I had an incredible experience at waterscape!! I got SNS done and it was not what I expected it was going to be. I called and explained what had happened and what I didn’t like and the same day, they not only gave me a $5 off certificate for next time, but the manager took off the SNS and completely redid everything free of charge. They look amazing! Will definitely go back here every time I want to get my nails done!

I loooooove this place!!!! My nail person was Jason ! It was the best nails and design I’ve ever had!!! Definitely will be back, it’s my manicure and pedicure spot now ! So happy that Ive found this place !

I was going for what I thought was going to be a good experience. Being that I frequent Waterscape for sns, I thought everything would be fine. However this particular time, I chose a full set because it was for my birthday. I was unsatisfied with my service and the nail tech Nick that did my nails the first time. Neither the manager or Nick gave off welcoming energy. Although the manager redid my nails, it was as if she just wanted to get it over with. I also made the mistake of not looking at my ticket and next day saw that I was being charged for items such as shape and length, which my nails were the shape of the original nail tip and the length was barely medium. I will not be returning.

It was extremely crowded and noisy. I made an appointment for 2:00. I was there before my appointment. I waited 45 minutes. The pedicure was okay. I wanted matching nails on hands and feet. That didnt happen. My SNS nails were extremely thick. They cracked up and started peeling off in chunks exactly 14 days later.

Love this Nail Salon! It is clean, professional and never have you waiting. I have been several times and the service never changes. MiMi did my pedicure on my last visit and she was the bomb! The even give out complimentary bottles of water. Will definitely be back.

Pedicure was good, but the manicure was terrible. The actual color was not painted thoroughly and there were spots that were visibly less painted. Also, the clear topcoat didn’t cover the full nail and looked splotchy. They don’t give refunds so they fixed it which they seemed annoyed about. She also “shaped them” and the top of the nails are not uniform (seen in the first pic). Definitely won’t be back.

This place is not friendly. I feel they could be cleaner the person doing my nails rushed my gel manicure. Did not take her time at all. Also I feel they could be cleaner. The manicurist uses a tool on my fingers that was not sanitized prior.

I come to this particular Waterscapes bi weekly. Normally I have a great experience but the ba tech today was rude AND unprofessional. She called the manager 3x because she wasnt doing the service that I asked for. She keep getting frustrated with me because I wanted quality nails. She broke 3 of my real nails trying to take off tips after I asked her to keep my real nails and use SNS. Finally I asked for her to just put tips on since she ruined my real nails. Then when she put the tips on, one was crooked so all I asked for her to do was to fix it and guess what. She called the manager AGAIN who clearly saw it was crooked and fixed it. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at this place. Customer service means EVERYTHING to me ESPECIALLY when I pay my hard earned money. She was so rude and honestly I wont be coming back because I work too hard for someone to treat me like Im the problem because the didnt do THEIR job correctly. #currentlysearchingforanailsalon! UPDATE...Angel fixed my nails and they look great. Coming back i will definitely make appointment with her.

Lillian was my nail tech. She did a great job today!! I love the nails she did for me. She was very good at double checking her work for mistakes. Everything that bothered me she read my mind & would fix it. She also was great at offering other deals & explaining the pricing. Very professional & kind to me & my boyfriend who tagged along.

Faith is a nail artist. I always bring her a picture or idea and she nails it. Her color choices are always on point. She is also wonderful at brow shaping and waxing. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend.

If I could give my experience a -1 star I would gladly give. This happens to be the second opportunity visiting this nail salon which happens to 5 mintues from my house. My first experience on 10/30 it was amazing. I thought I finally found a nail salon that was able to make sure my nails looked good. It was time to get my gel polish changed today, so I decided to go back, my first mistake was not requesting the lady who did my nails the very first time, it was maybe 10 people in the salon so I figured everyone would be on the same level considering I was only doing a gel polish change not even a manicure along with it. The employee(Lilly) I thought she didnt pay attention to detail, she wrapped my nails so she could remove the old polish however she only let it sit for 5 minutes, she then took off the cotton tips and the polish still wouldnt come off because she hadnt waiting the timeframe in order for it to soak off, because of this she had to use the drill to remove all 10 of my finger polish off.I had a small hangnail and she didnt even remove it just polished over it. Once finished and I washed my nails I notice my nails were still sharp on some ends and had to point it out to her so she could file them even. After I check out I was kind of disappointed, I normally dont pay for things Im not 100 satisfied with. At this point I didnt want to speak to any manager. Once in the car I noticed my left hand shape is square-round and my right hand is shape square......two hands with two different shaped nails..... 😡😡😡😡😡

I love this place. Ms.Trang did my nails and I’mcoming in tomorrow with my friend for my fill in. My nails didn’t lift or chip at all and they were fast and the place was clean. 💖

Pedicure; color was perfect but my heels were still rough, didn’t notice until I arrived home.

