If youre looking for a friendly family type of vibe, this is the gym for you! All of the staff here treat you with nothing but kindness and are all so encouraging and motivating. Even when I had to cancel for personal reasons, they made the process painless and easy. I cant wait until I am able to rejoin. I will definitely be back! HIGHLY recommend using their success sessions!

This gym is outstanding! I cannot rave about it enough! - The staff is kind and friendly- The place is clean as a whistle- They have just about every weight machine you can think of- They have 2 wonderful and relaxing massage chairs- They have 2 tanning booths (lay down & stand up)- Changing room, shower, lockers, etc.- Personal training- Full body statistics/ analysis reportsThis family owned business says hello to you by name when you walk in the door and they also wish you well when you leave! It makes you feel like family too!Overall, this gym is impeccably clean with a very positive atmosphere and environment! The staff is helpful and answers any and all questions. I spend about 1- 2 hours a day here, 5x a week, and its a pleasure!Wouldnt you like to spend your time at the gym somewhere admirable? This is the place! I fully recommend this gym!

Decent price for a 24 hour place! Clean and well maintained equipment, rarely busy so not a lot of waiting for equipment. Staff is really friendly too.

The gym is always so clean and the staff are always so happy, warm and inviting! The front desk staff try their best to remember your name and provide continued encouragement. The equipment is well maintained, and there is a large selection to meet any work out need.

Great place, great people; owners, employees and members. Family owned. Immaculately clean. Hydromassage beds and two tanning rooms so I can get skin cancer but still look good.

Great place to workout at a low monthly price, no contract required. They have a great selection of equipment and usually there’s no waiting around even though it’s not the biggest gym. Very friendly staff that don’t haggle you about masks too which is the best when working out.

I never could find a gym that I felt even remotely comfortable in, until I found this one. The gym and the equipment is clean, the staff are amazing, welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable, and, of the members I have met so far, they are awesome and welcoming as well. Thank yall for making me feel at home and helping me to get comfortable with all this. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a home gym!!!

I came here as a guest and was impressed with the quality of the equipment and cleanliness. Small but clean mens locker room and nice tanning bed room as well. 2 message chairs are available to use. Over half the gym is treadmills and bikes, no row machines. Enough weight equipment to get a workout but no space to stretch, yoga, or any kind of floor exercises. Will have to figure some different ways to do some exercises since machines and extra space is so limited. Prices were higher than other similar size gyms but comes with some things other gyms dont have. Guess depends on what you are looking for. -1 star for limited equipment and space, -1 star for price to what I need/get ratio.

My kid loves it there...hell be going to summer camp as soon as he turns 8... its really clean within activities to get on to.

The lady I talked to was extremely rude and kicked me out of the gym without answering any of my questions. Just wanted to try the gym out for the day and get a membership after if I liked the gym. Will never come back. Ps LA fitness was extremely nice and gave me a free 2 weeks and a discount on my membership. 👍

This gym is the best thing going! Not too big... Not too small... Staff is SUPER friendly and helpful. Excellent and state-of-the-art equipment that actually WORKS. Gym is always clean. Good positive atmosphere for beginners to advanced workout pros. Not corny and bubble gum like Planet Fitness, but not “Jock Central” like Metroflex. My trainer Joseph is an amazing trainer. He’s encouraging, but very much so holds me accountable and very knowledgeable about different exercises and form that gets results. Can’t recommend him enough!!! Great family atmosphere, as I have made some pretty good friends just from working out there. Great place for men and women to feel respected and to accomplish fitness goals. Membership rates are AWESOME too!!

Family owned gym with excelent customer service! Owners are very kind and accommodating. Gym has high quality equipment and its set up in such a way that helps speeding up workouts. So far very recommended!

The place was nice. I would speak to everyone that enters. Show guests around. No one masked coming in/out manager in back, lady at a desk doing her own thing. Maybe another day its different. A member made up for the first time experience, at least. Maybe another time. Not today.

This gym has really good atmosphere, cleanliness, and equipment for the price. Having nice employees and being open 24/7 are also huge advantages. The main thing serious lifters might miss is a deadlift platform, but other than that I love what I get for the price I pay!

Good location. Friendly staff. Always ✨CLEAN✨ bathrooms, equipment, floors, everything. I love the size of the gym too, I’ve been to other gyms that are super big and I don’t really feel that comfortable like I do on this one. I’ve been to 8 different gyms my whole life and so far this one is the best from my point of view. If I ever move somewhere else, it would be difficult to find a gym like this. If I could add 1 thing to the gym would be: A Hack Squat Machine. That’s it. Everything else it’s there.Workout Anytime, keep doing what you’re doing! 5 STARS ⭐️

Ill start by saying that the staff here is EVERYTHING. Super friendly, engaging, and helpful. Especially Wylene😊The gym itself is nice as well. Very clean and well maintained.I have it 4 instead of 5 stars because there are some pieces of equipment Ive seen on other gyms that this gym doesnt have. One area that is noticeably missing is a floor space designated for abs/stretching. Overall, its a nice gym for a very reasonable price.

Coming here for my workout is one of the highlights of my day! Mike and his family are the sweetest, most kind people Ive ever met and truly care about their members. The gym is always kept clean and it never gets very packed. I do wish there was a designated stretching area, but everything else is great!

Small but effective for a beginner to intermediate user. No dedicated place to stretch or do floor workouts. Only downside but for the price its a great value. Clean and open 24/7.

The facility is small, but the layout doesnt feel to cramped. Its always tidy and well kept. Employees are always friendly and helpful. I have noticed that some members tend to camp at the circuit area. Overall well worth the money.

I would have given this place a Google rating of 5 Stars today. But my wife and I had to leave early because there was a young lady, mid-twenties, that was screaming on her phone from the time we walked in until I let her know what she was doing 15 minutes later when we left.

I go in after staff hours and feel like I have the whole gym to myself. Loving it and getting gains !!

This gym is the ideal setup, and the fact that its open 24 hours is the icing on the cake. At only about $20 a month, you cant get a much better deal at other competing gyms.
