I’ve been going to Q spa since I moved here almost 7 years ago. They’ve always done an outstanding job! Never had any issues. They never disappoint. Even when I moved from ft worth to dallas, garland, and Richardson, I’d make the time to get my nails done only by them! I specifically go to Kathy and she always does great! But they’re all amazing! So glad ive found them!

I went in for the first time today and a gentleman named Chris did my dip nails. He did a FANTASTIC job. I will be back. He took his time and did not rush. They are also doing their part during Covid to keep customers safe. I enjoyed my visit very much.

I love my nail techs - but then again they are ALL great!!!! Amy (the owner) makes sure that you’re always greeted and by name. Will miss them when I move in September.

I have been going to Q Spa for almost two years and will continue to for years to come! The entire staff is amazing and they treat you like family. Amy makes sure I always leave satisfied and I get so many compliments on my nails. She pays attention to the little details and it shows. After spending so much time on my feet, Cindy could put me to sleep when she does my pedicure! Literally the BEST and most relaxing pedicure I have ever had in my life! Amy gave me a beautiful manicure with precision. It was exactly what I had asked for and she also gave it some freestyle design. This is the best manicure I’ve had, it’s worth the wait(I would suggest scheduling an appointment, they get busy). Everyone was so friendly and they were very clean. Definitely coming back.

This is really the only option for getting your nails done. Amy is awesome. She greets you every time and she always remembers something about you. Ive been coming to this place since they opened in 03 or 04...I cant remember which but as Ive been to numerous salons through the years of not living in the area, Ive discovered that Q-Spa is worth both the wait and the trip of coming to Fort Worth. The pedicures are to die for and every time Ive gotten a gel set done here they last so long that they grow out and I have to get them taken off with unnoticeable chipping if any actually happens. I fully recommend this place.

Great job! Im new to the area and have been looking for a regular place and I have found it here at Q Spa! There are like 3 salons on the same corner of Beach and Basswood and have tried all of them and this is by far the best! BIG NOTE!!! If you look at the menu link on this listing, its for some place called AQ Spa and is not the same and pricing is different! I was looking for quality not price so not an issue for me. So, dont be shocked!

I have finally found “My” nail salon! It’s taken me about 5 years (since moving to Texas) I have patronized nail spas and salons all over north Fort Worth without success (either the staff was rude and rough or the quality was poor and when I got “lucky” my visits usually involved both..poor quality and poor customer service 😔.. but I LOVE this place! VERY professional and customer service oriented, clean, small, and AMAZING quality and craftsmanship! Thank you, Diana and Q Nail Spa.. I’ll be back in two weeks

I was so happy to find Q Nails after moving from Florida. Finding an new nail place is never easy but finding one that is better than your other one is a rare find! I posted pictures of my new gel manicure from today 3/19/18 and a manicure that was taken off the same day that I received on 2/3/18... YES 6 WEEKS! I work in an office on a computer all day and spend quite a bit of my time filing... I also do a lot of yard/house work as well and I was amazed it lasted so long. Make sure you ask for Sam! Also they have a coupon card that every 8 or 10 services you get $10 off, so that’s a nice incentive as well! Again, make sure you ask for Sam! ❤️

This salon has a quiet vibe, not a lot of loud cackling or TVs or music. Ive only visited twice, a month ago for pedicure and nails, and 2 days ago for just nails. I had the good luck to be paired with Anna both visits, and she does very, very good work. Shes rather quiet herself but is pleasant and wants to know exactly what the customer wants. She also made some suggestions, to which I agreed, and am happy I did so. The salon seems busy, but I got in the very next day. I at first thought their prices were a bit high, but then I had not had my nails done in over 6-7 months. For color dipping I paid $40 or $45 plus tip. So I got out of there for $55, which isnt bad since I only go every four weeks!Definitely highly recommend - if asked, request Anna!!!

Cool little nail joint. Pretty clean & orderly. They can definitely replicate any IG or Pinterest pics u bring with you. It’s pretty small, very narrow not a big waiting area and trust you will be waiting! esp if it’s the weekend because this spot is poppin! Best thing is they have all the newest colors/designs so totally worth the wait!

