Awesome experience everytime i go there. Kevin always do marvelous job on my nails. They also do my brows very nicely. I like this nails place alot. I highly recommend. Lovely staff, friendly nature.

I thought I would be pleased at first.But only 2 visits I have had 3 broken nails. I want beautiful strong nails not thin ones that break days after Ive left the shop.

The first time I went in there it was a Thursday afternoon and I waited over 2 hours!! No apologies for the wait or anything. A bit more than I usually pay. Other than the long wait time they do really awesome nails!

Very professional! Lisa has been doing my nails, brows, and lashes for about 6 yrs. Shes very creative! Everyone else do a great job as well.

Needed a quick nail repair and attendant got me in and out quickly.

Techs were super sweet and fixed a nail I messed up on accident, however their polishes are old and watered down. Got home tonight and washed a couple dishes and 4 nails are already peeling off of a full set of gel powder nails smh. Great pedi but the polish is no good its run all down in the cracks of my nails. So a waste of $49.00, Ill be going somewhere else to get a polish change on Friday. Also the place needs to be cleaned sink dirty barbicide bowl looks filthy spotty hand towels just not very appealing to the eye. Thanks for your service though ladies

I gave only 3 stars because I pulled a shift (3hours) just to get gel polish on hands and a pedicure the young lady that usually do my work was out

Had been going to Long nails for 5 years even though they are very short staffed well a couple of weeks ago I inquired about a type of nail I wanted and Lisa became very rude I think maybe she was having a bad Day and it was crowded and busy but regardless she was very unprofessional and down right rude she had the nerve to tell meI didnt know what I was talking about referring to a white tip nail anyway she went on and on even after I told her just forget it and do a regular set but anyway unless every nail shop in Alabama closes except hers I will never step foot in there again and even then I would probably drive to Georgia
