Horrible unsanitary and rude employees. Waited two hours and the man at the front skipped me twice with people who got there way after me, and proceeded to tell me it was because the other nail tech went to a party they were short staff, and that I never signed in. Oh and if you get waxed there be careful they double dip.

First time service was horrible, the gentleman that did my nails was upset because I asked him yo redo a lousy job that he had done throwing things around and speaking in his language he ended up doing my nails again even worst than the first time. I just wanted to get out the place is dirty plus on top of that they wanted to charge me extra $5 for fixing his lousy job, which at the end the lady by the door said it was OK, but I paid for a horrible experience.

Ive been using this nail salon for about 17 years now, since they opened. Good for basic jobs considering no one thereno2 knows how to do any nail designs. But pretty much good service at a great value.

This place is absolutely un profesional, they ripped two of my nails off, and bleed they didn’t even apologize.. they’re just rushing everyone in and out so they don’t even care.. just one girl I’m not sure who her name is, she saw that I was crying and offered to take off the rest of the nail.. please be careful by coming in here.

I went to get my nails done with my sister a couple of months ago and we set an appointment to get them done. When we got there my sister was getting her nails and I wanted my getting my toes done. So when I sat in the seat to get my toes done the lady at front said someone was going to do my toes shortly. It’s been 10 minutes of me sitting in the seat where u get your toes done and other people have came and went from getting their toes done. One of the lady looked at me waiting patiently but she went and started on another person that just got there. That was very disappointing to me that me as a “black person”, had to wait and watch other people get their toes done before me. So I left the shop without saying nothing because that was not right by all means. Even my sister was saying and texting me why did they just skip you and I’m like I have no clue. So y’all need better customer service and workers that love to be doing what they do when their on the clock! I have never experienced nothing like that at a nails shop. That was so upsetting for me and I really wanted my toes done that day too but I couldn’t take the disrespect. I will never go to this nail shop ever again!!!

I used to get my nails done here often. Always went with the younger guy I think his name is Kevin. He was sweet, took his time unlike the other people. He would make conversation with me and he would always smile. Always left my nails beautiful !

Please don’t go here . I did it because it was cheap but it’s very unsanitary. You will end up with fungus. Avoid this place

She cut me twice and my service was rushed because she had an appointment right after me. Some of the nails you can see through because she didnt put enough acrylic. Then when I went to go pay and signed my receipt with no tip she gave me the ugliest look. I tip good when the service is good, not when its like this!

We don’t need this in our communities.They are FILTHY. They have mold, spiders and spider webs all throughout. Food stains all over the wall and chairs. They do not sterilize their equipment. If you are back the staff will talk about you and turn on you in a heartbeat. Their work is not that good.THE EXPERIENCE I HAD TODAY WHERE THEY WERE RUDE TO MY 7 YEAR OLD NIECE WHO JUST WANTED HER NAILS PAINTED CROSSED THE LINE WITH ME. She is such a sweet child. How dare they try and treat a child this way. NOT WITH ME. I unfortunately had to get out of character. Gladly I walked away because they aren’t worth it.People wake up. Cheap is not always worth it. In town visiting family and needed my nails done. I wanted a new set on n painted with gel polish. Simple enough right?? Wrong,! Supposedly there wasnt a tech to remove my old set.... WOW! So found a place called VIP Nails. Felt welcomed and appreciated

Went in and got dip on my natural nail, then when shaping them, he made one crooked. I fixed it on my own but common.

I was there past Thursday getting my nail fixed .Another customer was going to get her nails done and the nail technician was touching her nose with the fingers and the customer was like “ your not going to wash your hands that’s nasty”. And the nail tech responded just “No”.Customer left and the owner of the nail shop was speaking a foreign language other than English with the other employees and they where laughing and making fun of the customer.I believed it should be required for them to SPEAK ENGLISH ONLY because that’s rude for us as customers we don’t even know if they are making bad comments or talking bad about us like they did with that customer .In my opinion since we are customers and we are going to pay them to do their job they should be more clean and they should have better customer service.

I would give this zero stars if I was able to, I literally went in just to get my nails painted with gel nail polish. she filed my nails so uneven and did not even do it correctly, pieces were hanging off of my nail. The nail polish was so chunky itself and seemed very old. When the lady started the first layer some parts of my nails were not even painted. I waited to see if she would fix it in the second layer but she didnt. I waited at least for 2 hours just for this!!! Never again, looks like I am changing nail salons.

