I’ve been visiting this business for about a year now and my positive experiences have always outweighed a few average ones. But today’s experience was by far the worst I have ever had at any nail salon.I set an appointment at Deluxe Nail Salon for 2:30, and I had to wait 30 minutes while other guests were being seated, some that didn’t even have an appointment. Once I finally had my nail lady come to me at 3:05, I prefaced the conversation by saying that I needed my dip removed and wanted a classic manicure, which meant no more dip because my nails were incredibly thin and I wanted to strengthen them. I also told her that these were my real nails and I did not have acrylics in case the removal process for acrylics was different (my nails were very long and could have been mistaken to have been acrylics). My lady immediately brings out her large clippers and aggressively clips them incredibly close to where my nails ended without even asking me if I wanted them at a certain length. My pinky nail, as you can see in the photo, was cut far too short and started to bleed right away. She didn’t even happen to notice that she cut my skin until 10 minutes after. She did feel bad and apologize, but it’s incredibly inconsiderate to be so rough with my nails that you can’t even tell where they start and end. Also, she left dip on my nails and didn’t finish filing them either. This was $23- for a simple dip removal and manicure. And even with the bad experience, she didn’t offer to take a little off of the price of the manicure for her mistakes. Completely ridiculous to begin with, but even more so when the quality of the manicure was this bad. An appointment for a simple classic manicure went from 2:30 to 4- 1 and a half ours.I am completely disappointed in the way I was treated today in this nail salon, and I am sad to say I will not be frequenting this business again. I’m sure my bank account will not be so sad though because they are overpriced anyways.I am glad to say that the salon has contacted me and reimbursed me for this purchase. This will not be enough for me to visit this business again, but I do appreciate their ability to recognize when they have made a mistake. Maybe this will be a learning experience for them to not make the same mistakes with customers that visit in the future.

After two years of looking and a disastrous experience (see photos in bright shade) earlier at another place today, I finally found a salon I will definitely return to and recommend to everyone. Linda fixed a botched dip job on my nails, Cindy did my pedicure, and the staff at the front desk was wonderful. Five ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️!!!!!

Deluxe Nails is phenomenal in every way! Everyone that works here is so genuinely kind and attentive. Their quality is beyond, and they are very up front with costs, and personable. Melody is fantastic and literally gave me the perfect nails! This is the only salon I’ll go to time and time again.

I ONLY come to this nail spa, and I see Lana consistently. She is very tentative and very gentle. My toes are especially sensitive and have been known to bleed during a pedicure, but since I’ve been seeing Lana, I can’t remember the last time I had any issues. Everyone that works there is super personable, quick, professional, and clean. My mom also comes here, and I’m frequently asked about her, which is very sweet. I’d recommend this place to absolutely anyone for any service.

Three stars because they were nice but I have never had my eyesbrows waxed so thin in my life. I told her I would like to keep them thick just a little clean up. Totally the opposite!

I’ve been here plenty of times and every time the price is usually worth what I receive!Halfway through this visit, I asked how much it would cost and I didn’t get an answer (I wasn’t too worried because I thought it would be maybe $45-$50). When it was time for me to pay, the gentleman at the front was going to swipe my card without telling me how much it was. So, when I asked how much it was going to be and he said $80, I was shocked. I LOVED my nail lady Ann but, was completely blindsided by how much they charge on design. I stuck with the classic manicure procedure which only costs $18, I got gel on my acrylics which I know is a slight up charge BUT, for this length and minor design?!? I paid the same price I do for long nails with crystals and designs on them for the shortest set with basic abstract designs.EVERYONE IS ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND KIND but I believe what I paid was not worth what I asked for. I left a bit upset but I just paid the price because I respect this place and everyone is kind. Unfortunately, I don’t think I want to come back.

So friendly!!! Clean salon, wonderful staff! The guests are rude. They come in and expect them to drop everything for them when they dont have appointments or anything and this wonderful staff does anything they can to help these rude women! Treat them right ladies. Take your frustration out on your husbands not the people providing service for you!

I love this Salon! I only come once or twice a year. I always get a chilled white wine during a Mani-Pedi (Heavenly Dream on Both=$90). I also bring my favorite OPI nail polish which they joyfully use. I had to wait 20 minutes last Saturday because they were packed. I got to drink wine while waiting. Next time, I’ll make an appointment. These sheets will help you decide which selections to choose when you first walk in.ENJOY!

Horrible Customer Service, didn’t even let me say what service I wanted and immediately pushed me out the door and said they were too busy and didn’t have any appointments. Will never go back! Crowded nail salon as well, terrible decor, and drinks are horrific. It was my second time coming, never again. Do not use this place!

Donot waste your money here . 64 for a deluxe t hat was not deluxe at all feet still felt roughness on bottom .to long of a wait . And they rushed my gel did not last a week.donot waste your money or time .

