Today was my first visit here. First let me start by saying my nails and toes were horrible. After working several days back to back and working 16 hours with a 8 hour turnaround to sleep. Today I was in dire need of nail care. Nina did a remarkable job and was very detailed. Kudos to you Nina thank you for a job well done.I will definitely be back. The business was very clean and the staff was very courteous.Thank you for a job well done!

My favorite nail salon! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming and they have plenty of people working to take you even without an appointment. They also offer complementary beverages, serving my favorite raspberry wine.

I treated my new husband to a pedicure and I tried the s-n-s nails for the 1st time and a traditional pedicure. First let me say, the pedicure was divine for tired legs and feet. My nail tech was Judy and my husband had Hanna. Both were very thorough and gave good massages. They were not rushed and took their time. I explained to Judy that as a diabetic I wanted minimal cutting (none around the cuticle) and she was very gentle. Now, on to the nails. I have only had traditional manicure or acrylic nails before (which they dont do at all). So, I had them remove my acrylic nails and do the s-n-s with just my nails. DH says he likes it much better. I must admit, I do too. Apparently, you can also get extensions but, these are good. The price was a little steep, but you also get complimentary beverage, champagne, mimosa or water. One thing that really stood out was a 2nd person started on my nail removal while I was getting the pedicure. Lessened my wait time. Speaking of wait time, there were so many techs, I never saw anyone waiting for service. I will definitely be going back. Taking my Mom next time.UPDATE:Took my Mom 3 weeks later. Was much more crowded. Still very little wait time. She had a manicure and color. She loved it. Her guy kept her tickled. I had Alex and he was very personable and did a great job on my nails.

Judy was amazing, gentle, and meticulous. She is friendly and helpful when explaining things I didnt understand. I showed her a picture of what i wanted and she made it happen. This is my new salon home.

I’m new to the area and was hoping to find a great spot for my “pampering needs” for myself. I searched for nail salons in my area and based my decision on which one to pick based on what reviews they’ve received. The Nail Bar had some awesome reviews. I decided to check them out today. The work done was of good quality. My issue was the customer interaction...there wasn’t any. All those reviews I read about being very friendly didn’t seem to apply to me today. I observed interactions with the other customers and their tech and it wasn’t lacking. I will give a shout-out to the lady that did my brows. She actually showed appreciation for me having to wait til she finished with a client before she could get to my brows and she took time to tell me to wait before putting regular shoes back so as to not mess up the paint. ( 5 stars for her, hate I didn’t get her name so she could be recognized individually for her good customer service). As I went to leave no one acknowledged my business or invited me to come back for future services. The gentleman up front, Bobby (learned his name by hearing another client call his name) didn’t have a problem ringing up my receipt before I finished receiving all of the services I asked for but couldn’t even bid me a good day as I left the premises. This is probably my first and last time at this salon....plenty others to choose from.

Absolutely love it here! Have been here many times. I love the drinks you get with a certain amount you spend in services! I havent gotten my nails done in almost 10 years, but decided to give it a try - now Im in love! I first was helped by Amy, and now shes the only one I make appointments with! Its a nice size inside and so clean! I highly recommend it!

I enjoyed the calf and arm massage and I love the shaping they did to my nails. The rest of this review relates to COVID. They are not allowed to serve drinks now, so we didnt get to experience the bar aspect. I was very uncomfortable when my technician did some work on my nails while I was in the pedicure chair, because all of the other manicures were done behind the plexiglass barriers. I was also disappointed and confused when they separated me and my friend to do our nails. We had made an appointment and come in together to get our nails done the day before her wedding. We sat together for pedicures and then they split us up, so we each had to sit next to a stranger. Not only was this frustrating because we had made an appointment and come in together, but I found it bizarre that during COVID they would split up groups and have unnecessary exposure among strangers.

Every time I get a pedi here I am so pleased! I don’t have a specific person because they’re all amazing! I definitely recommend

Very lovely place to get your nails done. May be a bit on the pricier side when compared to other nail salons, but the experience they give you is worth it. They take their time with you and give thoughtful recommendations on nail colors!

The Nail Bar is the BEST. Always sanitary, clean and customer experience oriented with a highly talented staff. I left my other nail place of 5 years for the Nail Bar and have never looked back!

I previously rated this salon a 5/5 but I had to drop it to 3/5. My nails always have something wrong with them. I get sns and I have had the techs scrape me with the file until I bled, make the powder uneven and lumpy, and they never do the manicure part when I ask for a manicure. The receptionist is always a little brash with me and I just dont feel I get good customer service any longer. I am super sad that this is no longer my go to after 12 months of going, but I cant be spending $100s at a place that doesnt value me as a customer

Convenient..easy in and out..but the inventory stays out in alot of the things you come in looking for..

Clean, modern environment with friendly techs. I have yet to have an issue with my gel or SNS manicure chipping even after 4+ weeks.

