This wae my 1st visit. Im happy with my results. I got a gel pedi 40 i got gel nails price vary based on length and other factors. I paid 60 nails by Andy. Eye by D3bbie. This place is busy so Im going to make appointment next time.

Expensive and nail started falling off in the same week paid $100 to get nails done everyone said it was a messy job that looked at my nails even when I tried to get her to fix it she had an attitude. Always break to do someones eyebrow wasting your time.

I tend do things early so it’s never packed . I’m big on the small things that make a gel manicure perfect . Shape and how they apply the gel and the degree of the gel polish ) gelPolish can become old or lumpy if not stored right . But if anyone has every moved around state to state country to country n ended up here ...... perfect nails well is perfect and do you know how hard it it to get a perfect square manicure not rounded on the sides ? This place is great and their really nice have been going since I moved here . So tip them good and return their kindness .

Ive been going here for years . I usually go for a pedicure, and an occasional fill in when I cant get an appointment with my regular person. I got a fill in with gel polish. The service I asked to receive was a fill in with gel polish. She did my fill with nail polish and a gel polish clear top coat. Gel polish comes in a set of two bottles, the nail lacquer and gel polish. Im highly disappointed because I dont think she suspected that I knew the difference. If you are getting a gel polish service and they are using the bottle where you can see the polish through the bottle thats the regular polish. The gel polish in the non see through bottle. DONT LET THEM CHEAT YOU! Never again will they get my business !!!

I left it was techs with empty chairs on they phone while customer just sitting there. Poor customer serviceI got up and went to Luxe nail. In and out...

Mother and daughter day spent $170.00 for manicure, pedicure, and lashes for both of us. Next day lashes started falling off into dinner plate. French manicure began to disappear. Notified manager, requested to fix lashes, next day lashes fell off one eye. Day after daughters lashes began to fall off. Manager was nice to take money but anger to repay bad mani pedi and lash services. We waited for an hour. Manager asked for us to wait in back as customers began to overhear. Daughters manicure looked like cracked egg shells. DO NO Go TO PERFECT MAILS. Fett was done nicely with no issues but other as a poor quality service. I still have the lashes wrapped in tissue. We asked for correction but manager screaming No Refund No Refund. Then speaking in Chinese so we could not understand. Wish this section had a place for pictures, so dont be fooled by the pictures in add. If you go check other customer nails first. 170.00 wasted. Ill be taking this issue to bbb.

I ask for a full set with neon yellow polish and coffin shape. The nails are not coffin shaped the polish have dents. The older guy put 5 coats of polish on my nails which made the polish bulky looking. The nail tech did his on thing even after I showed him a picture. Im very disappointed with how they turned out.

I love the guy who did my pedicure but the nail tech that did my matte nails did not know what he was doing. Prior to getting the service I asked did they know how to do this, they stated yes .Once completed they look horrible. You see the brush strokes on the nail polish and lumps. I use to love this place but not anymore.

I go for the eyebrow and face wax. I first started going about 10 years ago and then I moved out of state. I came back and just recently started going back and they still do the best job of any place I’ve ever been.

Terrible service, very disappointed with my nails. My nail so raggedy, it put a snag in my shirt. I see some of the reviews are good. I don’t get it as the lady that sits in the front is rude and disrespectful to the customers. Hopefully, the shop will read the reviews and use them to enhance their poor customer service.

HIGHLY dissatisfied with my nails. I just moved here from Mobile and decided to give them a try. I shouldve went to Infinity and got my nails done. I didnt want anything extra just a fill in with a gel polish. I told the nail tech as she was doing my nails that I wanted a sharp coffin shape due to gel already rounding it out. She completely ignored what I said and was about to polish my nails without shaping them because she thought I wanted to keep the length - which has NOTHING to do with shaping the nails. She shapes them somewhat but I dont even have the energy to redirect to what I asked for. The polish job was mediocre- the gel is EXTRA thick. Now I got this fill in done Monday night. This morning - Thursday- my thumb nail pops off while putting on my shoes. I go back because to get it fixed because it hasnt even been a week yet actually just 3 days and it should be fixed on them no charge. I go on my lunch break- which is an hour to get it fixed- and it takes an HOUR to fix ONE nail without even being polished. So I leave and come back to get it polished and they CHARGED me $5 to fix it saying its my fault- I hit it on my shoe. NO ITS YOUR FAULT AND YOU DO POOR WORK. I wont EVER go back here again and I wouldnt suggest them to ANYONE.

Tina is awful with lashes they fell off within a week, went back and told her about it and she said she would fix for 10...I told her there was no way Im paying 10 extra when I already paid 25 and they started coming off the next day and by end of the week they were gone, she refused a refund but did them over with the same results!!! Never going back and pedicures last 10 secs and should be done on a toddler there so lightweight and trust to charge 23 no hot towels no nothing

Horrible service!..I make appointments only to still wait 20-30mins for service..got my lashes done and they were not the way I wanted them..asked Tina to correct the problem and she said no walked away and left me in the room..talked to the manager and she didnt do anything..I even tiped her cause I was a regular customer one time and gave her $2 tip and she said to me thats all ur gonna tip which shock the hell out of me..I will never go there again!!!..and I dont recommend anyone either!!!

Love what they do with my eyebrows

They rush through and do not take their time doing the nails. The last guy who did my nails got angry when I told him I didn’t like how he did one of my nails. My gel polish chipped 3 days later. The inside is also dirty and cluttered.

They make u wait for services too long..I was there before other customers and she continue to get up and do other wax....I didnt mind maybe waxing one person...but getting up and keeping me waiting 10 to 20 minutes is not acceptable

They did a CRAPPY job....lumpy....I will never go back. Then the wait was forever. Never again.