I went today to get a pedicure and the lady that did my nails and she was rushing to get it done.Also I let her know I wanted to design she only put a heart in each of my nails which wasn’t enough I wanted her to add just a little bit more a design that I did pay for .I won’t be going there anymore and I did not tip her because I felt rushed and I was just like I shouldn’t even be there is was very uncomfortable. Also I asked for a manicure after the fact and she said I would have to wait 30 minutes when there was time that they could have help me.👎🏻 Nope will not be back shouldn’t have happened

The ladies are super lovely, its priced fairly, and the manicurist replicated the exact photo I showed for how Id like my nails to look which rarely happens so thats awesome. My cuticles could have been done better and there was no pampering finale with hot towels/ lotion massage, she did have a regular hovering next to me who I think she was rushing to get to which I can understand b/c these ladies work hard and since the manicurist was so nice, I just let it pass. I wouldnt recommend the eyebrows service (didnt get the desired shape and there was no paper head cover, eek!) The salon does have a very heavy, acrylic aroma so just keep that in mind if youre asthmatic. All in all, Id recommend them as despite those glitches Im very happy with my nails and the eyebrows can always be penciled in ^_^

New to the area, Jenny was my nail tech, I went in and was seen about 5 minutes later, (I went in around 3pm ). my nails were HORRIBLE coming in and they were exactly what I asked for walking out 💖 Everyone there was polite and friendly . Will def drive the 25 minutes again !

They dont know how to answer the phone. I was left on hold for 30 minutes and when I hung up and called back 20 minutes later I just got a busy signal. Go to my nail spa on beach st and western center blvd. for awesome customer service in a timely manner.

Not what it once was. My mother frequently visits since they reopened many nail techniques did not return. on our last visit two weeks ago my mother left unhappy was rushed through her nail service and her powder dip nails were really thick unnatural looking, I noticed they do not soak off the gel powder any more they are supposed to soften the powder dip with acetone to remove it off the nails before a new dip, No not here they go straight to the drill to drill it all off I guess they are skipping steps to service more customers. Unfortunately when you rush and skip proper steps you get unhappy customers that were once loyal now will not return. Good thing there a many other nail shops to visit.

Q Spa has taken all the CDC guidelines into account and has their clientele and employers health and well-being in mind. If you are looking for a safe and relaxing place to have nails and pedicures done I highly recommend. I highly recommend calling and making an appointment (especially while under occupancy restrictions). Bring your mask and enjoy the ladies are friendly and helpful.

Hi first time here thought it was a bit pricey, on charging a 6 year old a $32 dollar set of gel nails!! My daughter wanted to get hers so baad! I had too... And 45 dollars on white solar nails for the work that was done on my nails. Was not satisfied... my nails were just too bumpy and my corners were not filed straight like how I think they should be, wouldnt go back.

I moved to the DFW area over 6 years ago and I have been going to this nail salon since then. I have tried other nail salons, almost every on up and down beach street and other areas of north Fort Worth as well and wish i had not. Needless to say I ALWAYS return right back to Tracy at Q Spa and Nails. They do a terrific job and the staff is courteous and professional.

My wife has been going here for 3 years now and has really enjoyed going. She knows the management and many of their employees now. Very nice place.

I don’t come often, but when I do, it’s always been a great experience. Amy always greets me with a welcoming smile and Kathy does a great job with dip nails and pedi. I’ve brought my mom, aunt and SIL in the past and we’ve always left satisfied with their services. The salon is clean, relaxing, lots of services and colors to choose from.

The first time I came here it was great...but from customer service to bad nails the second time was a waste of time and money and the receptionist is even ruder than the other oriental ladys standing over the person doing your nails. I WONT BE BACK AT ALL

I wanted to try a new place and was looking around on Google. I browsed through pictures from the different shops and saw a picture of a hombre turquoise set from this place and that made up my mind instantly. Everyone was so extremely nice and the they took their time on me. No rushing even though it was almost closing time, then went past closing time. They have a customer in me for sure, I will be bringing my friends here to try it out too! Oh and the cherry on top? The nail set I wanted also glows in the dark!! 😀

Professional and sanitary. Didnt tell me about the extra cost associated with nail design and using multiple colors until after she had done it, but overall happy with the final product.

Service is great and their work is awesome. I just wish they had a quick service option. I don’t have time to sit in a chair for half an hour without even starting on my nails. If I say I have to be somewhere I would like my my cuticles cleaned up and nails done fast. Don’t get me wrong, the massage is great but to come here I have to set aside 2 hours of my day that I just don’t have.

Traci is the absolute best ever. You want your nails done exactly the way you like them, you have to go to her. She did my nails for years and then I moved far away. I stopped getting my nails done because no one gets it right like she did.

Her work is literally perfection, as is her customer service, professionalism, and mannerisms. Due to not being able to make scheduled appointments, Ive also seen some of the other ladies who also do an amazing job. Ive never left without being 100% satisfied with the service. Let me add Im a tough sale, Im very picky about how my nails look. If Im happy they can make anyone happy! 😊

Always does a great job. They will let you know up front what they can do. Willing to help those who are having a hard time picking a color (like myself) I dont get to have my nails done very often but when I do I know I can count on them to look great.

