My nail tech Hailey did absolutely amazing on my nails. I’ve been getting nails for a while and I’ve never liked them as much as I do this set. She took her time and made sure everything was to my liking.

Miley has been doing my nails consistently for three years. She is the BEST! And I’m super picky! She’s a perfectionist and super meticulous! From the clean up, to the shape, to the polish she’s amazing!!! I’ve tried a few other places closer to home but her nails are WAY prettier and last forever! My girls are spoiled to her too. Even they can see the difference! Lan (not sure if that’s her name) does my toes and they always look amazing too! This place is not fancy so don’t judge it before you try it. I am here now for an appointment. I made an appointment because of limited time and my drive is not short. My appointment was validated by staff but my requested technician has just begun a treatment with a different client. My only options are to sit with another technician for my appointment and my requested tech will follow up when shes finished with the person who took my appointment, wait for about an hour until shes finished so she can start my treatment or go to a place that respects my time. I will be going somewhere else. Its unfortunate because Ive driven out of my way to come here 3 times and would have given a 5-star yesterday.

Miley is my go to for my nails. I wont let anyone else touch them. She is so sweet and makes sure its everything you want. Ask for her!

Took a gamble and walked out a winner here! Just moved to Keller and needed to find a nearby nail salon. Star Nails and Spa is the closest and now I have no need to look any further!

Went in to get my nails done for my birthday and they were super nice! Did amazing work and even sang to me. Lol! They absolutely turned my whole day around and made it ten times better. And their prices are super reasonable as well. An over all wonderful experience!

I rate them 1 star because there was no wait time. The lady who did my nails did not do a good job at all. After putting the tips on i noticed that one was broken. I asked her if she was gonna take it off and redo it. She said yes . but when she got to the nail she didnt fix it. She just proceeded to go on as if it was not broken. There was polish on my fingers that she didnt remove .WORST SERVICE EVER. ALL SHE WANTED TO DO WAS PUT HER EAR BUDS IN AND TAKE HER PHONE CALLSNEVER AGAIN!!

This is a good place for a Manicure or Pedicure or to treat yourself to both. The staff are friendly and the day I was there I didnt have to wait. They do take appointments. As well as Cash & Credit Cards. There is also a restroom, there is free parking, & handicap parking available.💋🍀

My first time here and the Lady did a great job on my nails. She kept making sure I was happy with the way they were coming out. Offered me a drink. There was no wait. The ladies getting pedis were enjoying themselves. Overall it was pretty good. Ill be back.

Terrible. Waited for over 1.5 hours and decided to leave because I got tired of waiting. Stated only one person out of all of the employees does acrylic. How do you have a nail shop and only 1 of the 5 employees working can do a popular service. I certainly do not recommend.

I absolutely love this place, I always get my nails done here. The guy who does my nails ALWAYS takes his time to make sure they are perfect. They are very nice and always make me feel welcome. I am actually headed that way now to get a fill :)

Maily does the best nails around. It was my first time here, no appointment either. She got the shape perfect and thin just like I like it. Her spa is clean and they have alot of dip powders. The owner also came by and checked on me. I am very impressed and I will be back!!!

I always love my experience here! Ive been coming to the hese ladies for close to TEN years now. Im incredibly picky when it comes to my nails almost to the point where the people inside would see me coming and argue over who isnt going to do my nails.. But here at this place.. Theyre fantastic! I will only let the owner Minh touch my nails but shes never let me down, not even once! Back when I lived in Wise County I would still drive in to town for my nails if that tells you anything! Minh is also very talented when it comes to designs on my toes, which I get every time I go. She can do almost anything I show her from Pintrest. She takes her time and is very thorough to get it just right. I dont know what I would do if this place closed! If be completely lost!

Im very disappointed with the service today. All I can say is that I got a very sloppy job on my pedicure. The lady that did my pedicure didnt allow for my toe nails to dry. I had to come back and redo all my nails. She couldnt even take the time to remove the polish that got into the skin.I guess she was in a hurry because immediately she put on the headphones and started messing with her phone. She was careless.As a business owner, I realize that customer service is essential to retention of clientelle. One sloppy/careless service can cause you to loose a customer.I wont be back.

They took 2 and a half hours. Terrible service. Messed my nails up and didn’t fix it. Peeling top coat. Made me change colors because something was supposedly wrong with the color. Over worst nail place I have been to.

One of the worst places I have ever been. The lady that did my pedicure did not know what she was doing. She dug too deep, and caused major bruising under my nail bed. Took several months to heal. Did a horrible job filing and just an overall bad experience. I have been getting my nails done for 10 years, and by far the worst that I have had. Will never go back.

Recent visit Customer Service and Gel Mani both inferior..Gel Mani chipped after 3 days. Staff was rude.Original visit 2 1/2 weeks earlier was superior ...no issues .. salon has great potential but customer service and nail application has to be consistent for clients to return.

Ive been here twice, and I didnt have any complaints either time. The first time was for a gel mani. I had to wait about 15 minutes, but I was a walk-in, so no big deal. The girl did a great job on my nails, and that was the longest I have ever had gel nails stay on. This time I came in for a pedi. I was seated right away, and offered a drink. Everyone was very courteous, and even though it was busy, I felt like the man doing my toes was taking his time. Ill definitely keep coming back here.

I love this place they always have great service and it’s a great environment! nail technicians were very hospitable and catered to all my needs. my nails look amazing as always, i got black dip nails with red glitter ombré for halloween in a coffin shape this time and i can’t wait to show it off at halloween parties!!!

Went for a fill and pedi. Pedi was ok but she started taking my nails completely off. When I said I wanted a fill, they filled the remaining 7 nails that they didnt remove but cut them all the way down as if I had no nail at all. They didnt offer to fix them all she said was it will look better once they have polish on them. Needless to say they didnt. They still charged me for a acrylic fill and never once offered to fix them. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON.

Have been a customer for 2 years now but will NOT be back! The lady that had always does my nails was on vacation and the owner said she could do my nails so I went ahead aginst my better judgement and let her do them. Needless to say 2 hrs later she still wasnt finished with my nails and didnt even finsh them right. And ontop of that they where NOT the solar powder I had picked out. Even told her that the first nail she did. But told me it would be right once she finished but it didnt. Didnt even look at the nail to see that I was right until after she was finished because I was still saying they didnt look right but she would fix for me the next time I come. Well there will be no next time. Nor was I going to pay full price like she was trying to get me to do for a service that was not done right or what I wanted and told her the color was wrong on the first nail. Very very disappointed!!

My dipped nails came out awesome but they rushed me out for the building even though they were not supposed to close for another little while. I will go back but I guess not so close to closing time.

He just ignore me when some ask him to clean the extra polish and glue on my skin and at the back of my finger nail. He started talking using his language which I dont understand. Rude to customers and FYI they close earlier than the times they put out. I don’t know why you say you close at 7:30 pm if you’re gonna close an hour earlier than that. Dissatisfied.
