I love Billy and his staff. Billy, his wife and brother do Great work. I love chrome nails. They dont have all the colors I like, so they allow me to bring my own colors I purchased online. Now sometimes they dont listen to how I want my designs and do what they want. I feel like I pay a lot of money for my nails, I should get what I ask for. They also need to go to class on the latest styles and designs because what I ask for, they say it cant be done. I know it can because I am a cosmetologist and instructor and I follow the trends and classes. They dont try or let me explain to them how to do it. Other than that, they are quick and good.

Billy did a excellent job with my nails, absolutely love them; made them exactly like the picture i showed him; the staff is respect and friendly, would come back again !

Got a pedi...good service but be prepared to sign wait list..but its worth it. Place is small but they are generally quick and Ive never had a bad pedicure.

Bogus salon with a rude owner named Billy. No respect shown to waiting customers, while opening and closing times can change at any moment. Do better, definitely not reccomending this waste of time.

I wouldnt recommend going on a holiday. We went on Easter. Owner Billy allowed a customer who arrived after us to go before us. We waited for 2 hrs after he told us it would be a 30 minute wait. My nails look great & Billy works fast.

They were fast, professional, friendly, and she did a good job. They cleaned the stations and chairs after each customer. The only reson they are losing a star is because of their limited business hours it makes for a very crowded salon.

This was only my second visit to this nail shop. On my first visit I was advised because of COVID19 to sign in name and phone number and they would call when its my turn. I went in today and followed the same procedure. After an hour passed I went to see what was going on and there were several people that signed in after me that had already been serviced. The owner Billie sat there dumbfounded when I questioned why nobody called me. No apology and Still no service. I will take my business elsewhere.

Rude as hell. If you like being disrespected this is the place for you. They Skip over you take others before the client that was there first. They have you sign in and never once look at sign in sheet. I won’t beg no one to take my money and I won’t pay for poor customer service. Have respect for yourself and go where your patronage matter!!!

Sat in the shop for over a hour waiting on Ben Once it was almost my turn they said he had somebody before me when they could have said that once I said I was waiting for him and I had to get back to work so this was unprofessional and unacceptable to me I pay over $90 for my nails I will never go here again.. The owner is also very rude !!

My first time going here was two weeks ago. I worked with Billy and I feel he did a great job with my nails. They were flawless! To each their own but since my first experience was good I would recommend everyone to give them a try! Price was not very expensive and I am very excited to go back

After waiting for 20 minutes or so. I asked the gentlemen if I was the next customer to be serviced. He was very rude, short and condescending. I explained to him that I did not deserve to be spoken to in a rude manner and politely left this facility and went to Nailique Spa!! One of the best facilities around. Dont waste your time or money. I refuse to spend my money for rude service. No Thank you!!

Ive been receiving service from Billy for over 12 years and followed him to his new location. Its true he did not do the nail check length as were used to, however he does it by sight but if you point it out he will correct it. Most of the time Im well satisfied and service is quick considering the high demand.

Billy has been doing my nails over 10 years he and his wife are the most professional accommodating and kind business owners Ive ever known. Nails always on point pedicures on point eyebrow on point etc...not to mention they have a ultra modern design to their salon its beautiful always clean very comfortable and their prices are right.

I received a fill by the owner. I went in on my off day.Aside from the customer service being less than good, he didnt take long on my nails at all. He wanted me to dry my nails after applying acrylic by holding them up to a heated fan on his desk (never heard of that personally) and also allow my nails to dry by holding them up to the heater. My polish started to bubble. :-( Whats worse is I realized that he never did a length/width check on my nails. My right index nail is longer and more slender than my left. Same goes for my ring fingers too. He was swift but not efficient.Id recommend if youre in a hurry, otherwise go to a salon where you wont feel like youre bothering the employee by requesting a service.

IVE BEEN GOIN TO BILLY FOR SOME YEARS NOW.. I STARTED WHEN HE WAS RIGHT HERE ON TORRENCE IN LANSING IL. .I LIKE REGAL NAILS AND THE WAY HE DOES MY NAILS. I WAIT A LONG TIME BETWEEN FILL -INS AND NEVER ONCE HAVE THEY LIFTED OR BROKEN....👍👍👍👍👍

I’ve been coming to Billy since I was 15 years old and I have never been dissatisfied with his service, he knows exactly what I’m getting before I ask and always chooses my colors (He’s knows I’m so indecisive). Robert usually does my pedicures and I’m never dissatisfied with him either. I Love Regal nails but the experience is what you make it.

First time getting my pedicure. Never again!

On September 18th, I went to Regal Nail Salon for a manicure. This was my first time ever going to this place, and my last time going to Regal nails in homewood, IL. This older women gave me the manicure. It looked like I gave myself the manicure. Cuticle didnt look clean and dried nail polish left on skin. I was extremely disappointed!!

Place is too small to be as overpriced as they are. Too expensive unfortunately I will have to go elsewhere.

WORST PLACE AND WORST SERVICE EVER! I came to try this place cause I always pass it in Walmart they are very rough and give attitude and don’t listen. Then the guy throws the nails file at me. Never again! Worse experience ever!