The Gel polish on my nails and toes looks as if a kid painted it on and not done by a professional at all. The service I received was not worth $67. I will not return or refer someone else to this establishment. Thank you

This my favorite salon. I must credit my daughter for introducing me. She attends Heights HS, across the street. She and a friend both randomly went in about a year ago to get dip nails. I was so impressed I had to go.I am very particular about my nails. I’m a nail biter and I’m tough on my nails. I’ve been going to Deluxe Nails for maybe a year? I love them! The staff is great! Cathy, Stephen & Tim are incredible. Clean, very well sanitized on a constant basis.Sincerely, this nail salon is the BEST.

Ive been her many times. Usually they are good. This was the worst and probably the last time I will go. I got their a little after 630. They rushed the whole time, wouldnt let me easy my hands. They look bumpy. For something I paid $57 + a tip. I would expect better.

It was a hour before close when my friend and I came in and we were both wanting manicures. She got the normal one while I got the 45$ one which was a new set up almond shape drip powder nails. At my lady was nice and taking her time. Then when it started getting closer to 7:30 she started rushing, which I get it but while she was filing she hurt me a bit and when she was cutting my cuticles she cut me slightly. My friend was getting clear acrylic with glitter polish on top and her nail lady kept trying to up sell her into gel and didn’t want to give her a second coat of glitter polish until I said she wanted 2 coats. After all of this was done she kept trying to get on to me about touching my nails when I wasn’t. Finished and everything looked fine it was a little dark so I only noticed a brush hair stuck underneath my top coat after I was already home showing off my nails. So now I’ll have to see this black brush hair on my nail for 2-3 weeks that I can’t get off myself. But the icing on the cake was her trying to charge me for my shape! Its almond literally the most common nail shape! I didn’t need a tip or anything it was my natural nails and she was trying to charge me 5$ for it on top of the unsatisfying manicure I just received, but didn’t tell me ahead of time it was going to cost. I get why this place had so-so reviews. My friend and I won’t be coming back.

I found this nail salon just over a year ago when we first moved to Fort worth TX. I had a tried a few, and liked this one the best, and remained extremely loyal.They are very accommodating each and every time, and I just liked the atmosphere right away. Super sweet and professional staff by far, compared to other salons and I have been to many in my 24 years spent in the TX area.I usually see Tim, Steven and Vi, but anyone I have had here has been great, so you really cant go wrong. That is also a quality I like. They are consistent with their quality and always strive to meet or exceed expectations. They care.Thank you to Deluxe Salon for always providing a relaxing, nice environment as well as good music choice. LOL....Had to add that because I so appreciate my music:)

Tried getting my eyebrows waxed. The lady didnt listen to me at all! I told her I wanted to keep my shape and just clean up the lids.She thinned them out to HALF their width and went TOO WIDE in the middle! I told her how upset I was with how I look and they still charged me!!I look horrible! And now I have to figure out how to fill them in until they grow back out.Do not come here for eyebrows services, especially before any big holiday events!

I’ve been here three times and every time debated whether I wanted to return. I don’t give them a 1 because the overall work was not bad. Not great but absolutely not bad. I walked in about 6pm and they close at 7:30pm. The lady was rushing, no doubt about that but again, did a decent job.The customer service, is an absolute 0. The male that greets you as you walk in is HORRIBLE! He acts as if you’re wanting to get free service when you’re really PAYING. Geez.Anyway, if you’re not too concern about customer service then you should give them a try, not close to closing, because they do, most of the time, know what they are doing.

Steven is the best! He was a lifesaver I didn’t know they were closing early for Labor Day and he gave me a manicure even though the man at the front desk told me they were closed. Steven was so kind and my nails look amazing, I’ve gotten several compliments and it meant a lot that he did my nails yesterday because today is my birthday and I wanted my nails to look nice!

Ive been going to deluxe for about 4 years now. Always clean and friendly. One time I had an issue with my NexGen manicure... I went back in a week later and didnt have my receipt, but they re did my entire manicure free of charge (but with a huge tip). Pride themselves in customer service and quality. Highly recommended. If you have an issue, be upfront, and they will go out of their way to fix it. Also they give an excellent neck and shoulder massage so splurge for that extra bit 👌

Absolutely wonderful! When I walked in they treated nicely even though they were busy. They gave me a coke, and did my acrylic nails very well. The lady that did my nails was very nice and gentle, i found out later that her shift was over right before she did my nails nails, it was very nice of her to do my nails anyway. great service overall, accept the top coat (clear coat) they gave my friend was either to old or something because it made that color underneath wrinkle and come off. I will be going back there a lot anyways. they are so friendly. Recommended very much!

