional and charismatic, which is a task for some. She was very engaging and very kind to me. Later when I got into my car and drove it I was amazed by how nimble my car drives now and how the technician Kevin was able to get my car spot on even with the modifications to my car. Thank you Kevin and Kenya. Also special thanks to Ryan for taking my initial phone call. I was impressed and elated how well I was treated. My experience from beginning to end was more than exceptional. Prices may not be the lowest, but the associates at this location make the cost worth it with their service and respect. I arrived just over an hour before close, and the lobby was packed. The man at the counter was very attentive to my requests and explained that there were a handful of people in front of me, but that they would be happy to get the work done before leaving for the evening. He was very pleasant to speak to, and informed me of additional work that may be needed, but was in no way pushy. Him and the techs working on my vehicle stayed an additional 40 minutes after closing to get my vehicle ready and made no complaints or indication of frustration with being there late. The work was completed with care and respect. The gentleman made conversation to help distract me from the long wait and was happy to help me with an additional quote even after I had explained that I would likely do it myself, and was just looking for an idea of what it would cost to have it done there. All in all, I would absolutely recommend this location and will return in the future for any auto needs that I can not take care of on my own.

Went here right before they closed because of several maintenance lights flashing. Ryan greeted me and was great; he tried his best to diagnose the issue, and reassured me that theyll get everything taken care of. The next day I was in touch with Kevin and Kenya, both of them were just as great to work with. They didnt try to push additional maintenance on me like most auto shops do. Kevin even walked me out to show what they did and explain what had gone wrong.Overall, this is a great place if you are looking for solid mechanics with skilled customer service. Really easy to work with them!

Courteous and professional. They are more expansive than most places but they guarantee their work. The quote to get my car fully repaired was almost$1,100. I told them over the phone that I had only budgeted $1,000 for this repair. They went out of their way (without being asked) and found over $75.00 work of coupons for me which brought my total under $1,000. In addition, come to find out, I was missing several lug nuts. They found some spare in their shop and they replaced all of my missing lug nuts with no charge to me. I dropped my car off on my lunch break and they had it ready by the time I got off work. The only thing keeping me from giving them a full 5 stars are their high prices.

Took my car to get inspected first time at Firestone and I was quite impressed with the service. I was on a waiting list (which was no big deal) that gave me time to run errands! They called me to inform me the inspection is finished. My car was inspected, and I was also given complementary windshield wiper fluid! From the Front desk customer service to the garage vehicle service I was really impressed with this Firestone!

We have been taking our cars to this location for 10 years. Its always been convenient and the service good. That is until 6/12/19. We called and scheduled an appointment to drop our Porsche Panamera off for an oil change and front end alignment. When we arrived we were told that we didnt have an appointment and they would not be able to provide a certain type of oil. We stated that we had done the exact type of service many times over the last few years with this particular vehicle. The person was rude and said this would be the last time he would do it. He was to the point of calling my husband a liar! We will NOT return to this location ever again! There will be someone out there that will want our business!

When I read others reviews, I think this shop should be shut down for good.Im so disappointed with the service.Its super slow and unprofessional.Since Im within the one year warranty.I want to check my alignment.And this is the first ever Im trying to take the advantage of the warranty!Since this is free of charge based on the statement.I get nothing but forever waiting.They have me waited for 3 hours without touching my car.And finally they tell me the worker has to go home!What?!Excuse me!!?Why dont you tell me earlier.And everyone needs to go home! Very unprofessional customer service, I will never go back and I am not complaining about price. I had to get an AC leak check, agreed on price, decided to come back on different day (4 days later). I picked up my car and suddenly realized after driving few miles away - they left the glove compartment ac channel area open - did not apply the cover back on ! I go back to the shop, extremely bad behavior of guy at the front desk (5PM 5/2/2019 - you know who you are if you read this review) - he chuckles at me and threatens me you will be charged 1 hour of labor to put it back on -- something they left open ! Technician comes over and puts back cover in 1 min, tries to explain to me he left it open so it can dry out. So Front desk person - 1 hour of extra labor, what was that!! I AM NEVER GOING BACK HERE.... I RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT AS WELL...