The Prices are Great! You will definitely pay half the price than normal. Like any nail shop, everybody there cant do nails good. Ask for Amy she does the best work. Also the girl who sits next to her, her sister, does just as good. The owner (the lady who takes the money) is not that great. If you are particular about your nails like I am then dont go to the owner. $25 for a full set w/ gel and $25 for a pink and white powder set. I would usually pay over $50 for this somewhere else.

Horrible, nasty, dirty, rude, so many health code violations.The workers are rude when told about how the service was i was laughed at and told oh so sorry maam . The man that did my nails was actually upset i asked for all clean and sterile items to he used he cut 2 of my fingers and ive been cleaning with alcohol and peroxide to make sure i dont get an infection

Yes the nails are good, but the customer service is so bad . I came in to get a pedicure and manicure once it was my turn to get a manicure, the lady told another girl she’s next which she clearly wasn’t and I made sure she knew . I just wish their sevice was more orderly. I was waiting for about 30 min to get my manicure after my pedicure and the guy that did my nails made me wait even more to go do who knows what. He was even hurting my nails when doing them so aggressive .. overall the nails were good.

Just make sure they give you the right color

I went to this nail salon honestly a couple months back. Right now looking for a good nail salon because the lady who did my nails there was so rude. First off it was a very long wait. Also by the time I was called it was very crowded . I know my nails are very short cause of my biting habits. So i know they wont come out perfect. Thats not a problem. But it is a problem when the lady starts laughing and talking in her language about my nails to the lady next to her. Im only 15 and this lady is picking up my fingers as if she is going to get some type of disease and making noises as if she was eating something. She was so rude. And I couldnt leave because she was already starting and I was so embarrassed. She didnt have to be that way.

I used to love this place cause it has reasonable prices, but after my last visit NEVER AGAIN! The guy made all of my nails uneven, so I asked him to fix it he said “no problem”. If it wasn’t a problem why did he get upset and clip ALL of my nails off, after they were done? He started taking trash in his language and then said “go to someone else”. I ended up with the “boss lady” and she did some what of a good job. He also cut me 4 times. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star but just to make a review I guess!

I had my eye brows waxed. She did it in less than 2 min. They looked hideous because she did a rush job. This place does not have good service at all... beware. I will not be returning

I had been going to BJ Nails for a number of years. The nail specialist I went to opened her own salon (Beauty Nails) on Seminary in Fort Worth Texas. BJ Nails Did not treat me as a valued customer

Yeah it’s a bit ghetto, it’s crowded, but the price is unbeatable. Other boujee places want $70 for normal nails and at BJ’s I get them for $20-40. My nails last me a whole month and always look amazing and on point. And it’s crowded all the time because they’re so good at what they do! Amy is the best one there and she always gets me done fast. If you not bout the hood ghetto life style don’t bother going in.

No stars. 30$ for this. Wrong shape, size and color. Even left scratches on every nail. better off at sky line nails or red nails.

This place is garbage. My sister and I went to get our nails done and mine came out pretty good plus fast but my sister went to the only man in there as I spoke to him he did not respond and acted like he did not hear me asking him the same thing 3 times! Everytime she spoke to him, he seemed so bothered. He seems like he hates his job.

Do not go here! This place should be close. Worst place to get your nails done. Terrible costumer services. Nails cracked after 2 days.They reuse the same acetone bottle and pour it back. If I could I would not even one star.

The price makes dealing with the horrible customer service OK. Some of the workers are worst than others. Youll have about a 50/50 chance on getting somebody who is nice and does a great job. Great place if youre on a budget!

I use to love this place but as of yesterday I hate it and will never go back. I wanted acrylic color instead of nail polish or gel and she messed them up. Went in to get a ratchet set or not suitable for work set. First, it smells bad, very strong. The owner sits at the front. Greeted me and said it would be five or ten minutes. It was packed in there. I did not mind I am patient. After reading the reviews on line while I waited, I noticed this place is disgusting. Its very dirty. The place has old, torn furniture. I did not see anyone clean or sanitize tools after a pedicure. That was my que to leave.

Awful customer service. Walked in forty minutes before they closed, stood there for almost 10 minutes without one person saying welcome or asking if I needed help. Then a younger guy finally acknowledged me said can I help you as hes on his phone sitting in a chair, I said well yeah, is there a wait? He then said oh were closed I proceeded to say your website says 730 but your door says 6 so I should have plenty of time he then said oh well no were closing early tonight as hes looking down at his phone yet again. Today was the first time I go to this place and I must say am very happy with the services I revived, I got my nails done by a girl name Sandy and she did a great job, also got a pedicure by this very nice kid and he was really nice and carful, so over all am extremely happy and will definitely be coming back. 👍 Do recommend this place!!!!!!!

