Went there to get my acrylics removed and do gel polish. The girl said she would do SNS And that it would look amazing. It was not what I wanted at all. I just wanted to do gel polish. Paid 78 dollars on Saturday and it’s been less than week and my nails look awful and one is already cracked down the middle. So disappointed. Had high hopes for this place. Especially for the price

I came here with high hopes because I never get my finger nails done. I usually just stick to doing them myself because everytime I go I dont get the quality or the full service Im paying for and I can do better at home but I was out with friends and they wanted to be pampered a bit so I decided Ill just get a manicure since I had already had my toes polished from another place. to make a longer story short if you want quality and to get what youre paying for do not go here, the manager did randomly appear to try and reconcile the situation after I was told the managers will be out for the day but I got a 5 dollar gift card to come back which I wont because Im not waisting anymore money.

Dave did good job pedi-mani, the polish lasted good wk. Although not very friendly he did good job. Nice place, good clean environment. Good covid precautions. The tools used did not appear sanitized.

Im visiting for the summer and needed a fill and a pedi. Came in on a Monday morning right as the salon opened and was kindly greeted and tended to immediately. Ronnee did both my mails and pedi. He is meticulous, efficient and listens to what you want. I highly recommend Bellagio if youre in the area!

I got my nails done 6 days ago and within 24 hours the top coat was chipping everywhere. They’re so lumpy and they were not filed down. Paid $85 with tip for these nails and a “manicure”. My friend asked me if I did them myself, ugh.

I really never write reviews, but after this experience, I simply have to. I read the great reviews, and was super excited to get my nails done. I just left, and had what can only be described as the worst manicure experience of my life. I left with bloody fingers and a subpar manicure that cost $48. The employees were made aware of how I felt, but offered nothing other than a “sorry, the register is over here.” Honestly, extremely unprofessional and I will never get a manicure here again.

It was amazing. I got my nails done with a design and it was the same thing as the pic I showed her. I would definitely come again and again. Also the waxing wasn’t bad at all she was gentle and it was a 10/10 would recommend

I came to this salon based on a review from someone who does my eyebrows they recommended them for their pedicures. I was told that the massages were really good. So I decided to try them out on a limb..not a good choice. I went in for a pedicure and honestly the pedicure was fine. I always get French tip on my feet and the guy who was doing my feet didn’t really do it the way I would’ve liked. So after asking him to redo it he seemed to be getting frustrated with me. I had already been there for over an hr at this point. So I asked if someone else could come do the French tip for me instead of him and after abt 20mins of trying he finally gave up and threw his brush and took off his gloves like he was just done. He said “I can’t do this” like i felt like that was VERY rude. If I’m paying for a service to be rendered then I want it done to my liking. I won’t ever go back, the pedicures are nice but the customer service was HORRIBLE!!

I love going here for pedicures! The upgrade with essential oil for the exfoliation & massage is so nice. Even without the upgrade, they do not disappoint on the foot & leg massage! I came here after training for a half marathon and the massage was exactly what my sore legs and feet needed!

I have been to this salon multiple times giving them the benefit of the doubt, but every time i always leave disappointed. They do not care about the quality of the services they are providing, but how many people they get in and out. I got a full set of acrylic and left with acrylic left all over my fingers. I was told I could not have a design because “we don’t do that here”, but when my mom came over to check on me and asked why I wasn’t getting what I wanted the technician told her “If you want a design you need to get gel polish”. If i had been made aware of that, I would’ve gone for the gel. I will never return to this salon.

I did a complicated full set of acrylic gel nails and my nail tech Mike was so professional and did a perfect job. So sad I am only on vacation here in Pensacola and visiting, we have nothing like this back home in the mountains of North Carolina. Please go!

Terrible pedicure experience. My toe paint isn’t even covering all of my toe nail on multiple toes. It’s like the guy wasn’t sure how to use shellac and wasn’t familiar with how it works. Then they charged me 15 extra dollars without prior notice for this service. Pedicure service was just okay, Nothing special. Heels are still rough. I won’t recommend or be back.

I have been a customer for six years at Bellagio. They are simply “the best!” Their air filtration system means there is no chemical smell when you walk in. Their salon is clean. The technicians and front desk greeters are professional and friendly. I have had pedicures by many different techs, but Tony usually does my manicures. Tony is #1 in my book. I really recommend the IBD product because it lasts better on my nails than anything I’ve ever used. Give Bellagio a call next time you need a mani or pedi! ❤️💅🏻

Chewy is my favorite nail tech! He’s funny and caring. He take his time and make sure my cuticles are taken off properly. He’s the only person I would go too. Tried a couple nail tech and I don’t want to say I’m disappointed but it’s just doesn’t meet my expectations. With Chewy I don’t have to tell him his job, he just know how to do it.