I went the Friday before Memorial Day, made an appointment online. I still sat in the lobby for an hour before they even looked at my car. The front desk guy was super nice about it, but they were very understaffed. The staff was accommodating to some of my needs, but I still felt like I should have been called if my appointment was running over, as I had to take off work for an alignment. The actual alignment seemed a bit rushed, but did help my car and I was given a success report as well. I would suggest better customer service in letting customers (with or without appointments) that you are not going to get to their car for days instead of flat out saying Im too busy go to another store ..otherwise, car service was just fine.

Summary:You pay high end prices for cut rate mechanics.1. Any parts they install will be marked up around 300%. Yeah, theres always some markup for profit, but 300%??2. They cant troubleshoot properly. When I had a problem with an $80(their price) part, they decided they should replace all my struts for $1500. Then, since it wasnt fixed by the $1500 job they were nice enough to install the $80 part for free and mess up my alignment.3. They dont test their repairs. Ohh, you got a noise?? ... Internet says I should swap this part...New part is in, hand it to the customer4. They dont communicate well. If you ever do decide to go there, make sure that you always speak with the same person - and BEFORE you approve ANY repair make sure that they put the statement of symptoms, diagnostics, and repair plan in writing... trust me on that.Overall they are polite and friendly, but this does not compensate for their lack of expertise and effectiveness as mechanics. I will not return or recommend them to anyone. They got 2 stars because they were just too friendly to give one.

Had a very bad experience, got my front brake rotor and shoes replaced based on their recommendations. The rotor wore out in less than 3000 miles. Had to get those replaced. Again there was sound coming from the brakes, this time replaced shims, again same issue as I drove just 2 miles to my home. The manager are rude and unprofessional. Avoid this place. Do not risk your lide by handing your car to them. They just dont care.

Awful, dishonest, and insulting. Trying to charge me $240 for a part I can buy for $80 or so. Plus tried to upsell me for over $100 to replace 8 lug nuts with a separate and not urgent issue (Google Ford lug nut issue)... $13 a lug nut!Plus they tried to sell me two tires for over $200.They want $350 to do just the thing I brought it here for, I will fix it myself for about $100. I will never think about going to another Firestone in my life.To make it worse, they have a quote from the founder, Harvey Firestone, on the wall: I believe fundamental honesty is the keystone of business. They are in no way living up to that. I think they were trying to take advantage of me because I told them I work in the area but dont live in the area.My wife tried to negotiate price based on a NAPA price she found online, citing their triple price match guarantee, they wouldnt budge. The price match, they say, is that they will match the price of a different Firestone. Insane and #useless.Short version: just dont. Dont do it. Go somewhere else.

My husband got stranded with a vehicle spewing fuel. The manager (John) and service tech (Dion, I believe) took a quick look. When hubby said that the suspected failed part had been replaced somewhere else recently, they refused to charge to do any more diagnostics to confirm what was already suspected. They allowed him to wait inside (95+ degrees outside that day) for me to arrive and for AAA to come to tow the vehicle. They could have easily charged us $30+, but were more concerned about saving us money than wasting it. Their kindness and courtesy were A1. Thank you!

My below review was for old management. I do not yet know how the new management is working.Great service, attention to detail, they truly care of getting the job done correctly and did not rush to finish the work on my car. Very polite and friendly managers. My cars water pump broke when I was close to this firestone location. My car all of sudden started making rattling noise and I took it here as it was the closest. Initially I thought they may not work on the engine, timing belt stuff but to my pleasant surprise they DO. Water pump and timing belt was changed and in the process of putting in new parts, water pump hose(original one on the car) was very rusty and bolt could not be opened. The manager explained to me in great detail what the problem was. I decided to go with new hose. This process took longer than usual due to unseen bad hose and they had compensated the lost time in the most wonderful manner.