My sister and I had jelly pedicures with gel nail polish. They did great. There were tons of color to pick from and the people were super nice. The salon smelled good and was clean. I will definitely be going back.

Ive been going to Lush nails in ptc for a while now butter have had a few visits that havent gone well. Decided to try Waterscape. Hands down best SNS manicure Ive ever gotten. Randy took such great care of me. He and his wife Trang do such amazing jobs. Cant say enough great things about them. Ive always wanted a nail tech that I would always use and be able to get to know. I think Ive found that here. Thank you so much!

I chose this place because it looked promising. I chose to get SNS because they were the safest on your natural nails. I picked a nude color and everything was going fine, until it came time to put on the top coat. She did not ask me to wash my hands and therefore, all the dust from filing was still on my fingers and now locked onto my nails. Disappointing. Also, Im not sure what kind of products they used but it ruined my natural nails terribly despite me choosing to get SNS.

Mia is the BEST for ticklish feet! For the past 25 years, I put as much distance between pedicures as possible, due to my ticklish feet. Ive never understood why people find it so relaxing. As of today, I get it. For the 1st time, I had zero issues. Mia removed my calluses, trimmed my nails and fixed the edges before painting a beautiful flag on my toes. She has defenately earned my business.

Waterscape is a clean and attractive. I have SNS on my nails, and they did an ok job, but not to the point that I can rave about them. My nails arent smooth as they should be.

The overall experience was great, however for the amount of money that was paid the work should show. My mom took me here for my birthday and the women who worked on me did a great job, but the women who did my mothers finger nails didn’t do so well. My mom had gotten sns with chrome color on top. Her sns was lumpy and each nail was uneven; the top of her nails looked like they were swollen. The chrome also wasn’t applied to where it was visible. When it came time to check out my mom showed the people who were at the front desk (I’m guessing manager and receptionist) and they said nothing. One woman told us they would redo it if we weren’t happy, however it was packed and we were not about to wait another hour. I wanted to like this place so bad but I do believe in good customer service.

Sometimes there is a small wait if you dont have an appointment but it is well worth it. The technicians take their time and make sure each customer is satisfied with the results. I have been using this salon since they opened in PTC and have never had a bad experience.

I’m new to this area, so finding a good nail place made me nervous. Waterscape is beautiful and luxurious without bruising my wallet. After a 48-hour work week as a nurse, I can highly recommend this place as a lovely space of relaxation. Van was my technician, and she was very kind and thorough. The massages she gave to my tired legs made me feel brand new.

Service was great and my nails look beautiful! Faith did a great job!

The Good- Covid-19 safe. Masks and face shields,Got us in fast.The Bad- Overpriced subpar pedicure, no massage. Each color I wanted they didn’t have. I eventually just cancelled the SNS manicure, paid for my pedicure and left!

Staff is friendly but they are too busy which doesn’t allow them to give their clients the proper service they need. They lack structure and don’t really value new customers unless they are returners. For the price and the overall outcome of your nails.... I think there are other places in Peachtree city that will value your time and money much better than this establishment. I’ve gone to this location multiple times in hopes that my experience was a result of the time I went. Unfortunately, each time I’ve gone my SNS has chipped or cracked within 24 hours of getting them done. I wouldn’t spend your money here unless there’s a specific person youd like to have your service with.

My first visit - Excellent service with pleasant environment and professional staff from the receptionist to the nail technician. Angel did a great job on my nails. She didn’t talk much which was nice as I was able to relax.

Very elegant and beautiful. Unique architecture and in a great location. Theres a emergency clinic next door and a casual restaurant on the other side. Home Goods and several other unique stores are in this plaza. Chick-fil-a is across from them. I loved my technician who was very careful not to inflict pain, as I had the previous time at a different salon. I will definitely return.

LOVE THIS PLACE. My cousin was getting married on a Monday, and while we were doing a lot of last minute prepping, we lost track of time and didnt get to the salon until after 5:30 (They close at 6 and take the last customer at 5:30). The place was packed and at first they told us that we were too late, but I asked if they could at least do my cousins mani b/c shes getting married the next day. The manager consulted with the nail techs (all of them were currently working on someone else) and they agreed to do the brides nails. Well we were all sitting with the bride, and eventually asked again if they would do our nails too (there were 4 of us in total), since some more technicians became available. The manager rounded the techs up and they got to work on our nails. The manager and the techs werent even mad or upset at all, even though they were there past their normal time. We all ended up talking and joking with them and having a great time. And the nails turned out great! (And one of the girls got her eyebrows done as well and they did a great job on those too!) WE WILL DEFINITELY GO HERE AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THIS SALON TO EVERYONE!!!

