I went in as a walk in for two nails repaired and a polish change which initially she said $35 i said that’s way too expensive for a polish change and two nails to be repaired. So I said I will just take regular polish because that’s ridiculous. Then she rushed me to pay before my service was completed. Also once the lady finished my nails which had not even fully dried at all she said oh we are closed now it was about 6:30 and she told me I could finish letting my nails dry in my car!!!! Like how do I pay almost $25 for services then rushed out the door before my nails dry. Just came home and two nails are already messed and some have more coats of polish then others!!!! Was my first time there and will be my last worst customer service and quality was not five star!!! She then told me they have been open 13 years and make all their customers dry their nails like that when they close.

2 if us, dropped in for a manicure without an appointment and was helped immediately. Placed hands in a hot bag of solution for about 20 minutes and then was asked to start scrubbing our own nails. This caught me off guard especially when they charge more than most other salons. The manicure was good, well see how long it lasts.

People there were fast clean the stores and actually clean kept up the standards of the women they were very beautiful. Always friendly and I like the atmosphere keep it up

Love this nail spa! Lilly was my nail tech and did a PHENOMENAL job! Highly recommend this place because it is very clean and all of the techs are so sweet!

My first visit to country nail spa was excellent. Due to pandemic I had been away from the salons but it was well worth the visit today my pedicure was done by Tina and the massage was great the place is very clean and they take every precaution to abide with Covid rules.

This was my first experience here, i’ve been trying to grow out my eyebrows for 6 weeks now and the lady even asked “just a clean up?” i confirmed yes, that that’s ALL i wanted. i now have lines for eyebrows!!!!!! they are the thinnest i have ever seen!! i wanted to complain but i was on the verge of tears and just wanted to leave.

Excellent service and they strictly follow all health protocols. The best leg massages with pedicure is by Trammy! She is a real pro!

Best nail salon Ive ever been to. I have been a customer since May 2015. They have set the expectations so high that other salons Ive tried with a friend doesnt even come close. I recently moved to another city but will still be making the trip to go see Hannah. Very clean environment and tools.Gel manicures actually last 2 weeks. Would last even longer if I wasnt in the career that I am where Im constantly washing my hands or opening boxes.

This place is awesome! You cant go wrong with whom ever serves you! I have been going there for years. They dont disappoint!

Best Pedicure EVER!

The man who did my nails seemed irritated and so he did a crappy job on my nails. He was taking long and they were approaching close time so he hurried up and left my nails even worse. I wanted the color to match my toes and he didnt care. He wanted to do what was easiest. Ill never go here again. The other women were nice but my experience with the male employee was awful.

The ladies had a TERRIBLE attitude. Went there for my birthday expecting to have a good time, and the employees just kept talking bad the entire time. Didn’t say one word to me the whole time. Overall just not a good experience.

Said he wouldnt do my nails if I wanted them long. Settled for short and regret spending my money .
