This was my first time going here My best friend took me here It was packed upon entry. However Andrew took care of me everyone here is very nice and friendly. They also offer you beverages which is a good thing Get you relaxed. The music I loved it, nice atmosphere, good location.

My second time visiting this salon and they did an amazing job on our nails! I took my 14 yr old with me this time for her first ever manicure and they made it a great experience for her. Second time going. I was ridiculously over charged and 2 days after going my nail literally broke in half. They are paper thin, barely any acrylic was used on my refill. Very disappointed and will not be going back. They really need to do better.EDIT: after getting in touch with the manager, I was told my nails would be redone AT NO CHARGE. So I go back at the time agreed. Not only were my nails NOT redone, but I was charged for him to fix the one that broke after the TERRIBLE job that was done the first time! And the design on the one fixed NO WHERE NEAR MATCHES the others. Sad to say $55 wasted and will NOT be returning. Maybe they should spend more time on the client and less on trying to make the place LOOK like they do. Sad start to the birthday weekend.

Was very disappointed. Went in to get pedicure and full set of nails. Pedicure was great, lady listened to what I wanted. Then was moved to have my denials done and the owner argued with me about what I wanted. Waited for another nail technician and she also argued about what I wanted. Asked for acrylic nails with regular polish and one with glitter. All they kept saying was I was getting cheap nails. She put on polished before I washed my hands and left some of the stuff they filed. Nails are really rough on the corners. Will not be going back!

Never coming back. Unsatisfied with my nails because of how painful it was. Some woman who worked there was Rude!They made me pay 5 dollars to take off my gel toe nail polish during a pedicure. My first experience was cool this time it was long and uncomfortable. Over paided for the services given.

I waited for 20 min and someone else walks in and then they get seated first this is not the first time it has happed and then had to wait 2 hours before anyone started working on me. They are unorganized and don’t check to see who was showed up and checked in first. They need better management.

Ive been going to this salon for years but the service have changed. They stop taking appointments which I always on time for. The last 2 times I was there I had to soak my powdered nails off which takes all of 10 minutes. My tech didnt have anyone in her chair and started my soak which I was there at 4:55pm. A lady walked in 10 to 15 minutes after me and she takes her in to dye shape her eyebrows and Im still sitting there at 6:10 pm. Thats not right and NOT good customer service. It was wrong for that to had happen and I complained about it and was told she will get to me. Really!!!!! ONE HOUR LATER!!!!! I was first and that SHOULDNT had never happened. A customer waiting an hour in a chair for service she never received. She didnt come back to check on me or anything. It upset me so badly I walked out. Tony Ive been coming to your salon since day one. I tip your techs VERY WELL and I mean WELL. Im a good customer and was offended by how I was treated.

Came in for a fill she wanted to do her own thing tried to charge me $70 for something i DID NOT WANT!! Then didn’t want to take the nails off. I’m calling tdlr cause they had someone new without a license do my nails and couldn’t even do what i wanted

I enjoy coming here to do my acrylic/dip powder nails they always make the shape on point ! although the pedicures aren’t the best they don’t scrub good enough sometimes or don’t massage my feet the best either but overall I like this place :)

Ivan is the best at pedicures. Atmosphere is fun, never a dull moment! Prices are reasonable, always satisfied with my nails/toes.

I’m really disappointed in this place. I went there Thursday morning to make sure it wasn’t busy. I get there and a man checks me in and I asked for a glitter ombré. First off he gave me a lighter shade than the one I wanted, second my nails were crooked and I told him to redo it and he said he still needed to “file” them. He finished in about 35 mins, which wasn’t a good thing, he rushed thru the whole process and left my nails looking so messy. And on top of that he charged me $55. Ugh such a waste of money, don’t go here.

This place was the go to shop but it’s going down hill really quick came in on 09/20/18 to get my nails and toes done for a Jamaica trip that was coming up I showed the people the colors I wanted and told them to make them look awesome if you see in the pictures below it looks like my three-year-old niece painted my nails but it cost me over $60 to get this what I can explain looks like Why,what the hell is this abstract I don’t want to do her nails but I have to piece of boo-boo I don’t start drama or do I won’t drama when I go get my nails done if I am paying for my toes and hands to be done they should look professionally done it’s I shame because this place was awesome but now it’s just a building with people that can’t get along with each other over price the customers and gives them what the hell nails SMH

Nail tech did not do my nails the way i wanted them done.

