This place is amazing!! My nails didnt only come out perfect but all done on my lunch hour and at a price thats unbeatable!!! They were very professional and it was a nice clean setting. I will be back.

I get the older lady and she does a great pedicure. Amazing everytime!! Ask for her!!!

A friend and I went here today for mani/pedis. The sign in sheet shows the manicure is $20. They charged $26, when we questioned it she just said that is how the computer rings it up. $70 for a mani/pedi and had to file my own nails after because they are all uneven. Friends nails started looking smudged after leaving, assuming its from the clear coat?

I have been looking for a new place to do my nails 💅 and I was very disappointed they had 3 nail techs take turns doing my nails and they all could not get it right they are too short, dont look like like what I wanted (alligator) pattern but got marble and charged me 70.00 I dont mind paying for what I asked for but feel like I got taken for a ride. Probably because I said its shorter then I usually get. I could of been a loyal customer but it was to disappointing to overlook.

I came by 2 days ago and got a gel manicure, but within hours it bubbled and peeled back. Having more time today to see about getting it fixed, I came back by. I simply and nicely explained my concern and they kindly fixed it and had me spend more time under the lights to make sure everything stayed nice. They’re wonderful, patient, and I’ll be back for sure. Thank you! 😊❤️

Waste of money on a pedicure looks like my toes were painted by son my feet are not even smooth does not feel like I just got them done I said several times I wanted my nails shorter completely ignore I said something about having my toes hurting from engrowns no response. My mani was just ok again request of how I wanted my nails was not met. Kind of hard to complain in person when no everyone asks like they dont know what your saying. Also no soap to wash my hands gross!

So I dont usually leave reviews for places but I really thought this place should get the credit they deserve. I went in and was greeted immediately by a very friendly employee, she assured me they could give me exactly the style I wanted and sent me to another employee to work on my nails. She was very kind and checked my nails over not once or twice but THREE times to make sure they were turning out perfect and still proceeded to ask me how I was liking them and if I wanted to change anything. Ive gotten my nails done for years and have never seen them look this good! The business was also very clean and the prices were cheaper than I had expected so you know youll be getting a good deal when you go in! This will definitely be my new go to spot!

They are not good at all they charge for nail art and they use stickers. Charge for things not done. Called the police and they still didn’t get what they wanted. Never go there. Horrible service!!!!!

My God!!! I got a fill in a gel set. My 4 year old got a manicure and a pedicure. Before we even left the building my babies nails weren’t correct probably my child’s fault but my nails!! I was charged 40 for the fill then 15 more for gel paint ! My nails had bubbles and scratches the lady made a quick fix so After I pointed this out she painted over with something then put my nails under the light but 24hrs layer my nails were horrific! The gel was bubbling up and peeling I was sooo disappointed I tipped 20$ on top of the 105$ bill for me and 4 year old I’ll NEVER BE BACK COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED!!

I don’t leave reviews but omg this place NEEDED IT. I love as greeted by nice employees and showed them a picture of what I wanted, they were very cooperative and reassured me of not over charging. The lady did an amazing job and I’ll deft come back again!

Asked for different shape and got the ugliest shape of my life ever. Costumer service was worst cause the girl that did mine looked irritated by me complaining about how I didn’t liked my shape and she was Trying to get everyone’s at same time:

Overall nice spot, the woman that did my pedi was a tiny bit too rough, but she did a great job painting my toes.

My first time at 5 Star Nails Spa, I had Lee do pedicure for me and it was amazing. She massages very good. She also does polish very pretty.

Vy and Kelly were great! Kellys massage with the pedicire was long and on point. Will definitely be returning.

I went to Five-Star Salon just to try them out for the first time and the lady that did my nails fall down so low on my original nail that started bleeding now my thumb is swollen Im never going back to them. And she charged me full price knowing what she did to my nail.

Great manicure, though I wish the massage had been a little longer. A little on the expensive side for just a gell, but the service was very good and the people very friendly.

Save your time and money, go somewhere else. I asked Tom for a little white, and straight. I even showed a pic. Then he said I had to have the shine polish with the uv light. I explained that I didnt want it. He said it was necessary, now its peeling after 2 days.Very disappointed.