Absolutely terrible. Being young they definitely did not care and rushed through. The original person I had was halfway done when she passed me on to somebody else and made me switch chairs 3 times. That has never happened to me and was extremely unprofessional. They finished my pedicure AND full set before my friend was even done with her manicure. There thick and look so ugly. I complained and gave them a chance to fix it, they did nothing but say they would take 10$ off but I had already paid.

Terrible experience! Went in for a manicure with a solid color powder dip. Picked out a pale pink color and was seated with my technician. The nail tech told me that my nails were short and that I needed tips put on, I informed him that I am not allowed to have long nails/artificial nails for work, in which he replied your nails are not pretty, too short. I let the comment go and proceeded with the manicure. He completely rushed and did not do a manicure, instead he buffed my nails and proceeded to dip my nails in the original powder container instead of pouring out a specified amount of powder into a separate container. This is unsanitary and not a standard practice in any salon I have been to. He also started picking at my cuticles and pulling skin with his own nails (which were not clean) instead of using a cuticle cutter or another tool. He left several pieces of skin and cuticle hanging from my nails. He spent a total of 15 minutes on my nails and they were not shaped or even with multiple places that did not have color. The color was also a nude brown color and not a pale pink. I spoke to the manager and he grabbed the technician to ask him questions regarding the manicure. The technician approached me and I explained why I was unhappy and he threw his hands up at me and said whatever and walked away. I was referred to another staff member who had to fix the mess he made. I sat down with her and she asked me how long ago I had gotten my nails done. To which I responded five minutes ago from one of her fellow employees and she was shocked at the state of my nails and the poor job he had done. She was incredibly nice and took her time and fixed my nails and actually did a manicure that I had requested from the get go. My total was $53 before a tip, for that price I expected more professionalism and am truly disappointed. I will not be returning to this salon.

I saw all the reviews and decided to give them a shot and was highly disappointed. I wasn’t offered anything to drink, no one turned on or showed me how to use the message chair, and the employee had no communication skills. She asked me what I wanted and that’s about all. I paid $57 for them to do what I could have done at home. She used a pumice stone for two seconds and used a bamboo stick and massaged my calves in the same place for like 3 minutes each and after all that I still had dry skin (and my feet are in pretty good shape). I got a French manicure with my pedicure and it lasted a week and a half before my big toe chipped. This is the 4th salon I have used around here and the worst and charged the most. Do not recommend at all. The salon by Skyzone is 10 times better.

Amazing service! This nail salon was very clean and sterile unlike a lot of nail salons around town. Tony and Emily were amazing! All the workers were super friendly and very understanding to meet your needs. This spa offers complimentary drinks and alcohol (alcohol is limited to one glass) for all the customers. The spa prices are more on the expensive side but you get what you pay for. In my opinion, the quality of work matches the prices. Highly recommend!

The reception people are the nastiest.The nail tech are wonderful, they make you feel appreciated but the first impression makes you want to turn around at the door.

They literally drilled into my nail beds and I am still in pain. They never cared or compensate me for it. DONT GOT THERE!!!!And you can see the response I got folks. Like serious a month later and my nails are still ripping off everytime they grow. Company policy to hurt people. Great policy!Oh and I didnt want my money back I just wanted them to cover my thin nail bed with gel and they charged me full price.

I took my daughter with me to get our nails done and we both had a great experience. I came in without an appointment and they had us both in a chair within 10 minutes. My daughter wanted a pedicure and I got a full set with glow in the dark powder as well as a pedicure. All the staff was very friendly and professional. My daughter was so relaxed she actually fell asleep. I cannot remember the name of the lady who did the pedicures but Mike did my nails. I love them and they glow so bright! Even though our services ended up running past closing time, I did not feel rushed. They made my daughter comfortable while she took a nap as I was still getting my nails done. The pedicure was Heavenly!! That gentleman rubbed all of my worries away.

I was not at all happy with my experience at this salon. I felt rushed to choose a color for my nails and the lady seems annoyed that she had to wait for me to choose. The polish on my toes was applied very poorly and looks like she only applied 1 coat. The gel on my nail also looks sloppy, gel touches my cuticle on every finger and overall it looks like I did them myself. And then they charged me $74!!!I dont go out of my way to review things on google. I dont think I have ever reviewed a store or salon or anything ever, but I was so disappointed with the service and the ridiculous price I felt like I should.The atmosphere was fine, it is pretty inside, and the people were nice enough I suppose. But overall, I spent a TON of money for a mani/pedi that looks like I did them myself. Probs not going back.

I visited as part of a bridal party. I love that they have a separate room for special events. Everyone the 8 people who got something done was happy with their nails. I, however, had perfectly shaped long nails when entering left with misshapen short nails due to a poorly corrected mistake on one nail. The decor is pretty and there are many workers. They say wine is complimentary however only a couple in our group actually received it even after marking yes and what kind we wanted. I marked a 3 because I dont think my personal poor experience is characteristic of the work in general. Its crazy overpriced and I must now spend more soon to try an get my nails fixed. I wish I had a better experience because I liked the place and the people seemed nice. The color palette for gel nails also is misleading as they do not have much of the colors. I am just very disappointed because I wanted to like the place and dont feel I can justify going back.