To whom it may concern my apologies ahead of time been there plenty of time and do not mind at all spending money on quality work they seem nice and yes they do seem nice I cannot have respect for nail technicians talking in their language about their own customers while there are working on your nails right in front of you i spent and dont mind spending again on quality work but you can also get the exact same quality elsewhere if not better so you do not have to feel uncomfortable around people who are not true to themselves !

The person who did my nails seemed to haphazardly rush through the filing and cuticle removal, drawing blood (while talking to other people, sometimes not even looking at my hands).He would have so much nail dust everywhere that he wouldnt completely wipe/blow off before painting on more clear/colored coats. My fingers were stinging after the appointment.This was my very first experience with getting my nails done, and although I dont know much, I know that I left very disappointed.

Love this place! Used to go all the time, until I moved away, BUT this place is totally worth the trip. They work hard to make sure you leave with the nails you want. I don’t care how far I move I’m making the drive!!

Such lovely ladies here! Friendly and want you to be happy with your nails. I am allergic to acrylic nails and Amy does Gel powder without all the chemicals that are in acrylic nails. I feel so fortunate to have found someone who understands my obsession with having nicely manicured hands and feet!

They took their time and made sure everything was done right. I was there for an hour getting a gel manicure because the polish needed a lot of coats but she took the time to do it and didnt skip any steps! To top it all off, they only charged me $30. They definitely did more than $30 worth of work! Im very impressed

It is illegal to request payment and tip before giving service. Also is considered profiling when you Do this to select customers but not all. Im getting the city involved here. You guys cannot operate like this. I will be sending people in with hidden cameras specifically dressed poor and of the black and hispanic race to build my case. Best take this review into consideration and inform your staff that you are walking a fence between operational and history.

These ladies and gentleman provide great service and are extremely kind. If you want to go to a nail place and not worry about people talking behind your back, then this is the right place for you. I was the 2nd person in there this morning & told them I wanted a full set and a pedicure; I asked them if they had the glow powder and was told yes. They sent me to the back to do my pedicure 1st, the girl hands me a menu and I chose the deluxe, which is supposed to take only 40 minutes.... an hour and 10 minutes later, she has rubbed several different lotions on my legs, but no hot wax, nor did she scrub with enough pressure, my heels are still dry and cracked, and need to be sloughed off. I can and will have to do a better job in the shower tonight! Then she asked me if I I want a manicure today; I tell her yes, that I told them when I came in that I wanted a full set with the glow powder. OMGSH! They acted like it was such a BIG deal, talking amongst themselves throughout the salon about the glow (that word I could understand); so, as Mia, the girl who did my pedicure, set me down under the light for my toe nails to dry, they’re still going on and on about me wanting the glow powder, plus I’m told Anna’s gonna do my nails for me, so 10 minutes later she comes to talk to me, and doesn’t seem to understand what I’m wanting, so somebody else comes to talk to me, who seems to understand, and tells me Cindy is going to do my nails; I sit down at Cindy’s station and she starts trying to drill my nail beds, I pull away, telling her that I want a full set, and she tells me she’s going to do powder for me (with no tips). At that point, I had been there a little over 2 hours and had only had a pedicure done, and not a very good one, so I told her I was done and would pay for the pedicure, but I was leaving! Of course, everyone wants to give me their attention at that point to try to keep me there, but it was too late! I was DONE! I offered to pay for the pedicure repeatedly, but they made me so mad, I ended up in tears, asking them yet again repeatedly if they wanted me to pay for the pedicure or not, because there were plenty of witnesses to say that I offered to pay for it, so if they want me to pay for it, I would, otherwise I was walking out the door! They wanted me to tell them what was wrong and had gone wrong, so they could understand, I told them that I wasn’t talking about it, and asked again if they wanted me to pay for the pedicure or not, the guy said no, that he wasn’t going to charge me, because I was unhappy. So, I left! If using the glow powder is such a big deal, then perhaps they shouldn’t offer it! And if a pedicure is supposed to take 40 minutes, it shouldn’t go over 50 minutes, and the deluxe should have the hot wax included (it does everywhere else), and there is absolutely NO reason I should have been sitting there OVER 2 hours and only having had a pedicure done. There is a DEFINITE language barrier with most of the nail techs in here! And my time is valuable, I don’t have 3 hours to waste sitting around in a nail salon until they feel like getting around to me! I doubt I’ll ever go back!