The lady who did my pedicure was ok but I didn’t like that they wanted me to take cash off the atm and gave a me a dollar and I’m still being charged a non-atm free through my bank. Would not recommend because idk what system they have going on now.

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for five years, I now live in Runaway Bay which is close to 50 miles away and still drive here because I love the way they do my nails and toes and eyebrows. Today I drive almost 50 miles and get turned away because He said I would have to wait too long. Each trip is over $100 and I tipped very well but after today I will find a new salon. I surely wouldn’t have minded the wait considering I drove 45 minutes or more to get here. Totally felt like I was pushed out the door!

I just stopped by and get pedicure yesterday, I love it. The towel were clean, the service was real nice. I was told about the eyelash service, I was got done couple time before from somewhere, but I didnt like. The told me, if I dont like I dont have to pay. So I tried it. I am really happy after my eyelash done, so wonderful. I look different, all my friends love my eyelash.

I have been going to this nail salon since I was 15 years old I am now 25 and I’m still pleased every time I love the atmosphere and the wonderful people who work there. My favorite lady is Lee she does a fantastic job every time . I will add that try to go early Friday afternoon or morning if you in the evening there will be a wait but it is well worth it!

I was in there last week and it was an excellent experience! I love the new owner and new staff. They are much friendlier and do much better work. I am picky but they did my nails and toes exactly like I want them. One of the new nail girl name Vicky can draw nail art of this world! All she told me to do was google or pinterest any designs and she can draw it or if you want she can make up her own designs. I am extremely happy with my nails and toes AND nail art! I definitely recommend this place to everyone!!!

I brought my 10 y/o in to get her dipped nails soaked off. Instead of taking the time to actually soak them off the lady clipped and then peeled them off ruining my daughters natural nail. The whole purpose of having dip was to allow her nails to grow. This is not the first time Ive had a bad experience here. We will not be back

Worst experience Ive ever had!! First I wanted gel nails which the manager refused to do since powder dip is better. The nail tech was very nice, but Im guessing a beginner. She wasnt able to do a regular square shape and the color I had chosen was not the color I had picked, but I was going to deal with the color not a big deal. But when I went back to see if I could get them fixed the manager the only man there yelled at me to let him cut off my REAL nails and to not come back I told him no thats my real nails that Im trying to grow them out, no your not cutting them. So then he got even more mad and said yeah the color changes in the light they all do what do you want me to do.. I then asked to fix the shape and he got another nail tech to fix them at this point I was already in tears. So 40$ down the drain for some burgandy which were red not like the display, slanted, uneven nails. NEVER coming back here again. Ive never felt so disrespected in my life.

First time to visit this salon today. I could not be happier with their service. Kelly did a fantastic job on my gel pedicure and gel manicure. I have found my new nail salon! If you are looking for a great nail salon, this is the place to go. You will.not be disapointed.

Very dissatisfied. I have been going to Five Star Nails for about 8mths now. Walked in today, stood at the counter waiting to be assisted. I stood there looking at nail templates .. four people walked in behind me and the guy walked over and assisted them and left me standing there as if I wasn’t in the room. I gathered my things and left. I’ll have to top it off to him being really busy I guess.Not sure if I’ll return but I do like the service I receive at other times. I guess I’ll try them again

I got a pedicure here and it was amazing. The prices were very fair for the services and I almost fell asleep I was so relaxed. All of the stuff included in the signature package is worth the money. I will definitely be returning.

It was like a welcoming Oasis. Windy T game me my first pedicure there, and was very gentle and concerned about my ingrown toenails. My toes feel refreshed and loved It was so tranquil there I almost fell into a deep sleep.

Love this salon. I like the older gentleman the best. Hes very particular and takes his time. Its been a month since getting a new set of solar and one just broke. My nails still look good, just grown out! I would recommend to anyone.

I had a pedicure and they did an extremely unprofessional Job. They didnt paint my nails correctly. And when I went to let them know they said they couldnt do anything about it. Extremely disappointed at their service!