Literally the worst SNS service ever. All my nails are uneven and not rounded like I asked. Each corresponding nail is a different length and the color is super faded near the cuticle. Plus each nail is bumpy from uneven drilling. I NEVER complain about the service but this is unreal. Do not go here

So my friend and I got there around 5:25pm and they close at 7pm. We only planned to get pedicures because of the time. They said they had no problem doing our finger nails and pedicures. They began with fingers but separated us with that was the whole reason why we went together to have girl time! Then after we were done I told the lady I wanted to wait for my friend to get our pedicures together she said ok. But yet she started on my feet before my friend was done with her nails. So we paid extra for the stone message and it said a 10 minute message, it was NOT even 5 mins. The whole pedicure process we rushed for both of us, the guy who did my friends feet did not do a good job,, she left going home and redoing her toe nail polish, we already know why, because it was getting close to 7pm closing time. We spend over $100 and didnt feel we got our moneys worth and will not be back. Worst nail salon service ever.

I just had a gel nail manicure. I asked the tech if the polish was forming bubbles in a couple nails and he said it was just the light. Once outside it was very obvious it was, indeed, bubbles. I went back in and asked the male behind the counter and he said no-he didn’t see anything wrong. I’ve always had great service and excellent quality there but not today.

Im from out of state and I was looking to get my nails done and I chose this salon. I had a wonderful experience, the staff was very friendly, it was clean, and I am very satisfied with the service I received!! Will definitely use this salon again when I return!!!

I was greeted by a very rude girl at the service counter. I had someone named Ronnie to fill and shorten my nails. I asked about color, but no reply and walked out without. I then noticed I had a lot of bubbles in my nails as well as loosing a nail the following day. The acrylic or gell, who knows, that was applied went over the nail and onto the skin, so of course it is separating from the nail.

I called the spa early in the day to confirm if my friend and I needed an appointment since we both wanted an Aphrodite pedi and a full set dip set together. They said it was no problem at all and I asked again were they sure since we would be in at 5:20 after I got off work and they close at 7 (even though their website says 8) & again they said no problem at all. We arrived at 5:20 and I asked again to ensure before we chose our options and they said no problem at all.Here’s where it goes down hill.They split us up... the purpose was for us to be together to have girl talk. So we couldn’t even sit together even though I called ahead.As I’m getting my nails done I see him look at the clock multiple times which shows me he had somewhere to be and kept speeding up the drill. I had to ask him three times for him to turn down the drill since it was hurting and my nail bed was on fire. Which to me was bad service when he was aware I was trying to preserve my nails and keep them healthy. After a rushed job he doesn’t finish my nails but then asked me to go to the massage chair where I see the other nail technician has already started on my friends pedi (after she asked the lady to wait for me). While I’m sitting there and he starts, when I tell you the pedi was rushed ... it was rushed. He didn’t massage my legs for the full 15 min more like FIVE and the they turned off all the music and started shutting down while we were in there. He then finishes my nails while in the chair asking me not to touch anything for ten minutes. Not too long after that the receptionist comes over and asks for me to go ahead and pay. I tell him my nails are still wet ... he still wants payment. So I go in my purse and risk messing up my nails that I know they ain’t going to want to fix if I do to make payment. My toe nail polish was so thin and pitiful looking that I had to paint my nails when I got home.My thing is this... would I have received this service and treatment or rushed job at 1:00 maybe not but when I call ahead to confirm it’s not an issue and that an appointment is not needed I EXPECT good service. I wanted to spend time with my friend ... and although I smiled and had a good time with her the best I could with the time they allowed us to sit together... I was furious. Horrible customer service .. each of us paying over $100 ... I will NOT go back. If I could give -10 stars I would.

After using different nail salons, about 4 years ago, I finally found the best in Pensacola at Bellagio!! They are so friendly, professional, and skilled in nail care and most importantly safe and clean!! I trust every tech there but I use Van for everything due to how well my nails look every time!! And with the Covid issue, I definitely feel safe with the guidelines they have in place!! I recommend Bellagio to anyone looking for the best nail salon anywhere!!

Mike is amazing! They were super busy and still worked me in, in under 30 minutes! Everyone was very friendly including the other customers who were there. I got an acrylic pink and white ombré full set almond shape and they are beautiful I seriously can’t stop staring at them. They will cater to anything you ask you just have to ask!!! My technician, Davis, did a wonderful job with the gel color and massages. They did my pedicure and manicure in the massage chair so I could stay seated through the entire visit. Everything is very clean, and they take hygiene very seriously, asking all guests to wash their hands when they enter and taking temperatures at the door. Very relaxing experience!

Went to have my nails cut down and filled. The technician burnt one finger and cut another with the dremil and tried to tell me it was my fault. And to top it all off, my nails are different lengths. They charged me $50 for this. Im not impressed and I wont be back.
