First timer! I was impressed with how quick they are, not much of a waiting period. The waiting area is comfortable and spacious! I will definitely be back to get a more in depth cleaning i just got a basic interior cleaning for $11

I really appreciate when the workers are friendly. It was my first time there and the lady at the car wash register broke down the different plans for me. Also made me aware of their 7 day guarantee with the plan I chose. Once the crew took over, they cleaned my vehicle very well. Ill be coming back more often

Says open on sunday full srv . says does state inspections . I go there they have cones blocking entrance with arrows to follow it takes you to the car wash . im told was to go in the exit. AND no one on sundays does inspections . the manager with the pink hair and piercings needs an attitude adjustment.

I went to this location for inspection. This is the closest place from my home to do inspection. They did oil change and car wash in the past. They did it in 20 mins and because of that experience I went there again. But today one of the inspector named Justice Arista, she was so rude and she told me that my brakes are not good and my vehicle inspection was failed. They offer to change brakes And because of high labor charge I denied to change the brakes there. I went to other location and changed the brakes and when I went to autozone for brakes replacement the gentlemen told me that the brakes still have life you changed it 2 months ago.But I have no choice I need to change it anyway. After changing the brake pads, I went there again and told them to re inspect my vehicle and she looked at my vehicles brake pads and still she got confused that they are new or old. She even don’t know that they are new or old. She asked to show me the proof where I changed. After listening that I showed her the proof. Then only she did it. I would not recommend anyone to go to this place .

State inspection guy was extremely rude!! No customer service skills whatsoever and made smart remarks towards me for no reason. I went to Kars Auto shopInstead and was quickly assisted, they provided great customer service and Im sure it was a lot cheaper then what I was going to pay here. If you want an inspection on your car definitely go somewhere else!

Well, they use to wash you vehicle with an inspection. I guess they dont anymore? Inspection took around 45 minutes and while it was completed, I now have what looks to be an a/c duct that I need to re-install. They did let me know it fell down, so I appreciated that.

Went there today for state inspection. Had to wait outside in 93F as there is no shaded waiting area. The technician didn’t even have the curtesy to let me know when the inspection was done. I went and asked after waiting for more than 45min. He then told me that he failed the inspection as one of the headlights was not working. Instead of even quoting me for diagnosis or repair, they simply failed the inspection and charged for inspection and to pay for a failed inspection, I again had to wait outside for the manager to come out from his office and take the payment. I wish I can give them zero stars

Had to get state inspection done and ended up needing a couple of repairs and such. It was a little expensive, but car things are always pricey, so I’m not sure if I was getting a good deal or not. Either way, they were prompt with service, communicative, and friendly. Still looking for a car place that’s top notch, but I’d probably come here again.

I read the reviews and I was a little hesitant. But they did a great job! My car was a mess and needed a good vacuum and cleaning of the dash board. It’s as close to new now. Timing wasn’t long at all. Very satisfied.

Have read the reviews but thought give them a chance tho . I payed $150 for full details plus another $49. For wax seal for shine . !! They have not even clean the tires and wipe up dash board and window .. does not even looks any shine from wax !!! anything !! My car was done in 30 minutes ! !! All the mirror was dirty and seat was not even shampooed good ! !! So much spots left dirty can’t even explain ! After reported to woner He asked me to go back to get my car clean . They detailed my car clean good this time ! ! The woner was very nice ! .. he even came and make sure my car looked clean ! I was too glad to find a place that cleans interior as well as exterior especially since Covid.They did such an amazing job on the inside. I hv a dog and I tend to track fur into the car.I like how they let you know about the tacos you may purchase from the attached gas station while you wait.The tacos are great and you can sit inside of the enclosed patio and watch TV while you wait.As far as the pricing, it is very reasonable depending on the sz and the svcs you need.

These guys are great. Recently the name changed but its the same staff that remember my cars and what wash I want. They offer a bunch of additional services too!

I called to set appointment for an alignment per their previous instructions, they told me they only take walk ins and that now was a good time to come in. I show up in about 10 minutes and they tell me that there are 3 cars waiting and I would have to come back the next day early in the morning around 9am. At 9am the next day I call first and im told to come in once again just so they can tell me their alignment guy doesnt come in until 11am. They literally wasted my time twice by lying over the phone. I drove 20 minutes there and back both times.