Before we sat down we asked if they did ombre nails they said yes yes we do ombre. 30min later he was asking me if what he had done on one of the pinkies was ombre. What??? Red flag. He tried several times to do the ombre on the pinky and was not successful. We got tired asked him how much we owed him he said $20. We paid him never going back their again. This place is garbage.

My nails are coming off after one day

I got my coffin nails done here . First I show up and they don’t have “materials” to do my nails how I like, so I have to look for a whole new set. Second, when I walk over to the guy they sent me with, he wouldn’t get off his tablet to attend me. I politely told him that they sent me to him and he tossed his tablet and was rough handling me. He asked how long I wanted them and after he shaped them I asked if he could just file them a little shorter and he said that I should’ve asked before he shaped them. After he was “done” doing my powder nails, first off he left the red powder all over my nails, and they are cricked ! If it were possible I wouldn’t even rate them one star.

I never have an issue when I come here. Then again, I am not very picky. You get what you pay for. Yes the place is not so clean and their customer service sucks but you cant beat the price. I havent found anybody cheaper. Their price allows me to have my nails done all year round. I just go in get my nails done and get out since that neighborhood isnt that safe either.

Its really awfull they dont have customer service at all!! And the lady who assist me she was really rude.And they really change their price per customer!! I hope they stop doing that with somebody else if they raise price but they r not giving such a good nails . If you dont want to spend alot of money on nails this is the place to go! Glitter/Designs are extra $$$. It does get crowded on weekends, be prepared to wait. Some do better nails than others!

This used to be my favorite place to go, but i got set up with this lady who didnt want to do my pedicure and everytime i explained i wanted overlay she babbled off talking about nonsense.And the main lady who takes care of pmts and transactions messed up my manicure... she paid no mind in measuring them she just cut them as she pleased and now i just payed $48.00 for uneven nails.... and a half ass pedicure no effort to keep them even . NEVER GOING BACK to this place. Theres only a few ladies that really do a good job ....but dont let the transaction lady to do your nails she messes it up also keep track of the prices they be trying to be slick about that too. SMH

Went when it wasn’t too busy, and the guy was nice but left my cuticles really cut up and didn’t put all the acrylic on one of them. not sure if i’ll be going back but definitely not with him.

Awful customer service I got my nails done plainly and they couldnt do them right totally unprofessional the person who did my nails filed them while looking away to watch a movie and the results showed,they didnt put he top coat on evenly....I needed my eyebrows done and thought I should get them waxed big mistake everything was good until they did the middle of my eybrows she took way too much of there like 2 inches in between And I think that when she tweezed my eyebrows she used the same tweezers she used to takeout sparse hairs from a ladys armpit ..my eyebrows were the one thing that I felt confident about speaking from someone who has acne and other insecurities my eyebrows were the only thing that I found perfect and pretty about my self....hopefully they grow back Ive heard different things that they never grow back or it takes months to years now I have to spend the next couple of days looking up home remodies to grow my eyebrows.. My eyebrows just needed a little clean up and now they need a miracle.!!!!if you need your eyebrows done font go here...!!now my journey to grow out my eyebrows begin and the best part school starts doom😤😣😭

2 of my nails were crooked and 3 of them are lifting after 2 days, they seem bothered every time you ask them to fix something. They said nothing was wrong with my nails, this is why I stick to nail techs that are independent!

The man doing my nails was very rude and was digging into my nail. I told him he was hurting me. Then he kept getting my finger with the nail filer machine. So I asked if someone else could do my nails because his being way to rough with my nails he told me to get and I told him who can I go to he said that he don’t care just find someone else to deal with you. I walked out and can kv nails were I was treated very well.

My mom & friend got green mold growing on their nails, they don’t sanitize / clean the instruments. Don’t go here . Not worth all the bad service

Terrible!!! The manager ripped off my nail police using a fake nail and a drill when she was told REPEATEDLY THAT MY NAILS ARE REAL I NOT TO DAMAGE THEM. SHE REFUSED to use polish remover! I instantly stopped when when she ripped of the top layer of yet another nail leaving it looking badly damaged. THE WORST EVER!!!
