I would give zero stars if I could. Can’t believe this lady named Michelle has the most horrible service ever. She was very rude to my wife in front of me. Very inexperienced.

Great shop and great staff! Ive stopped by for two of the luxury level pedicures, and loved them both! I will definitely continue to visit when I want to pamper my legs and toes! Soak, scrub, mask, and hot stone massage... yes please!

My 14 year old daughter and I have going here for about a year now. I see Lucy and sometimes Michelle for my Silk wrap. I love the conforting atmosphere. They stay on time unless they get overwhelmed with cliets. The wait is never long.

Because of the Covid-19, my mani pedi shop owner decided to retire and close the shop. You know us ladies my must have have our hands and feet hooked up. Heads up, i found a very clean nail shop. The lady that did my pedi, did a great job. Michelle did my eye brows and my mani as well and i was very happy with the results. I didnt have to wait because i had an appointment. I suggest you make an appointment cause its a small nail shop. I cant belive i have lived in Inglewood for 20 years and i never been to them before. Now this was my first trip, i always get gel on my hands and feet. So if you getting all that extra stuff, be sure to ask if they do it first before making the appointment.

I took my daughters in for a manicure for my nieces wedding; one manicurist accused my daughter of not paying (she paid the manicurist who did her and left). they started talking about us very loud in their own language which was rude. the manicurist called and said my daughter paid and they never apologized. it was much better when Anne owned it. not going back

Love this place. Ive been going here for 15 years. Michele is great at doing eyebrows.

Very unpleasant experience. My nails are not smoothed out, polish is messy and she was very rough doing my nails. I will not be going back.

DO NOT GET A PEDICURE HERE. The old lady does not do great pedicures. She will ruin the shape and cut off most of your nail. She grazes your skin with the nippers instead of grooming your toes. Ive tried this place a few times and even direct her not to cut my toe nails and yet every time i leave disappointed.

I NEVER EVER leave reviews, but it needed it. Worst mani/pedi of my LIFE. The lady didn’t clean my nails, painted the polish on super clumpy and after I asked if it could be evened out, she just put 3 more layers on top. Made my toenail bleed inside of the nail and not doing anything about it. No freaking way should this place be in business.

After reading the review i thought it would be best to come close to openning. I loved this place. My daughter (14) got a full set from Michelle (She was so sweet and attentive to her). I was a little aprehensive letting a man do my nails ( bad experiences in the past) but I LOVED Quang ( i think thats the spelling) he had an eye for details. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!! It was cheaper than most places in Houston an added bonus for me.

I just left the worst nail shop Ive ever been to. I walked in 30 min before closing for a manicure and pedicure. The manicurist Lucys attitude was just egregious as she chopped away at my cuticles then slapped polish on them and under my nail bed. After she finished the first hand I alerted her on the clumping that was forming on some of the nails and asked if she could correct them Before she proceeded to the other nails. She sighed, quickly spoke a few words in her native language then roughly scrubbed the polish off the nails. After she finshed the second coat on the the nails I looked and saw polish still covering my cuticles and under my nail bed. I showed her my nails then informed her that the work was unsatisfactory and in trying to reason with her suggested that maybe the polish itself was dated and advised that we change the color. After applying the new color to five of my nails I asked her to stop due to her once again clumping polish all over my nail bed and skin. At that point I had it. The customer service etiquette was completely out the window and no longer felt like my dollors were valued. I asked her for her managers name along with hers then instructed her to just paint the nails with clear so I could leave as I had an event to attend right afterwards. I spoke with the manager Michelle of my negative experience with her employee she did not offer to compensate or apologize for employee. So in the end I walked out with a horrible pedicure, a bad taste of the establishment and $22 less than what I started with.
