My wife and I were in desperate need of a mosquito company to come out and spray our backyard because my wife was getting tagged bad by mosquitoes. We took a chance and went with Mosquito Joe’s. Had the field supervisor come out the very 1st treatment with a trainee and they did a terrible job! Not to mention lied to my face and said they sprayed in the backyard when my wife works from home and saw them just sitting in the work truck doing absolutely nothing! I called back and had them come out again for a booster spray because nothing was done the first time. Chris Evans came out and resprayed for us and did amazing!!! He sprayed the ENTIRE backyard, on the side of the house and the front like it was supposed to be done the first time. I thanked Chris for his hard work and appreciate the job he did making sure the job was done the right way. I want Chris to get a lot of recognition because he did better than the field supervisor did and that’s sad! Technician, Christopher Evans, arrived and provided excellent customer service today! Our yard is now infested with mosquitoes and gnats infestations due to all the rain so we tried Mosquito Joe. The technician went above and beyond. Mr. Edwards was very thorough spraying and ensured that he did not miss any areas of our yard or driveway. He even sprayed our wooden fence. Mr Edwards also identified areas most vulnerable to Mosquito infestation and thoroughly treated those areas. Based on Mr Edwards professionalism and effective costumer service, we definitely recommend this company. Ill post a follow-up review in a couple of days on how effective the treatment they applied today is actually controlling the mosquitoes.

Very disorganized. When they finally come the mosquito population abates however… it is not worth the poor scheduling practice and total disrespect of other people business schedules

Been using Mosquito Joe for well over a year until this happened. They will leave signs. Many of them on the front lawn which is fine and many in the back which is a strange place to advertise. Today, they left it on the pool cleaner. Very unprofessional.

I got a one time treatment and noticed a huge difference after. I decided to have them look at my misting system to make sure everything was running properly after the freeze we had. Lee (the owner) came to look at my already existing misting system. He was honest and thorough. If you want a good honest company who doesnt try to upsell you products you do not not need look no further. Im a forever customer!

When I first started this service last year it was amazing. I told all my neighbors how great they were. I had to cancel service for a few months due to COVID-19. I started back with them at the beginning of June. I have been double charged and was told this is a monthly service. I have still not received a refund or a call from office manager. I have had several re-sprays and I still have mosquitoes. I’m not sure if this location has changed ownership or products but it’s not the same. I have a few neighbors having the same problem and this company has started telling them they need to pay for 2 treatments a month. I have several friends and family that use this service in different areas in Texas and do not have this problem. If there is a problem, they come back out as many times as it takes to correct it.

At first I was really pleased with how quickly they were able to get out to my home and how friendly the representative was. They did a special event spray for me and the night of the spray we did notice a difference in the amount of bites we got. However, within a few days we quickly were getting bit up again. I was hoping to see a significant difference in mosquitos and sign up for regular maintenance. However, when I just called to discuss them coming out to reevaluate my property and why we still have mosquitos, as their website states they will do, I was told special event sprays do not include this. Since a special event spray is even more expensive than regular maintenance and being a new customer to them, I am a bit disappointed in this response.

THEY HAVE PERFECT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I used them for two years. There was mistake after mistake made with no apologies. Finally, after their technician sprayed all of my plants, including blossoming plants, which killed over $200 worth of platings plus hours of hard work, I called them multiple times for help. The owner never returned my calls and finally I spoke with the manager who didn’t even ask why I was cancelling them. I asked him whether he even wanted to know why I was firing them and he said, ok, sure and then had no response. After two years, I would think I deserved better customer service than that. Really unfortunate.

I was told up front that services could not be guaranteed 100% due to wind changes and the fact that mosquitoes are airborne. Unfortunately, my daughter was bitten at 6 times the very next day after only 10 minutes outdoors. For $70+ every 3 weeks, I need better results. I know they tried and the staff is nice, but Im going to have to find another solution.

It works. Weve seen about 2 mosquitoes all summer. I also like that they communicate via text when coming. Good business, good customer service, quality product.

DJ is the best technician. I wasnt always sure how thorough of a treatment I was getting because I know they can have 20 stops in a day which just doesnt allow a thorough application DJ was super nice, very thorough, and gave me confidence that the job had been done right. I would recommend this service, but I would say you are more likely to get a thorough treatment if you are home when they arrive.

As a company, have nothing but good things to say about MJs. They seem to listen to my needs and directions and so far, no issues with mosquitos this spring! Helps that my neighbor is also using MJs, wish all of them did. Fingers crossed stays that way all summer long!

Ok, it works I admit it!First I thought my wife was nuts thinking we were going to have some sort of invisible force field to keep mosquitoes out. We started early in the season and after going to friends houses in the area I realized it does work, and I mean it works well...Everywhere else we go we end up with bites in no time but when we stay in our yard and host the party no bites for anyone. Ralph usually comes by to do the application and hes very nice and engaging. Makes sure to take good care of us and to get the most effective spray we can get. Hes just a nice fella and I appreciate how hard he works for us...My suggestion, DO IT, get them to come out and spray your yard and see for yourself...

Mosquito Joe has really improved our ability to be outside this summer. They are professional, cost effective, their services have worked at ridding our property of mosquitos and they coordinate with our schedule so no appointment is ever inconvenient. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a mosquito control service.

I am on the cusp of canceling their service. The 1st few sprays starting in April of this year were great and definitely knocked down the mosquitos but since then, about June and forward it is vastly different. Within 2 days of a spray my entire family starts getting bitten and you cant go outside. We have no standing water or debris on the ground or anywhere else for mosquitos to breed etc. I have received a few resprays with the same results, within a few days it is bad again. I do know that corporate changed the chemical compound since about June as well so thats probably the difference. For me, its no longer worth the 86$ every 3 weeks. I will find the correct chemicals and do it myself..

We can enjoy our back yard without being snacked on by mosquitoes! We love this service. Five stars!

I have no complaints about the friendly service and responsiveness. Just keep improving the chemicals to get rid of the mosquitos. Its a great temporary solution if you are having a party or outside activities on a specific date. After a few days we noticed the mosquitos were back but it was very helpful for our party.