I recently moved from Ohio so any woman knows the struggle of finding a new hair and nail girl. I went in after trying 3/4 salons.. And I will never go anywhere else!! Faith is amazing and the only one i will make appointments with. The professionalism and cleanliness of this place is outstanding. Give this place a try you will not regret it.

I recently been on a search for a new nail tech due to my tech for over 10yrs changed locations. Im happy to say after a long search for about 2 months I found my new nail home. They are clean, efficient, and fast. Trang is the best. She never disappoints. Try them out, you wont regret it!!

I’ve been going to waterscape for quite a while, but I’m the last 4 months it’s nearly impossible to get an appointment and whoever they now have answering the phone..not Olivia or Caroline is actually very unmotivated to help and a bit rude. I love the atmosphere but good luck getting in with anyone decent.

It’s a nice place and they are friendly today was my first visit . I would have to go back to really rate them . I’m a nurse and I look at customer services a lot and other things . I was dressed down today just feeling relaxed . I have read some of the reviews also . They always say don’t ever judge the book by its cover . The lady name Tammy waited on me and she did my pedicure .

So i got my nails done here before . I was not impressed . This weekend . I needed a set . Was close to home and didnt want to drive to Happy Nails i. Fayetteville . So i went here . Lord what a mistake . Trang and some other lady did my daughters nails . The other lady had a attitude from hello . The nails are chipping and its paint on her hands . They charge alot. Not worth the trouble .

I was not pleased with service, they cut corners. Some technicians dont understand english & are not friendly. I didnt like the vibe & I dont recommend. They talk about customers in their language. They cater to a certain race & I didnt feel comfortable there.

First time there today. Jennifer was awesome. Very detailed and took alot of time pampering me. I got a Pedicure. Very clean and friendly! Loved that it did not smell like most nail salons. You dont get knocked down with a chemical smell when you walk in.

Terrible !!!! Got my nails done on Thursday, Sunday they 1 popped off . Went and got it fix . By Wednesday I was missing 3 nails all came off completely clean !! These are so called sns. .. I’m livid !

Waterscape is the only nail salon i’ve been to since moving to GA that I will continue to go to! The first time I went, Fawn took care of my nails, and from then on I knew I was set. She took such good care of my nails, she was careful, and I could tell she was doing everything she could to make sure my nails were perfect. Whether that was to make sure I was satisfied, or to make sure she doesn’t look bad-I don’t care!! My hands had never looked so good. My first few times going to Waterscape I went as a walk-in and every time I went someone new did my nails, and i’ve never had a bad experience! I personally find it easier to schedule appointments now, so I stop by after work or call to schedule with Fawn.Getting your nails done here will be a GREAT experience!!!

I had a nice mani/pedi but they charge $18 extra for gel on nails, and $12 extra for gel on pedi. When I asked why they charged so much and those exact numbers just for making it a gel mani/pedi it didn’t make sense. So that’s $30 extra on top of my mani/pedi price just to get gel. Any other nail salon usually charges $5 extra for gel.

I love Waterscape. Ive been going to the Newnan location for 5 years and now coming to the PTC location. Great customer service. They are so polite and welcoming. Im always happy with my nails when I leave and Im pretty particular. Randy always remembers just how I like them. Its a beautiful spa, very clean and very relaxing. Ive been recommending Waterscape for years and will continue to do so.

Was very disappointed, looks was deceiving, I came to get a pedicure and just wanted basics toe nails and exfoliation, my tech did such a below par job, it was like she was forced to do the job, will definitely not be back. Go elsewhere and save your money

Have been going here for nearly 1.5 years getting SNS done, but I was concerned about being cut by the e-filer my last several manicures and unsure how the bits/tools/etc. were cleaned. After my last experience, I will not be returning. I got my SNS replaced on 9/3 and less than 24 hours later, had drainage from several cuticles that were nicked with the e-filer as well as from under my nails, which were also filed with the e-filer. I removed the nails at home myself and tried to manage it with antibiotic ointment, but now, almost ten days later, I had to be started on antibiotics due to the infection and subsequent cellulitis that resulted and more nails starting to have drainage from both the cuticles and under my nails.

It was very busy when I came in. My nails came out perfect.

It was very busy,but I did not have to wait long to get a color on my toes and SNS color. Hayley was my technician and she helped me decide on SNS color or Ombre SNS. She was very knowledgeable of the colors that would go best with short nails. I am picky and did not want tips, but she accommodated me very well. She was conservsational,polite and fun to be around. She did not let anything distract her from doing my nails efficiently. Hayley exceeded my expectations and I cant wait to come back. Thank you Waterscape Nails for have an awesome technician like Hayley take care of me for my special weekend.

