I walked in for a pedicure. There were 3 workers present and only one was busy working on a pedicure at the time. However one of the ladies quickly dismissed me saying we are not available right now. They did not provide a wait time or offer an option for me to schedule an appointment. This will be my first and last time coming to this business.

My tech took her time. I appreciate that!! Only thing that may not be convenient for some is they will always ask if you can pay cash.

I get my feet and eyebrows done at this location. Tommy does my feet and he is great and very nice. I have Eczema on my legs and some days are better than others. I request too seat closer to the back area chairs due to my eczema they honor my wishes Tommy understand its not contagios. If Tommy leaves. So will I.

I Love this place! Tommy is a whole experience with pedicures. You get waaay more for your buck here. Susan always gets my eyebrows perfect...we all know how hard that is. Give this place one try and I promise you will be back!!

I was a walk in (appt preferred) and they were kind, gentle (because Im ticklish). I felt so relaxed i nodded off during both the mani and pedi.....thanks ladies....ill see you soon🌸

Very amazing nail work😍😍 . Ive had my nails last about 1.5 months. Sweet ladies. Tommy does amazing w my feet and Susan does my nails Everytime. Suggest making an appointment. Helen & Gina are great as well but my nail & feet mains are them two!! 😘😘😘

I love how Suzie does nails. They stay on forever and the regular polish is applied so well it looks like shellac but please call and make appointment before u go because walkins are NOT likely to get service.

Mrs. Susan did a decent job on my nails and took her time however on the outside glass they advertise $18 full sets. I got medium/short nails in the coffin shape. I was charged $35 for my full set. The price seems too high considering I got regular polish.

I have received a nail services at this salon for over 10 years now. Its clean the technicians are sanitary and the service is quick. Im always happy with my nails and if Im not theyll make it right immediately. They do gel nails acrylic nails Solar Nails dips also wax services are available. Its best to make an appointment as they get busy.

I tried to get a pedicure this morning and the lady said no one was available. She said I should have called first but I didn’t know u needed a appointment for a place who take walk ins. I personally feel like she didn’t want to do my toes because everyone was working but her. She was just sitting at the table. Oh well will just take my business elsewhere.

I found this little gem on a Sunday morning and popped in to see if I could get a pedicure. They were kind enough to work me in although, Sundays are by appointment only. The salon is clean and the staff attentive.I have a manicure license and know the signs of trouble. Believe me, this place is worth the visit. Annie is my favorite and she is meticulous. Do give her a try although the other ladies are also top notch.

I got my nails done here once and the lady did a good job so I tried going back and there was a long wait so I left. The last time I went, still a long wait, but I decided to stay. 30 minutes into me waiting a lady walked in who was one of theyre regulars and they took her next. Needless to say, Ill never go back again!

Gina is the best! She always makes my nails look thin and natural and perfectly shaped! I’m never going anywhere else again.

Dont bother with the Deluxe pedicure. The *extra* is mask/hot towels but towels werent esp warm and the mask was the same gel scrub theyd done earlier. Chairs were nice.

Very very POOR customer service, I walked in and no one even greeted me. I sat for over 45 mins and it took me to say something for them to even notice me. I wanted a full set and they completely ignored me. I repeated myself again and they had the nerve to tell me “not right now”. I immediately left and went across the street to Top nail plus where I received excellent sevice and they did a fantastic job.. never again will I visit elegant nails

Walked in 7/11/19 was asked what service I wanted I said dip. She came back and said we cant help you. Were booked! Keep in mind its 130pm they had 1 customer getting eyebrows waxed, and 1 pedicure customer. They had two workers without customers. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

I been going there for 12 years i love love the way susan does my nails!! We bump heads sumtimes but wouldnt trade her, we stuck together.

I was recommended this nail salon by my sis in law. Came in and the nail tech told me it would be a while. Im very particular about my nails and I know my sis n laws nails always look goodso I decided to wait. Nail tech told me abt an hour so I told her I would be back in an hour. Went to ross to make a return came back in abt 50min. They continued to have me waiting for another 30 min. It was getting close to 6 pm andI wasnt about to find another salon because most them close around tht time esp on a fri and I had an event to go to the next day. I wasnt too worried because the sign on the doorsaid they closed at 8pm. Finally I got a seat and the pink gel color tht I wanted wasnt dark enough to cover the white tips I had on from my last set so I told her go ahead and take the old set off and give me a new set. she said sheDidnt have time for a new set because she gets off at 630pm!!! I was fuming. Complete Waste OF TIME. Owner did nothing to rectify the situation after having me waiting an hour and a half! Didnt offer a voucher, coupon or have someone else do my nails considering they had 4 other nail techs in there she just said sorry. Horrible Experience. Never Again!

This place is horrible they are rude and barely have any customer service skills I came in for a full set and Susan put one of my nails on wrong and yanked it right off so aggressively without even telling me and kept yanking and pulling my hand so many times I kept telling her she was hurting me it was like she didn’t even care I came to get coffin didn’t even look like it my nails were sloppy when she went to put the color on it was half down it looked like my niece did it herself I asked for s color change and she rudely told me no so I had to gone home take the color off and do it myself because they were closing I will never be back here again they are expensive and don’t even have good quality nails

This place is so unprofessional I came in to get a full set and the lady with glasses said she had an appointment coming in and scheduled me to come back she said herself and one other worker only do powder specialty so when I come back this lady is doing feet and said they are NOT doing hands SO I reminded her of our appointment and she told me she was doing a pedicure and to wait and I left . That is so unprofessional for me to have to leave and come back and you still make me wait I would never give them my money and I recommend potential clients to seek another nail salon