Poor car wash. Almost nothing cleaned. Attached photos.I bought exterior wash and interior vacuum package. Even vacuum work was very lousy. I will attach those pictures too. When I asked to do carpet shampoo as an addon, I was told that the cleaning machine is not working properly so I have to come later. Really? Looks like the guys there dont want to really work at all.

Paid 49.99 for the interior and exterior. They didnt followup the exterior after the first wash. Broke my front licence plate and took off paint from the front bumper. I was really satisfied the last time and this was my second time but the guys let me down this time. I talked with one of the guys and asked if I can get any compensiation for my damages but the guy jokingly said a million dollars will be my compensiation. I know he was joking and didnt take that seriously but expected to get it fixed. I followed up with the guy and asked him to clean the exterior part properly. Didnt even clean it properly after the request.Will not return.

Tech was polite told me two cars ahead so invited me inside where I could have a free cup of coffee... so that explains my hour wait...but there was no coffee inside...he later tried to upsale me with an engine flush when I only have 16 thousand miles on car and most people would agree those additives are not good for your car...they did not know how to reset car after oil change but no problem I did that myself...I had to walk through work area in order to pay which got oil on my shoes and a safety hazard ..I was told I would receive a free car wash with 67.78 price of oil change but did not recieve it either...so for my first time there I personally was just not empress...Im sure if they had more help or more techs service could improve...so go ahead a give them a try...but for myself Im just going to go to dealer next time

I wouldn’t come here if this was the last place on earth. The guy that handles the inspections is the rudest nastiest man I have ever dealt with and he should honestly be fired. I will NEVER return here.And absolutely nothing to do with the tint. I bought my car that way and it had passed inspection before. That man had a bad attitude from the moment I walked up to him and asked nicely for my inspection. From rudely honking at me in MY car to the way he tried to speed off in my car to go all of .3 miles away. Don’t try to pass of his terrible attitude and manner on my tint.

Drove truck into brick wall while bringing it around. Required subjugation from my insurance company to have them pay for several thousands in damage. Thank goodness I had a dashcam. Be aware they and Wash Masters are the same owners.

Service guy forced services which we didnt need for my 2016 truck. When we denied it they made faces at us. State inspection guy was rude with us. First I didnt want to write review thinking it might be bad day for those guys, But another friend also shared similar experience last week when we met for dinner.Arrogant and scammers doesnt deserve business when needy and good service providers are there in Irving.Never ever visiting them again and will share our experience at our community and workplaces.

I would not recommend this place for interior and seat treatment. I wasted $75 for vacuuming and seat shampooing. After cleaning car seats looking very dirty. Never cleaned and just they did water spray. I really disappointed with quality of service.

First time here, arrived 1 hour before they were SUPPOSED to closed and apparently they decided to close early today. 1 star cause it was a long drive and I waited there a good while before a random man who may or may not have worked there yelled to me they were closed.

I stopped by for the state inspection and I was treated very badly and the guy who did inspection was very rude! I was asked to change oils and I had opted out as it was not really needed for the state inspection to go through and I need some more time too. The inspection already passed and he was forcing me to do those changes and When I asked few Qs, they were not ready to answer my Qs and was keen on getting me out and behaved very rude. Will never go back ! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY !

Very rude guys. They dont understand English and dont have common sense to talk. When i went for inspection, a guy very smartly told me to change brake pads, and he was trying to provide a great discount. Initially i believed, but thought of checking with my dealer and i went for servicing with dealer and dealer honestly said no need to change the brake pad for atleast an year. Beware of this Car wash. Simply cheating. Thank god, i am saved. Save your hard earned money please.

Do Not waste your time at this location. I came here TWO times just to be told to Come back because the guy wasnt here to do Oil Changes.I came around 10am on Thursday and 8:15am on Saturday. Both times had to return another day. This place is not professional whatsoever.

I had a very good experience there. The Check-in process was quick, nice air conditioned waiting area with 3 TVs, kids corner, clean restrooms, background music, free popcorn, free Wi-Fi, vending machine and an ATM. A team of two cleaned my car and did a good job. I read the not so good reviews before I went there but it was the closest place I could had found, so I came in with low expectations, but was surprised to get a great overall service. In N out in 25 minutes. Will definitely come back when Im in the area.

Came here for a state inspection on 6/10, the man was very rude and unprofessional. After taking my insurance he said ok give me the keys and then just stay out of my way. Then they didnt even come notify me when my car was ready.