My nails are short and a little wide and they always make them look amazing.As a music teacher, people look at my hands all the time and its nice to not hide my nails anymore thanks to The Nail Bar. All of the nail technicians consistently make my nails look wonderful!

I went to a previous nail shop and my nails looked absolutely terrible..I came to the nail bar and Kim fixed my nails and they look amazing. She went completely out of her way to fix my nails and make them look beautiful.. i will be coming here from here on out.My nails have never looked better.. this is the most professional business and the people here most definitely care about their customers.. this place is more than a 10/10.Will most definitely be coming back here. thank you guys for your hard work!

Visited for the first time and was not disappointed! Was promptly greeted at the door and seated soon after.Whats great is having the same nail tech for my mani and pedi. All staff were very friendly; enjoyed a Moscato while sitting in very comfortable massage chairs during my pedi. Very clean and modern.Would recommend Teddy as he did a wonderful job without rushing and paid close attention to detail. I will be coming back 😊

Relaxation to the MAX Sipping nice chilled Pinot Grigio (they give you a drink menu which includes Beer) being massaged and pampered. They do not do acrylics so there is NO ODOR. Celebrating my 60th year!

Oh my goodness!!! I will never go anywhere else! I went for the first time today and they fixed what was a horrible nail job from another location!! Everyone was soooo nice! Nice but at the same time professional! My nails (which are so hard to maintain) look great- thanks to them! I LOVE the decor, the cleanliness, but most importantly the expertise! They told me exactly what I needed and why. Their prices are no more than I paid for a sub optimal experience. This place is the real deal and more! The nail bar did a fantastic job with my nails!! I got the s&s powder done in a ombré and it looks amazing! The girl who did my nails was meticulous and took her time to make them look perfect. My pedicure was good, I just had the basic one done. If i had to say anything, I wish that they would have their prices posted inside or at least a little booklet to look through, so that you can see their prices and services offered. But other than that, it was a amazing and relaxing place, with a great atmosphere. I will definitely be back!

LOVED my experience at The Nail Bar!! Wyn ( sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) was amazing and did a fantastic job. She was very meticulous and did not make me feel uneasy when I bumped my nails a couple times. I also convinced my bf to get a Mani him self. He was very nervous thinking he would feel judged. But they made him feel very comfortable and relaxed he even said he would come back again! The wine was delicious he had the Chardonnay and I had the Rasberry champagne . I also got the basic gel Mani which in my opinion was on par with the prices in this area. Cant speak any better about this place!!

This place is the best!! I am about to go for the third time today. I got my SNS redone 23 days ago and I only need to have it redone today because my nails have grown so much!! Recently moved to the area and have tried several nail salons. Nail Bar is hands down the best salon in the area! The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel taken care of. I’ve def found my new nail salon home.

Been many times to this Nail Bar. Today was not a good experience. My toes were poked, jabbed and after stopping her twice from jabbing underneath my toes she goes to my fingernails with the infamous sanding machine. She proceeds go burn my fingernails twice!My feet are not smooth and I need to go take aspirin for a headache. Not something I want to experience again. And, they have gone up on their prices. Not worth the pain.

I was off from Work on Thursday(the only off day I had this week) so I decided to stop by for a mani/pedi and I walk in and the man asked me what was I getting today I told them I would like to get a mani/pedi. So then he asked me did I have an appointment and I told him no I didnt, a lady was standing there next to him while he was on the computer. They both told me they are only taking nail appointments at the moment so they couldnt fit me in today and they only take nail appointments Monday -Thursday which is a big inconvenience for people like me who work 2 full time jobs and don’t have much time off to make appointments during the week.If I would have known that they are now enforcing this “appointment only” policy during the week I wouldnt have wasted my gas driving over there 😠

Ive been to numerous nail salons across many cities and states. The Nail Bar by far tops them all! Customer service was phenomenal!The staff went out of their way to create a warm, friendly, inviting, relaxing atmosphere. My teenage girls were hesitant about getting pedicures but ended up loving the experience. The techs did an awesome job on our mani/pedis.The staff was overly apologetic for the long wait time. I would expect any great place to be busy. Our experience was well worth the wait!We truly received the VIP treatment without the VIP price. We will definitely be repeat customers!!!

Everywhere you go theres a nail salon on every corner. Ive been to many but this one caught my eye because review after review people were giving them 5 stars. I scrolled through and read all of them so my sister and I decided to give them a try. We walked in and were greeted by a friendly fella and luckily didnt have to wait but a minute. Emily sat me down and started right away. She spoke very good English so we communicated well. Unlike a lot of salons out there, they dont understand what you say much less carry on a conversation. Emily did an exceptional job trimming back my problem areas and did a great job on both the mani and pedi. I will absolutely go back and highly recommend their service. My sister also enjoyed the mani/pedi done by Gina. I suggest to everyone to give them a try. I dont think you will regret it. Heres to another 5 STAR REVIEW!!!
