The staff is nice always want you to come back the lady that did my nails was a little rough but the one that did my pedicure was nice and she was neat and painless

I asked for a new set of solar nails because the ones I have are a month and a half old, cracked and you can see sunlight through the tips. I asked for them short because I work in a factory, three different times, but what I wanted was inconvenient for my lady. My white tips are burnt yellow from excessive grinding instead of clipping them off or soaking them and doing a fresh set, I was grinded thin and given a fill and my broken nail redone (middle) horribly. This will most likely get deleted, but you really should give your customers what they ask for. I usually tip $20-$80. Today I tipped $5 for a 25 job thats only 15 if I had asked for a fill. Go to Left Bank Nail and Spa. They have a 4.7, they will give you the durable, time consuming job you ask for and you wont have glitter in your nails you didnt want. Ill be going tomorrow after work to get what i asked for here today and didnt get.

I showed up a hour before closing. I needed paint on my toes. Very simple and quick. I already took off old polish so 10 min max for service. She answered the door and said that they were closed. If you close at 5:24 on Saturday then your hours of operation should not say 6:30 pm. She wasnt even trying to hear me she was vrude. I wont be taking my money to them because theyre already rich if they turn good paying peoe away before closing time and the attitude was stuck up.

There’s no point of setting an appointment cause they’re gonna make you wait a hour cause they’re behind..shouldn’t have accepted the appointment if they couldn’t take care of me.

Great nails, good value for job well done. Slower than most nail salons, but in overall worth the wait. If you are in a hurry, not the place for you. They are caring and give detail to your comfort & needs.

I got my mani & pedi done by Nygn, she did a good job on my nails but I was a little upset I was charged $67 for a pedicure and a fill, she was kinda rough and cut the skin around my nails pretty bad. Second time going here but probably won’t be back.

I came into this shop yesterday on the 16th to get my nails done I brought it to Andrea attention that I had a hang nail after getting my nails done and TIPPING I’ve noticed my nail is still a hangnail I went into the shop to ask for it to be fix and Cindy or whoever the lady was had me sitting and waiting for Andrea knowing she wasn’t there if I didn’t ask her after 40mim for Andrea she wouldn’t NEVER told me she wasn’t available then she also said since she did not do my nails she can not fix them even tho it’s the same shop!!!! If you spending decent money I wouldn’t come here

I’m very disappointed, it was our first time coming to this nail salon; the store hours are showing that’s it’s open till 7:30. We arrived at 7:05 and the doors were locked. With the employees still inside providing service to customers. I waved at an employee and she came and said it was closed but had no valid excuse as to why they closed before closing time and asking me to be back tomorrow. No thank you!! I will never return again!

Nail tech took her time and did an excellent job. Beautiful nails and a reasonable price. Walked right in and was helped without an appointment.

I love this place, their all so sweet and nice. Jack does a wonderful job. They all do good, but baby Jack takes his time and does my nails exactly how I like them.

Ill start with my favorite part, the leg massage. I couldve stayed there all day. The conversation was very pleasant and didnt interfer with my relaxation. I recommend Jeffiny highly.

Horrible. Lady had such an attitude, rushed my nails and was done in 13 minutes. Was mad I didn’t like them and told me to take them off myself when I asked her to remove them when she insisted on still going. She removed them twice herself bc she couldn’t do stiletto nor coffin shape. Ew. Waste of my time so lucky I can’t post of picture of the final product.

I had a set appointment for 3 weeks & was passed over for a walk in & then was treated like what o had scheduled was not important & then after the worst nail job that I will have to have redone there was no time for my pedicure! Will not be giving this place any good comments. Worst I have ever been treated & worst service I have ever received in 20 plus yes of having my nails done!

I walked in at 10am and No staff Member inside Didnt Greet me, didnt ask what I wanted, its now 10:39am I am still waiting. Some older ladys walked in they got out they seat to greet asked them the service they wanted and all! I will NEVER STEP FOOT BACK IN THIS NAIL SALON! AND I WILL NOT GIVE YOU MY MONEY! This place just tries to get more money out of people if you ask me. I called before I came in and they said my nails would be between $30-$35, I was okay with that so I set my appointment for 10: 30.. I get there on time and still ended up waiting for thirty minutes, and nobody was even trying to assure me that they would be with me soon..they just paid me no mind until I asked them how much longer I would have to wait. Overall the customer service is poor and the nails are just average.. And to top it all off I ended up paying $38 for some nails that I have to repaint over! And I left the shop not even two hours ago!!

Had my nails done last week. I go every two weeks to get a fill. All the girls are polite and do a great job on my nails.

I have been a customer of this Top Nails Plus shop for many years. I highly recommend it to anyone for both manicures and pedicures. The manager, Andrea, is a very professional technician and she is a very caring person too. All the technicians are very good.

I loved the sevice the first time i went there yes the lady that did my nails barely spoke but she got them right. The next time i came in for a fill in the lady that tried to do my nails did not understand what i was telling her i wanted and she still got it wrong. And when the lady that did my nails the first time came in they sent me straight over to her i told her what i wanted she did them exactly how i wanted and she suggested a pretty color for my nails that i keep getting complements on

I really wanted to believe this place was more stars but its not. My pedicure was the best! The lady that helped me with my pedicure was a sweetheart and even talked to us even with the language barrier! She was great!! Where my problem was... Was the older lady who did our manicures! She did not smile nor talk to us and she was very rough with our nails. The only time she spoke to me was to ask if I was going to pay?? (Which she asked three times) and the only time she smiled at us was when i gave her a tip.. And I thought she did a decent job on my nails... But two hours later my nail polish has chipped on THREE different nails!!! I paid $100 for chipped nail polish and all I did was go to dinner??! I wish I couldve taken my money elsewhere at this point.Go somewhere else if you want quality nail polish and avoid the second chair on the right because that lady is so mean and rude!!! And Im not a person who usually complains but my god, she was awful!

My wife has been here twice and raves about the excellent customer service and professionalism of Andrea!!! She knows how to give the customer a customized experince!

If you go there make sure you call for an appointment or drop by ...they are constantly busy...ask for Tiffany shes freaking awesome!!!

It was a bit of a wait but once i got in the pedicure seat i was rocking and rolling. Then i got a refill and got my eyebrows done.

Worst nail service ever. I have been sitting in a chair with my feet in water for 45 minutes. My sister-in-law sat down at the same time as me (to our appointment that I called for) and she is almost done with her Pedi. I’m leaving and never coming back to this Salon. If you are busy and over booked just say so. Don’t tell people you can get them and then make them sit for almost an hour.

Jack is AMAZING, gentle on your nails, Andrea is FANTASTIC!! Sometimes theres a wait but its 100% worth it for them!!!!

This is not a quality place to come to. Everything is so rushed and they dont take their time. I guess you get what you pay for. I would not recommend this place. Some of the staff are rude.!

I walked in didn’t get greeted so i just sat down the lady said she was ready for me, 1 she was using the tools too hard then my nails are all uneven thick and sloppy paint job .

2 hours for a simple pedicure didnt understand what I was asking for & didnt even finish my nails. Over all never coming back

They have horrible customer service i recently got my nails done days after i left my two thumbs started to crack the day after i went and got them fix i went back to college where i don’t do much and my nails started to crack again even the thumb nail that she just fix i came from college for them to fix them and she told me that I was breaking them and that i had to pay for a fill in mind you I’ve had me nails done for less than a week and the boss lady was the person i talked to and she just walked off and ignored me like i was lying very horrible place