I really appreciated that the attendant clearly explained my car wash options. I think a little more attention could have been paid towards the exterior cleaning and interior vacuuming though.

Had my car inspected here. Hardest part was finding the person there to do the inspection. Once he was there, got done very quickly. Car wash was a bonus! Will do my state inspection and car wash here going forward . Great value.Update: Came back for inspection on different car. Came early on Friday. Was told my engine fluid was low and I need a flush. Told me it usually costs $100, but due to new management, it is only $80. After I agreed to it, it was done in 5 minutes while I stood outside to wait. Not sure how through of a job they did. Called Firestone and dealer who said it takes more than 30 minutes for proper engine flush. If I were to come back, it wont be early in the morning. Taking off some stars.

Be careful with these guys. They charge you monthly fee automatically without you knowing. I didnt even authorize to charge me monthly. They are just crooks taking away money from the customer with out them knowing. The worst part is when ever you call them they say the owner is not there you have to come when the owner is here which he doesnt come at all. I dont know what business are they running. Worst customer service period.I lost my tag. When I went there to get it they keep saying the manager is not there come on Thursday. When I come on Thursday they say hes busy. I dont know why they tell that and not respond. Poor customer service

Got my brakes done here, excellent customer service and great work. Also, the lounge was awesome, super comfortable recliners and wifi so I was able to get some work done while I waited.

Don’t waste your money car no gonna be new as they suggest. Staff are great but ur car won’t be great specially do not purchase interior services.

Do not use this car wash unless you want sub par service. The worst wash, and most unprofessional service I have received in a very long time. They did not offer any solution or resolution for the poor work or offer to refund my money. Steer clear of this shady business. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card.

They went above and beyond! Sam was so helpful knowing that I didn’t have a lot of extra funds in my budget to get all the work done that I needed! They were quick and did those little extra things that make you want to be a customer for life!

So he is clearly breaking the law in Texas. He could be spreading the COVID VIRUS.2) I got a quote on the phone for $ 130, and was clear about what was included (and what was not). I have a masters in business so it is not about my ability to understand. When I go there, this guy gives me a quote for $ 300. He then says that some of the services were not included - this guy was just lying through his teeth.I do not think the owners of this business care about the health of their employees and their customers. They do not care about honesty either.So be warned - do not go here unless you want a negative experience.

I purchased Washguys Oil Change voucher from Groupon. They do not take appointment ( First come First served). I visited this place 4 times over 3 weeks and these were their excuses.1. Oh! We are busy. Come back later2. It will take 2 hours. We close soon.3. Come on week days at opening time.4. The guy is not coming today. Come next week.I am not sure if they know how to run the business. They dont care about customers. I wonder why Groupon promotes them. I got my money refunded from Groupon.

This place is super outstanding! Great service everytime i come and get a car wash my car always feels brand new all over again! The workers are always respectful Sam and Kendall is super helpful i trust them with my car to make sure everything is perfect! I was greeted as soon as I pulled my window down. I was going in for just a basic wash. Jose was very professional and offered me a good detail packet. The guys that detailed my car did an awesome job. I will be back from now on this is my spot.

Went for the oil change. The arabic looking guy tried to upsell me engine flush which I didn’t wanted and denied it. He promptly told me their machine didn’t work and asked me to come another day. Went there day after and was told the machine is broken again and told me to come tomorrow. Most unethical and bad treatment of the customer and made me drive to their place twice for nothing. Would have given 0 star. Stay away people!!

The Gents there were great! I did the 22 dollar wash. Great bang for your buck! Car looked good! They left a few spots but nothing a little cloth cant fix. Good attitude and car was done in a timely manner.

I am looking for an interior detailing place, and this place talks a lot of how this place treats its customers. This is shown by how the management responds to his customers on these reviews. Just look at how unprofessional their responses are and blaming the customer at all times and offered no solution. They also include sarcasm, bad punctuation and offered no solutions. I dont need to see it in person based on their responses on their reviews said enough.

Great group of guys, they showed me where I had an oil leak. they also gave me a veterans discount.

Don’t waste your time! 10am on Saturday, I stop for an inspection. They tell me the inspector won’t be in til 11. I go home and call at 11. They tell me he just went to lunch; come at 11:30. I go at 11:45, and they tell me he’s not there. They’re either not telling the truth or mis-managing their employees. Gonna say both. Again, don’t waste your time at this place.