Very expensive and total rip off. My check engine turned on and they were going to charge me 100$ to tell me what it is about. When I asked as to how much it would cost me on an average based on the symptoms, I got an answer saying that it can be anywhere between 1 and a Million$. They just need to plug in a device and it would say what is wrong. And for that I was told to wait 2 hours.Took it to a reputed local mechanic and he did it for free in just 2 minutes. He also explained everything in detail and told me my options. He also fixed everything at half of what would have costed me over here.

Im so disappointed with the service.Its super slow and unprofessional.Since Im within the one year warranty.I want to check my alignment.And this is the first ever Im trying to take the advantage of the warranty!I took appointment at 11 amI get nothing but forever waiting.They have me waited for 2 hours without touching my car.and when I ask them they said we are running behind your turn will be next after one hour so for alignment I’ll spend 5 hours if what they are saying is wright and they compare it with doctors the manager told me it’s same when u took appointments to see a doctor is he gonna see u on time ? Excuse me that what costumer service mean ?

I am so sick of waiting. I had the appointment made for tyre alignment but then had to wait 2.5 hours. To my surprise there are not many cars but When talked to manager he said appointment will only put you in line not the time. It appears there is one assigned lane to make alignments and the rest are empty so other mechanics are just sitting idle.

These people hate women and take advantage of them at every opportunity. My wifes battery died while in the parking lot across the street. I called them to give them the car make and model and have them bring her a replacement. They jumped the car and took it over to Firestone. They told her the battery was dead, which she already knew. They then charged her $129 for the battery, plus $25 for testing the battery and another $25 for installing the battery.I wish we had seen all of the 1 star reviews detailing their contempt for their customers. Never, ever again.

Terrible customer service. I came in there to do a simple air check and none of the employees came up to greet me or even let me know they were busy, and the lady at front did not say anything to me when I walked in and stood there for five minutes. I walked out and will never return. Terrible terrible terrible customer service

Deserves a half star really. Customer service is lackluster. Service seems sloppy at best. Gave me car back after major repairs with new check engine light on and oil change due and without even mentioning either (Did I mention part of the repairs was fixing an oil leak?) Brought car back a couple days later, was told issue was nin-safety related so dont worry about it. Like really? How about you let me decide whether I want to get it some or not? Or at least give me the options to do so? Before giving your advice? Engine light was then cleared and oil change supposedly done. Omw back home, oil change due light comes back on. One positive thing tho, oil leak issue was resolved.

I had a screw in a tire that needed to be fixed, the tires have around 14k miles and are wearing fast, he said he would replace all four, pro rated for a certain price, it was a good deal, I said go ahead. I take a walk for 30 mintues and then the guy says the boss wont do it and now the price was 300 dollars higher, almost full price for all four tires. I will be lucky to get 20k miles from these firestone tires, I will never return.

Ive read the poor ratings but had a superior experience myself. I carried in a doghnut spare about 2 months ago with a bad valve which they replaced for me so I could change a tire...They did this right away and didnt even bill me. Then, when I brought in the car, the swapped out my tire, replaced it under the road hazard warranty, and I was on my way. I was so pleased that I rotated in my other 2 cars (daughter and wife) the same day for oil change and inspection. Same great service. Professional, timely. I asked about the bad ratings and the gentlemen working told me that they had been brought in to make some improvements. Clearly the have! Dont be afraid... give this place a try!!

This place scams women!They failed my state inspection for a small crack in one of my front headlights and they tell me its $287 for the part plus labor, which is $407 total.They told me this part is RARE, HARD TO FIND. The part is online for $40 all day long and at OReilly Auto Parts for $60!! This place is a RIP OFF and scheister company! Do yourself a favor and dont do business here! Awful.Calling the BBB!