I called on a Friday and asked if there were any appointments. They said yes, I drove almost thirty minutes to get there, and they took three ladies in front of me despite the fact that I had an appointment. I asked if they could do ombre and was told to wait so they could check. About 10 minutes passed and I told them I can get something simple so I wouldnt have to wait. I picked three other designs, and finally suggested I get a regular pink powder. He tells me they are too busy and come back tomorrow. Yeah right. I called to make an appointment and still got turned away. A suggestion that the manager has someone knowledgeable on who can do what and ensure you dont overlook or accept a walk in over an appointment. I spoke with a regular and she said that it was like this every Friday. My business was not appreciated.

I needed to get my nails done earlier than usual and they were open. I asked for dip with design. Two colors or 1 with design like I would do at my regular shop. She told me she couldnt do either. I got a basic 1 color dip and left.

Horrible!! The pedicure was awful. The ladies my daughter and I had rushed through it. They didnt even scrub our feet! They made me pay before they even finished. Lucky for them, otherwise i would not have paid them. We left there exactly the same as when we got there, with ruff heels. When I asked to talk to a manager they said he had left and all he can do is say sorry.

Friendly staff from the moment I walked in the door. My first time at this salon, I recommend it and will be back! I received a new full Solar nail set from HELEN, I am completely satisfied with her work, she listened to exactly what I wanted and provided just that! Although, while filing my nails, I did get cut with the file, Helen immediately shaved down the sides of this nail file and continued to work after making sure I was alright. I cant fault her, these files are sharp when brand new! The salon is top notch in furniture and décor and you dont get a bunch of face mask wearing techs talking to each other and ignoring you. Deluxe seems to pride themselves in providing the best service from start to finish with each customer, definitely a higher end salon.

My friend had crust on her fingers after dip nails. There was also dirt in both of our nails. Not satisfied. As a single mom of four, I wanted to treat myself to a girls day with my bestie from college, Stacy. I was so disappointed with Deluxe Nails. ☹️

If I could leave this a negative star I would. TODAY WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE. I’ve been here before many times and I will say the great thing about them is they get you seated quickly.I walked in 45 min before they closed. They had the time to perform a wonderful job- but just didn’t. Everything from the customer service to the quality of her job was a joke, it’s was TERRIBLE. My nails are disgusting- they’re bumpy, uneven and ALL are different sizes, and lengths. First, she never spoke to me and when she did her tone and manner was very rude. Secondly, when she switched hands she literally yanked my arms to get me closer to her. When we got to the end of the service she didn’t let me wash my hands because they were moping (while I was there, yes) so when she went to put the clear coat all the residue from was was filed and buffed off stay underneath the clear coat (when you feel my mails you can feel all of that). She let me sit there without being under the UV light for 2 minuets... another lady came to her and she told her they’re not fully dried yet but theSaid ok you’re done.I’m in the beauty industry myself and have been for many years now so I know the do’s and the don’ts. I will never return there. I’m not even doing this to benefit anything- I’m writing this so management is aware to train all staff better because I’d hate for anyone else to have this same experience.

The lady doing my nails filed them so hard they snapped due to being too thin. She also filed the skin around them so roughly that they were bleeding and very painful. The color I wanted needed a few more coats to be opaque, which she did not regard. I have never received a worse manicure.

I was waiting for 40+ minutes to get acrylic nails only for them to tell me that they didnt have anyone there to do a new set. They gave me a gift card so thats good but otherwise BOOOO!!

First time i came in here was awesome... Not at all how i feel about THIS visit today! I visited i think her name was Anna? I went in for my eyebrow and chin wax... She must have spent 5 minutes on BOTH my eyebrows and chin! My eyebrows dont look like theyve been touched and i told the lady that my left eyebrow had a natural arch and that the right one needed to be done according to how the left one looks after being cleaned up. They are even 2 DIFFERENT LENGTHS NOW! Im gonna have to go home and clean them up myself and try to make them match! She was very sloppy with the wax too! She took off one of my SIDEBURNS because of her carelessness letting it drip all over! When she went to the chin she got the wax all down my neck and into my hair! Oh, before She got to my chin though she took off half of my peachfuzz mustache! I didnt ask for that, it is peach fuzz that matches the color of my skin! It wasnt dark like my chin hair is SO IVE NEVER ASKED TO GET MY MUSTACHE DONE!!! And then had the nerve to say at least that side is clean and didnt even offer to do the other side for messing up! So Im walking off with wax in my hair, messed up eyebrows and half of a peachfuzz mystache that i DID NOT say i wanted, I dont know what the point of filling out the paper is if they dont go by that in terms of distinguishing what services a customer wants! I filled it out and said i wanted EYEBROWS and CHIN wax, not MUSTACHE!!! Im very unhappy and theyre lucky I didnt walk out without paying, Ive never been so unhappy in my life about waxing and customer service! Oh, and she left a TON of wax on my neck where it fell! I LOOK LIKE A MESS!! If there was a way to post a pic on here i WOULD! NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN!