I visited this nail salon at the end of July as a treat for myself and my mom who was visiting Texas for the first time. I walked in and struggled to communicate with the nail artist about the kind of nails I wanted. I tried to describe that I wanted a dip because it was less harsh on my nails. He immediately placed extensions on my nails and I asked to have them cut shorter. He said yeah, yeah! and never cut them. During the process I noticed that he was not dipping my finger into the power but instead pasting it on. I had never seen this before so I asked about it, but again it was difficult to communicate. In the end my nails looks nice, but I felt like I had no input on the design, nail length, or process of getting my nails done. As my mom and I were leaving the salon, my mom pushed on the door to exit but it was locked (since the salon had apparently just closed) and my mother beckoned someone to the front to help us open it. An older Asian man came to the front and in an aggressive manner, started saying many things to my mother in a language we obviously did not understand, while we exited. My mother was shaken and asked me never to come to this salon again. About a month later when I had these nails removed, they did not come off easily and I lost most of my nails. The damage was quite severe and my nails are still recovering.*Edit - I discovered that what was placed on my nails was actually an acrylic set instead of the dip

I moved to TX a year ago and I’m SO happy I’ve FINALLY found a competent nail tech and I LOVE the salon!! Everyone is so professional, light, and just lovely all around. I LOVE my nails! Thanks Jessica! I’ll definitely be returning! ;)

My nail tech is Billy and he is awesome!

So, I visited this salon yesterday for the first time. I work in the area but never went because I was so faithful to my own technician in Mansfield. I decided to make an appointment for a full set...I was told to ask for Leslie. Luckily, Leslie was busy with another client and I was on my lunch break so, Tom helped me and did an amazing job on a long, gel coffin set. I will definitely be back! Tom took his time and was focused and professional! I might drive from Mansfield here. Clean establishment and organized!!!!

I come here almost every month for both pedis and nails and every time I get someone different you can get the same person upon request its a Clean place friendly people. And yes each person has their own experience. This is my experience and all I can recommend is if you are think of visiting this place DO IT. You well never now how things are by reading some one elses experience.Oh so far I love both my nails and pedi each and every time I get them done

Had came to get a pedicure they had me to sit down with my feet in the water and jus left me there I didnt get nothing done I sat there over 45 mins and they still didnt do anything I ended up leaving I do not and will not recommend for anyone to go there

Ridiculous!!!!! Just tell the customer you dont know how to do what theyre asking for or update them on how long they have to wait instead of offering a beverage every 5 minutes by every employee of the salon

They have a complete disregard for the Coronavirus. They wiped nothing down and expect you to use their tablet to sign in for a service. They then don’t wipe it down when you are to sign for credit card. Even most places don’t let you reuse a pen let alone on electronic device. The Latina lady at the front never put her mask on while she spoke to people or when she violated personal space. When confronted she said “that’s just me”. They care nothing about you or well being. Better places to go than here. Her recommendation was for you to wear gloves.

Oh how I missed Me. Ivan. If you want the BEST PEDI in town he is your go to guy. He healed my husbands feet and now my husband is willing to go back for more pedis. Very knowledgeable, professional, and over rated with soft smooth pedis in the FUNK!

I give one star because the lady that did my signature pedicure was nice. When I went to get my full set . The guy I think his name was mike. He was hesitant to tell me a price. As soon as I sat down I asked the price for a short length square set. He told me he can’t tell me a price until after he cut them which was understandable. and when I reminded him after he cut the nail down to the size he still didn’t tell me until he was on the 4th nail of doing the acrylic and told me $37.for short full set. Nails were already half way done so I said whatever even though I thought that was a bit expensive for a basic nail set. I then brought to his attention that my thumb nail had a lump on it and he acted as if he couldn’t see it, then went to my next hand. And I told him again there’s a big lump on my nail and I suggested that he looked at it from my angle at that point he put his tools down. And told me the guy next to him will finish then he walked off as if he was frustrated with me. So I moved to the empty table across that was empty and waited. The guy that was supposed to finish my nails called on somebody else instead of me so I just said I wanted them soaked off. This was my first time here and I will never go back because of this poor service. I was in the area and felt like being pampered and the salon looked nice but I got the exact opposite. And I will not be recommending this shop nor will I be returning to an establishment that gives me bad service but will happily take my moneyIve attached a photo I took while I was waiting on the other nail tech . And the lump is actually bigger than what you can see in photo and esp when you touch it

Today was my first ever time coming to this nail shop I was welcomed immediately after I walked In. Andasked which service I was requesting. After A small wait I was seated with nail tech Jessica I showed her a picture of what I wanted and and she gave me exactly that. She took her time and didn’t cut me not one time. I highly recommend this shop it is calm, peaceful, clean, and very professional. Lol also enjoya before picture of how crusty my nails were.