Have been going there for the past few months after somebody referred me. Had 3 different techs do my nails. But Katie is hands down the best. Wil not let anybody else do my nails but her. Forgot the techs name that did my nails the first time but she did ok. Had a guy do them one time when Katie was out but he will never ever touch my nails again...not a pleasant experience and nails looked horrible.Not mentioning his name because some other customers might actually like him....to me Katie is the bomb..😉

I used to really love coming here. I always left happy after getting SNS and a pedicure. Lately each time I’ve gone I’ve walked outside and in natural light have noticed huge imperfections in the shape of my nails and tons of particles under the top coat of the SNS. I’ve felt really rushed every time I go now. And like I am a burden when I point out a problem with my nails, as if I don’t spend well over $100 dollars on most visits. On a better note, I love their Newnan location. The nail techs don’t rush me, and they really take their time. :-)

I used to love this place. I have been coming for a while until I noticed my nails were hurting during my last manicure done there. I always did SNS which looked lovely from the outside but underneath they destroyed my nails. They are so weak after they file them for several months that I now feel pain. I have many uneven layers on my nails and the worst part is that I just noticed a fungus infection. SNS is really bad for your nails!

I left with my nails looking like a kindergarten art project and felt worse leaving than going in. Nails werent groomed (cuticles, clipping, etc.) only painted. I could have saved myself time and money by doing this at home.

I never write reviews .......I had to for this place!!! Been living here since the 80’s!!!! Now sooooo many nail salons right!?? Went to Judy Nails forever and just thought ok everyone talks about Warerscape in Newnan! Well.....I decided to take my daughter who’s 18 there ( in PTC where I live) and for the both of us to have a beautiful gel set put on! My daughter called it first!! They were putting gel on top of the old gel...... “cutting corners” big time!!!!! Talking amongst themselves in their language!!!!! My nails were burning and bleeding from the drill....I had a small hang nail and she reached in the drawer and got this nail clipper and gauged it into the cuticle! I screamed Ouch!!!!!!! Then she threw the clippers back into the drawer and squirted alcohol all over both my fingers left and right......they finished I 40 mins and the gel polish was thrown on I look like I have pink bubble gum smooshed in my nail beds!!!!!!! Lumpy and bumpy and thick and gross!!!!!!!! My daughter now had where hers are lifting!!!!!!!!! The chemical they used the primer......the owner said she used too much that’s why they burning!!!!!!! They were all ready to leave they closed at 8 we called made appointments and got there at 7. The worse experience EVER!!!!!!! The owner I called and he refused to give me my money back almost $80 and was hard to deal with. Yes it’s pretty in there but I felt like a number!!! My fingers still hurt it’s been almost 6 days......they feel heavy and the cuticles are swollen and irritated..... he offered to fix but I’m too concerned to go back and have more problems......I’m worried that I may have to see a Dr now.......my cuticles are dry and cracking and my nail beds are sore under the heavy gel they put on. Places like this need to be shut down. I will be making a few calls.......

Very nice job on my nails. Wait was very short considering initially being an hour. But the lady walked away and the pedicure water overflowed and burnt me. She did not even apologize.

Lovely ambiance, but nail technician hurt me during the pedicure (still sore three days later) and the foot massage was lacking. I splurged for the Ooh La La pedicure, and am a bit disappointed.

My dipping powder nails cracked on each nail in one week. The gentleman who was doing my nails kept joking with the male staff beside him and was very unprofessional. I was then switched to a female for a polish change on my toes. She did a horrible job. She rushed my polish by not getting all of my old polish off, and then she wouldn’t give me time for my toes to dry before she rushed me to the front to pay. This was my first and last visit.

My daughter and I have been going to this place since it opened. We use to frequent at the Newnan location. The Peachtree City location is very prejudice to African American or people who dont look like they have money in my opinon. They greet the known customers that are other races or ppl that look like they have money but thier tone to African American is totally different.This will be my last visit as I really liked this place for its serene feel at the Newnan Location.

Have been going since October for SNS. I had been noticing that they are short on staff for the last few times. I went in several weeks ago and was shocked when getting my nails done that the technician who appeared to be sick brutally nicked every single cuticle with the electric drill. Not just one but by the time I got home all 10 were nicked and cut. It took 2 weeks for them to heal. Will not go back.

EXTREMELY overpriced. The sns on my thumbs were not shaped correctly. The $30 BASIC pedicure lasted 5 days. Its really pretty on the inside, but almost doesnt count service wise.

I was so excited to come to this place because I had never went here before and I had heard it was good. But the lady I had completely butchered my nails. They are lumpy, uneven, and some are diffrent shapes from other nails. Very upset I paid so much for nails that look like i had done them myself