I asked for the Interior Super Clean package; when I got my car back the Inside was still wet, and the floor space between my driver seat to middle console was not vacuumed.

Change of owner. Jacked the prices. Receiving staff lied about price consistency with a straight face.

If you own one of the newer plastic trucks, theyll do a good job for you. If you own an older, classic version they wont. Newer ones with fairings and without toolboxes, rear deck plate etc, are easier to wash. For the older ones, better than no wash, but not by much.

Way too slow for the money they want to complete a basic clean.Said no wait but it has been 30 minutes and they have not touched the car. The water dries before they get to it so the hand dry is pointless. I will go somewhere else next time. Maybe they will be more upfront.

Went for a normal wash, was upselled and promised to get waterspot cleaned, later when i asked why they didnt clean it, again were trying to upsell another service. No sense of customer service here. I went in for a state inspection. They were very quick to take the payment but after that no one cares about you. No instructions on what to do next. Even when you ask you get just short next step and that too delivered in the most curt way possible. I am now asked to just wait for whatever happens next and it may take another 45 minutes. Cannot recommend this place.

My car back seats have some insects and i opted seat treatment and carpet cleaning for my car. They did it properly and after that i havent find any insects. Manager and other staff are good and provided very good service. Overall my experience is good there and i recommend this place for car cleaning services.

Poor service quality, they charge you happily for a monthly plan and when they mess up the car, they ask you to come another day to process a cancellation.

Various parts of the car wash equipment do not function properly on a regular basis. On three different occasions (over the course of 4 months) they were closed for no reason. The weather was nice and it was during posted hours that this occurred. Other times, while in the tunnel, obvious brushes and rollers would not be in service.Many times, after exiting the car wash, there is not enough staff to dry the vehicle, as paid for. Sitting for ten minutes causes water spots to develop and defeats the purpose of a weekly wash. Customer waiting is never a good thing.Not enough staff, on my last visit, I was left parked at the start gate for over ten minutes with no attendant in sight. Exited my vehicle and walked into the detail area to request help. One of the detail staff did listen to my request and walked over to the main office area and opened the door to the building and yelled into the area where an employee was. I could see said employee was seated and eating food. The detail staff member said he would be right out. Went back to my vehicle and sat for another five minutes or so with no staff willing to start the wash process. Apparently the employee meal and hour before closing time was more important.A customer should never wait at the start gate to enter the wash. There should be an employee waiting for the client to arrive. The way the layout is set up there is no reason for staff to not see a new customer and be on post for arrival.When an employee meal is more important than a customer, something is very wrong. On a workday (non holiday) at 5:30 in the evening (prime time way home from work car wash) it is inexcusable to not have staff at the starting gate.Sent request to cancel membership in early December. That request was not attended to and my credit card was charged again at months end. Emailed the manager immediately. I got a response this time and said the matter would be addressed. The reimbursement was never made (mind you, two requests, one two weeks prior to new billing) and now I have to dispute the charge through my credit card company.It has become quite apparent that this business is interested in your money, but not interested in earning it with properly functioning equipment or attentive employees. Buyer beware.....1) I requested cancellation weeks ago. My card should not have been charged to begin with. It is very much fair to blame you for charging my credit and ignoring the first request. Who else should I blame?2) I agree with the term most which is not all. See response to #4 below.3) Really? Do you need to hire a full time floor manager to motivate you into running the business correctly?4) The days I showed up and you were closed, it was not raining. I found out later from you or your staff it was equipment failure. See response #2I suggest less time responding to reviews and more time checking up on other persons cancellation requests. Ignoring a cancellation request for weeks and charging a credit card without permission is theft.CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD AGAIN THIS MONTH. CLEARLY INCAPABLE OF REMOVING THE CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT OR WOULD RATHER STEAL MONEY THAN EARN IT. BUYER BEWARE !!!!So, now it is my fault again !!! You guys are a joke. People, seriously, do not expect good service here. It just wont happen. You will be charged for it though....repeatedly !!!

I got the full service detail done for a good price. After four years of no attention my seats needed to be cleaned. They came out really nice and the rest of the interior was as clean as the day I bought it. The work was done in the time they said they needed. I would go back. My car looks great. The staff was just fine.

There are other places to go to. No clear instructions, the state inspection guy said the cars tinting was too much to pass. I later took it to the car dealership and it passed inspection.Had to wait in the car for 10 mins before anyone approached us, because there are no signs on how/where to go for a specific service.