Bad experience. I went in for a pedicure and did wait a good amount of time for nails to dry. Got home and my nails were ruined. Went back after my class and waited over 2.5 HOURS to get them fixed. Had to rush back home so I asked for Gel instead so I can guarantee they’re dry- was charged still, extra. I understand it is not free but when I have to go back and wait over 2 hrs for a fix, the gel should have at least been complementary or some discount should have been issued. Hilda was my tech both times and I felt rushed and she was rude about having to fix the issue the second time. She was so sweet the first time she did them but the second time she was bothered by it having to fix the issue. Never going back. Horrible experience unfortunately. I have family pics this weekend and now I’m self conscious about my nails and what I paid for.UPDATE- got home and my toe nail polish even after the Gel was still ruined!!!! Do NOT waste your money or time here!!! From looks of the review the owner only replies to comments of praise so I know I still won’t have my issue fixed or be reached out to! So disappointing

I got my nails done by Veronica a week ago and they’re already lifting and after the second day one cracked because she did them so thin and the lv sticker she put she just put a clear coat on top instead of clear encapsulating it so it wouldn’t break off

Tram slays dip nails and they are worth the price. Went in with double drills to get the shape perfect too. Good location and chill atmosphere. Theyre constantly having conversations about improving their nail styles. Was even another employee a few seats down testing tips on her own hand. 10/10 ⚰️

This was my first time coming here.I had Billy today, He did such a great job with my nails and feet.One of the things I like the most was that he asked me to show him or tell him what I wanted. Worst nail salon Ive ever been to. They are absolutely predatory and I cant believe I fell for it. Rude, abrupt, no customer service whatsoever. The nail tech doing my nails purposely didnt tell me the price, even though I asked how much my nails would cost the moment I sat down. It wasnt until the false tips were glued onto my nails that I was told a full set would be $45.The gel color I chose was actually a glitter topper, and not a full blown polish so Im pretty unhappy about that too, but Ill own up to that mistake. I asked for short nails, and got long ones. THEN, to add insult to injury, the $45 I was quoted didnt include the debit/credit card fee, an expense that they mask as a cash discount.NEVER AGAIN. DO NOT GO HERE.

Everyone was kind, helpful making sure i was comfortable. This is the best i have ever experienced. They were not in a hurry, took their time doing a very good job. Kim gave me a very good pedicure. Im happy i decided to give them a try. It was well worth the time and money.

Just recently got my nails done this Saturday. It is now Tuesday, 3 days later and my nails are now lifting.

Tom is a superb nail tech!!! He pays attention to every detail and makes sure that you are happy! I have difficult nails because I have thick cuticles and flat nail beds, but Tom showed that he is a very experienced and professional! I literally just left from getting my nails done, the nail tech that was doing my nails was making me feel so uncomfortable, he gave me compliments which is nice of him I understand custom service but he started putting his hands on me. On top of that he cut me with the tool they use to file your nails. Overall it was a very uncomfortable and painful experience for me never got the dudes name though.

Since moving to Fort Worth I have struggled to find a nail salon. Beyond happy with this place. Billy was amazing. The most thorough pedicure. Best manicure I’ve ever had. He worked with me and did exactly what I wanted and did his best to calm my nerves due to poor salon experiences the past year. I can’t wait to go back!

The first time I went the service was great Billy did my nails so good, I went yesterday and had an argument with Tony the short guy that sits in the front. He rushed the whole service my nails were uneven, cuts on my finger from the drill, the polish was horrible! He charged me $35 (I only paid $25) I’ll never go back here!

The service is always good. The staff is friendly and easy to talk with. They make sure you are comfortable. They are kind enough to offer you soft drinks and bottled water on the house!

I’ll never go back. My sister took me this afternoon to get my nails done because it’s my birthday. Someone came and did her nails, and though I was sitting right beside her, no one EVER did my nails. After hers were done drying, we just left. Very poor customer service. I do not recommend this place unless you don’t care about customer service or your time.

The nail salon looks quite clean and nice, staff is friendly and very pleasing. It can be a bit time consuming so plan not to rush as good things take time. I loved my nails! Adam did a magnificent job.

This is my 1st visit here as I just got to Ft Worth with work. It’s a gorgeous salon and the staff is so kind. The gentleman that did my nails was gentle, fast and did one of the best jobs that I’ve had! I will continue to visit here!

I just moved to fort worth and was looking for a new place to do my nails. I saw the reviews and thought I had found my place but I was wrong. I got a pedicure and a new set. I was happy with my pedicure but not my nails. The gentleman that helped me did them extremely fast and went over my cuticles. So now I see the nail wanting to lift. I will not be returning.

Love Trish... she does s wonderful job on my nails and eyebrows EVERY TIME. I have never had a horrible experience there. A lot of people complain about the prices when I tell them what nail salon I go to. I always say you get what you pay for... thats why I get a wonderful job every time bc Im not afraid to pay a couple of dollars more for good service.