Try communication. I came in early in the morning for a quick state inspection...no problem, except the inspection machine was broken. Instead of just telling me they let me sit there for about 45 mins until I asked what was going on. So the guy working the counter went to check, comes back 15 minutes later and doesnt even address me. Finally, I asked again and he broke the news that it was broken, so I left.Have an ounce of consideration for other humans.

I had bad experience for break service, they did multiple times, but didn’t fix the actual problem. It seems they are good for tires and wheel alignment, not for the break service works.

Visit was not done in a timely manner. Staff was sluggish and lethargic. The males seemed to put more importance on checking out the female customers than their job. Only silver lining was the female associate on duty had good customer service. Do not plan on getting anything done here again.

My coworker suggested this place compared to Just Brakes. They scheduled me an appt the next day for brake check. It was supposed to be free but the rep put me down for a full car inspection which was $21 but he reduced it to $9.99. When I arrived I had a coupon for 9.99 and he acted like he didnt want to apply it to my service even though it qualified. He applied it and gave me a military discount on top because they suggested I clean out my fuel and adjust and clean the brakes. They also made me aware of a issue on my tires that was Discount Tires fault so I was grateful for that. Staff was pretty nice, they seemed to be backed up but overall I went in at 3 and was out by 530pm. I would bring my vehicle back based on their honesty and military discounts.

Untrustworthy staff. I took my car in for an oil change and they told me my car needs the full synthetic oil change (the most expensive one) to run properly. Well, within a few days I spoke to a mechanic at a car dealership and he said that was absolutely not true. Also during my oil change, Firestone told me that a couple things needed to be done to my car. I told them No because I didnt think anything needed to be done (car had less than 15,000 miles) and because I didnt believe them. Sadly, when I picked up my car I even questioned if my oil had even been changed. Its sad wondering if you received the services you paid for and knowing they are not being completely honest with you. This location is so convenient and should/could get lots of customers. However, based on other reviews, I think many customers will go elsewhere to get car services.

Mixed bag. Seem to take a long time to get basic services done like diagnostics but are okay if youre just going for an oil change and filter replacement, but you can probably do better elsewhere like Kwik Kar. Service here is very mixed, seems to depend who you run into. Sometimes nice, but slow, sometimes rude and condescending. As a mention, they seem to be worse on female customers as my wife discovered, as many other reviews have put here, and will charge for many things that other places wont. Id say avoid unless you need a basic service here.

I have been coming here to have both of my cars serviced for over a year now.They always treat me with respect and they also provide the highest customer service that I have seen in a while. I am really glad that they are knowledgeable and their staff is very friendly.I will continue to get my car serviced I have a BMW and an infinity as long as I live in this area.

Was at Firestone Complete Auto Care with the address 7550 N MacArthur Blvd, Irving, TX on 6/4/2018 approximately 12:30pm Central time.Did a simple Tire Rotation service only, and the staff took 3 and half hours to do so. Not only that, but the front desk cashier got an attitude when I asked how much time was needed.As soon as I saw my truck in the parking lot and my key dropped off at the window I began looking at the cashier and waiting. She then proceeded to make outbound personal phone calls, helped another customer, took additional phone calls then finally called me up to ring me up. My truck sat ready for an additional 30 min and I do believe this was intentional. I had to take an uber to pick up my daughter from school, called off the rest of the day at work and walked next door for lunch. The staff told me it would take an hour and a half max.To top it off..... I get on the road and at 70 mph my truck is shaking. I get out and notice the rear tires were put on BACKWARDS. Arrows pointing the wrong way on both rear tires. Tread running the wrong way. This is either inexperienced mechanics or intentional. Either should not be acceptable.FIRESTONE, FIRESTONE (known for tires) PUT TIRES ON BACKWARDS FOR A SIMPLE TIRE ROTATION AND TOOK 3 HOURS TO DO IT. I had a field trip with me and my daughter at firestone that day. Not only that, after all that time my service wasnt even done right.
