This place is great. Ive been going to gyms since the 1970s and this is the best place that I have ever been. The best coaches, the nicest people, the best workouts.

Progressive gym for those who want a great variety of training mediums, including vibration boards! If you want highly skilled trainers with many having degrees in their profession, this is the place for you.

Ever since Vigor Active took over this gym and remodeled the place, it has been a very nice place to work out. the locker rooms are redone, and most of the equipment is brand new. Also, the staff is super friendly. It doesnt have the same amenities that some gyms have, but for a downtown gym, its pretty great.

Love my new gym here in Fort Worth. Conveniently located downtown, fully loaded with everything I need from yoga to kickboxing to Pilates and everything in between. Worked out here for 10 months while living in downtown Fort Worth temporarily and it absolutely spoiled me. A perfect gym if you work out in the evenings after work. Never busy after 5:30pm, plenty of weight machines and cardio equipment, free weights, two dumbbell areas, multiple bench presses, squat racks and deadlift platforms. And EVERYTHING is always so clean, between equipment, locker rooms, restrooms, etc. Really sad to not be able to go here anymore. 11/10 would recommend.

Great gym!!! The new owner is fantastic and truly cares about the members. The staff is friendly and helpful. The personal trainers are very knowledgeable and fun to work with. Highly recommend!!

Great gym lots of equipment and plenty of variety. Trainer are ver knowledgeable and professional. If youre downtown then this is where you should be training. With programs for all levels they have your goals covered.
