Nice shop, very clean and sanitized, staff work covid aware and very friendly cost us $120 for three people plus tip

I would love to give this place a big fat 0. Its only set up to rate it no less than one. Technically I am giving it no stars. First and foremost, the outer appearance is so DIRTY..especially the windows. We went inside and the owner..Mr. AH. at the desk was very rude to my friend and I. He told us it would be a 30 min. wait. My friend decided we were not going to give him our business with his nasty and unprofessional attitude. We left. I had to go back in to let him know that he was rude to us and his behavior was unacceptable. He ask me to leave..which I had no problem doing so. I told him he would never get my business ever. Besides, this establishment is so antiquated..and needs to be remodeled. If youre looking for a nice, clean, and relaxing environment this is NOT the place to go. After all, the old saying goes..you get what you pay for. Youve been warned.

They overbook appointments so you have to sit. The owner is very nasty to customers I took my card from her and she yelled I hit her. Good thing the place was packed and everyone saw she was lying. Stay away from this establishment. Poor customer service

I remember when this place first came to Homewood over 10 years ago. I wouldn’t say they were the greatest but they got the job done. Seems as though there’s a new owner which she is okay but my biggest problem with her is time value! She’s like the only nail technician since the young guy left. Seems like the other workers only know how to do pedicures. I have seen this other woman do nails but must only know the basics because they make you wait for the owner lady. This is not cool by no means given that your going to make me pay the same amount while I just sat for 25-30 mins between services waiting on you. If u want a quick and easy pedicure then yes, come here you will be in and out. Now that it’s only one nail tech, can’t speak on the wait time for other services. Came in on Monday got pedi and gel full set no chip and a design. Got here a little bit before noon did not leave out until after 1:45. In many cases I would normally walk out because of the wait but once again I was between services. The thing I do like about coming here for the past few months is the quality of product they use. Because they are not a popular nail salon 💅 they don’t water down their products like popular/ busy salons do. I normally get toes polish ( pedicure is every 3-4 months for me) and either a gel full set with no chip polish. Or just do a gel full in. What I have found with them compared to other places, I can go over a month before needing a fill in. As a budget person that’s good 😌 versus 🆚 paying $55 or $85 every two weeks how some people do.

No just no. I usually don’t have write reviews but ig I am.. I had to wait a hour long just for my nails to be and thick cubby. For a design I wanted some lines and instead of the lady saying she can’t do it she proceeded to put idk what on my nails and they are really over priced

Hours are accommodation, otherwise, they should take courses in English. My service person rushed me, there e as no music nor no TV and my expertence was horrible, therefore I will not be back.

Over priced and rushed. Called ahead and asked for two no chips and two pedicures. One pedicure with over lay. I’m sitting here at 1:30am trying to remove to acrylic from my finger because its swollen from too much powder on sides on my thumb. And blamed me for making another customer wait when they only had two nail techs and 5 customers. HORRIBLE. Will never go back. I recommend going down the street to A and Z

Since they have re-opened back the service has been rushed and not really a good like before. My daughter full set of nails started popping off a week later and with our pedicure the polish only lasted 2 weeks and one of my daughter s toe was missing polish

The guy I had doing my pedicure possibly couldn’t see very well and was cutting my skin with the nail clipper. I told him about it, but still have 3 toes hurting since then, I’ve been putting alcohol on them hoping for the best! The sponge & scrapper he used looked gross & he kept sitting them on the floor. Overall a horrible experience & won’t be going back!

There isnt a time that I dont have my nails done. I have been shopping around my area for nails shops to call home and this place has been my favorite so far. Yes they do have only to finger nail techs and many other for pedis but it is worth the wait. They take their time with each customer instead of trying to rush people out, yes it sucks if you have to wait but when its your turn they will do an awesome job. Im very pleased.

Must have changed ownership. Went there for years. Loved it. Moved away. Back in area today so stopped in. Dirty! Hot towels were luke warm and smelled sour. Male tech could not understand a word of English, and tried to remove my old no chip with an emory board across the top of the nail. Horrible service and very unsanitary.

This was the worst pedicure I’ve ever had in my entire life. I asked for the “Honey Spa” and pretty much didn’t even get the basics. I pretty much got a glorified foot massage. My technician didn’t even know what he was doing and repeatedly asked fellow techs what to do, he rushed through it and chopped off the side of my nail (hopefully my toe doesn’t fall off) and my heels are still rough. Which is the ENTIRE POINT of getting g a pedicure. Don’t waste your time, money or feet on this place. Trust me!

Do not go here....Susan which is the manager is completely rude and unprofessional who raised her voice at a customer who mind you was a regular who has always gotten a full set from her. She done a full set for me using pink and white powder. She completely messed up the nails they were uneven and the powder were uneven because they basically were supposed to look like French nails. I told her that I wanted her to redo them and soak those nails off she said ok and for me to come in the next day. So I came the next day and she was trying to give me a manicure after she soaked off my nails and I stopped her to say they were supposed to be a full set n she said no they were supposed to be a manicure she totally lied and started to raise her voice then that’s when I asked for my refund then she said no no no you are right please sit and can do the full set at the point u made a scene and made it seem like I lied when even on the book she had me down for a soak off and to redo a full set gel.

The service here is terrible. I literally waited 45 mins for a color change and a fill-in for one nail even though there were two nail techs available. I ended up leaving after the nail techs started to take other customers. I would not recommend this place! Please do not waste your time nor money here.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY NOR TIME HERE!! The manager of the place was extremely rude to me AFTER SHE MESSED UP MY NAILS, and I asked to get them re-done. She said to me with an attitude, Girl, I didnt know I didnt know how to do it, it is what it is, I have other customers so no. The first mistake was calling me girl, when Im a customer, you address me as miss. Also, how do you mess up someones nails and basically tell them to just deal with it? When I asked for a discount because I should not have to pay for something that I didnt want, she told me no and proceeded to say that she would call the police if I did not want to pay full price. As you all can see, its all about the money. No respect nor care for the customers at all. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Well, it is 2019 now, new people, and a great turnaround: it is clean, there is a nice staff, and a range of options for manis and pedis. Now I would give it a 5 star...and I will.