I’ve been going to this place for more than a year and it was nothing but a great experience. Just recently the management has changed and it has been horrible. I just left this place after waiting a WHOLE HOUR asking for Tony, which is pretty much the only person who gives you what you want. I left because the new manager failed to tell me that Tony had an appointment at 4 and I literally sat there waiting for a whole hour which has not been the first time.. I will not be going back, ever since the management changed it has been dead and it’s no wonder people leave unhappy.

Lee was excellent. She had high attention to detail and made sure I was happy with my nails. She even made sure to clean out under my nails.

The staff was very nice..i mentioned the 20 percent off that they hav posted outside on a digital board that u can see very clearly all the way across the parking lot ..and had no idea what i was talking about ..then she proceeded to tell me oooh thats old from a long time ago..she gave me the discount after i kept pointing out the fact 3 separate times that its displayed outside ..so i purchased a ped..and the nail polish was old and could not feel the massage at all very hav fast service..but they will greet u with a smile..i say if u spend 45 dollars on a pedi plus tip u should get fresh polish and a massage u can feel concidering we all work hard and plus it was my day off to just relax alittle..

Im new to Fort Worth and had a hard time finding a decent nail salon. Ive had my nails (nexgen) & pedicure done at 5 Star a few times. Ive enjoyed my experience every time.

The first time i came here i made an appointment. I arrived 10 minutes early so i assumed Id be waiting for 10-20 mins. Right? Because thats understandable. But nooo. I was waiting for over 45 minutes. I swept it under the rug and decided to come back a few more times. I really liked the way Tracy and Dana do nails..... But so does everyone else soooo youre either gonna be waiting all day or unsatisfied. Furthermore they dont keep up with the trends like other shops in the area. Theyre supply of nail accesories is limited and out of the 7-8 times Ive come here Ive only left happy maybe once or twice. Im really sad to write this review bc i do like the people. Its just needs work. Sorry guys. 👎

I wouldn’t of gave this place 1 star if it wasn’t for you having to to start this review ... anywho well about 2 weeks ago I went to this nail salon right off work because my nail lady wasn’t able to get me in for another couple weeks. I never been here and never heard good things about it but I want to check them out my self . Well I went in there the guy seated me right away and started on my nails . Once he started he started burning me with the tool that you use to get nail polish off . Then I can see the way he was looking at me because I actually said something about it . He changed it . And still was burning me . That is not even the half there was probably like 8 nail techs in there and nobody wanted to get up to help other people that was coming in . So my nail guy kept getting up and helping other nail techs . It took about 1 1/2 hours to do a fill and a gel really . And think again after being nice and understanding he still did a horrible job on my nails . Then had the nerves to look to see if I was going to give him a tip umm I think not . And then he threw my card on the counter ... yah not good Customer service. I WANT MY 30$ back

Tony is great here but after my fullset cracked within 2 days. I went back to get the two cracked nails fixed. Two more cracked..I went back and Tony wasnt there so the other workers refused to fix them even after me offering to pay for the repairs bcz the three repairs werent going to cost enough. Out of 5 workers no one would fix them unless I agreed to soak off a 3 day old fullset and get a new set so they could get paid for a new set. Greedy. Please use a place that has better customer service then this and stand behind their work. Again Tony is great! Its just the other workers who only want to do fullsets and the stuff that cost more. I tip 10 or more on top of my bill. This makes no sense. If my nails crack more than once. I dont mind paying for the repairs as a courteous one time fix at no charge is reasonable.

I really love this place. Havent found anywhere else with such great service and I always love me nails.

Vertually ignored me and that is hard to do when you working on someones nails. They were not overly busy yet 1st person to a good 15 min to set up my chair. Then once i was seated they left again for another 15 minutes. While doing my nail she left again and someone else came over and worked on me only to leave again before finishing. Finially the the second person came back and finished. At no point did anyone explain or aplogize for the long breaks in service. It took 2 hours to do a pedi and it was just phoned in. I was not difficult or complainy. I will never ever go back.

The nail tech more than likely was not licensed and clearly did NOT know what she was doing. This was the worst set of nails I have ever had, not to mention painful to get. I have reported this establishment. This is a real review from someone that made the mistake of going here because it was right by my house.....very disappointing.
