I love it here. The staff is super nice, helpful, and keep the gym clean. It never gets over packed which is also super nice. There’s a personal trainer there who’s name I think is Derek who’s super kind and willing to help with any questions about training. Love it here.

Planet Fitness is always clean and kept up. You will always see plenty of sanitizer and paper towels to keep the equipment clean at all times. Social Distance is definitely inforceat the gym. Great Job

This is a great place to come and exercise. They have every machine at this place .Every body and all the staff are very nice and polite. I will be going back there to exercise again

Super clean, not crowded and everybody use their mask. Staff is very friendly. They always have avaliable PF classes, and trainer Derek its super cool and make you sweat! Love it!

All of the reps and managers here are extremely nice and professional. They greet you when you enter, and tell you goodbye when you leave. They are also very helpful! I had an issue that Raphael helped me with and he was so nice. Love this location!

Planet Fitness is doing an awesome job with keeping everything cleaned and sanitized! No safety concerns here, which allows for a great workout!

I love planet fitness. I was even able to get in on the $10 a month with no commitment and no sign-up fee. That is the absolute best time to get in so just know that that exists and you’ll be good to go. Otherwise the $15 no commitment fee is totally worth it. They take really good care of the equipment, clean regularly and always have somebody manning the front desk. You can’t say that for other competitor gyms.

This gym is amazing. Very clean and the Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I am retired and preparing for an extended vacation across the United States. I am going to upgrade to the Black Card membership so I can visit as many locations that are close to my travel itinerary. I have no doubt that they all will have the same great standards.

So far, so good. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. The facility is clean and not overcrowded.

Although, Ive been very hesitant about returning to the gym these days. I have returned sporadically during slow hours and Im pleased to find the staff are strictly adhering to the masks and cleanliness requirements. Since it looks like we have another six months or so before we can begin a return to normalcy, I need to find a way to adjust to the new normal and get back to a workout routine and I feel I can safely do it here.

This place is very affordable makes me feel comfortable very clean and always has equipment available.

This planet fitness that I went to on Lancaster it was okay you know it was clean sanitized and everything like that but its far as the setup especially in the bathroom in the in the locker rooms they dont have any private doors to go in and change and have a little bit of privacy but they do have a curtain that you could slide back, so its okay but overall I highly recommend planet fitness. of course they have some gyms that are better than others but overall its a wonderful gym

I missed a star planet fitness deserve a five star the club is clean everything is stocked great trainer and staff thank u and less not forget the gm pays attention to detail.

Love that late at night no one is really there just wish they accepted Visa Debt cards for Chase

I stop going to this location because the staff is rude. The managers included. When I have had any issues they are not open to resolve it. They act as if they careless. I live close by this one but will drive out my way verses dealing with rude staff.

This club is simply uhhhmayyyzingggg !!! Have never had any complaints plus the girls are all very unique and very pretty but the one who stands out the most is the front desk staff member pablo with his stunning looks and his ravishing hair he definitely stands out and provides exceptional customer service. I have previously asked him for his phone number but he politely denied my request claiming that he does not mix work with his personal life i still need time to this day to recover from that terrible loss of an opportunity to marry the perfect man. 10/10 Will definitely be back to see him soon.

My experience at Planet Fitness has been great. I had a double lung transplant and was concerned regarding the virus. But after going a few times the facility is very clean and the people follow social distances and wipe down the equipment after each use. Love it.

This is one of the best places you can get a gym membership.Only a few things matter, with your gym membership:1. Cost2. Cleanliness3. Equipment Works4. Staff leaves you alonePF has the cost part down, and cleanliness is good EXCEPT in the bathrooms, where its always wretched!Most of the equipment works fine, too, I just wish theyd permanently fix the ones that seem to break more regularly.Finally, most of the staff minds their own business, but one or two can make it unpleasant.Overall, though, its a pretty great experience.It could be better, but not for this price, most likely... haha...

Very clean and well sanitized. Attendants are friendly and chill. Just wish they had a real squat/bench rack and not a smith machine. But I understand a smith machine is way safer. Love this gym.

I travel a lot and this is the first Planet Fitness I’ve been to that requires a mask while you are actually working out. All other Planet Fitnesses require it in the common areas but not actually during your workout. I respect the common area policy even though I have a breathing disorder but there’s no way it would be possible for me while working out. There was no one within twenty feet of me let alone the required six feet. The paranoia of the employees and apparently the franchisee is totally unfounded. This location in Fort Worth Texas needs to get onboard with the Planet Fitnesses across the nation.

This place is always clean, staff is always friendly, helpful, and upbeat. It gets busy sometimes but there has always been enough open equipment to use and Ive only been in once where one of the machines wasnt working100%. I especially like that they have bottles of cleaner and paper towels in several places around the gym as well as hand sanitizer.

Best gym experience youll ever have! Its never too crowded. The facility is always clean.. The fitness equipment is high-quality.

Planet Fitness, what? Can you say? My complaint with this location is its not as clean as the other locations. Theres dust bunnies underneath all of the weights. And behind the dumbbell rack. They do not put out the small candies. That are pivotal to restoring. Blood sugar levels that can drop when a person is working out. Harder than they think they are. . And the front desk attendants are not very friendly.

The employees at this location are rule nazis. Which makes for an uncomfortable experience.

First time working out here and see they lack a few things that other facilities have. Then upon going to the massage chair young Hispanic kid says I can only get one coin for the massage chair!!! That’s freaking nuts. Other facilities do two coins and you can ask for more if there no to busy. 🤦🏽

Its OK...make sure u bring headphones cause They play mostly Spanish music as if everyone that works out there can understand it...other than that its cool

The staff is my issue. They’re always on their phone or chatting with each other, then stop long enough to scan you in. No greetings, not once since I’ve been coming in here. They don’t ask if you need help or anything. If you come here for the first time and not sure how things work, be prepared to figure it out on your own. Mainly the two of the girls.

Love this gym because is open 24h so you can find the time to come even when you have a job that works in shifts. The gym is equiped with everything you need, has numerous free weights, and the atmosphere is competitive and that is also a plus, at the gym is great to have competition, that pushes you to work harder and to give it your best and sometimes more than that.

Better be careful! do not take things of value inside the planet fitness it will be stolen. People be breaking the locks in the locker rooms and stealing your stuff this happened to me twice and to other members as well and also try to not go at night theres alot of homeless people outside the gym trying to take your wallet Ill recommend to go somewhere else but here is not safe!

Excellent employees. Detailed and quick sign up. Always had someone walking around spraying and cleaning the equipment. Sign up employee wanted to make sure I knew what I needed and sign me up for a Design your own workout class. They show you the right way to use the equipment. Excellent all around.

I love going to Planet Fitness. It is a close easy to access workout in a stress free environment with low costs! My husband and I both signed up and enjoy our time there. There are tons of different machines and areas available so you can exercise the specific muscles you choose as well as tanning and massage options available. It is an extremely relaxing way to end your work out!!

They are cleaning non stop. Be prepared to wear a mask.

Ive been a member of PF since 2013. I love the atmosphere there and the employees are always so nice. Ive been out the gym almost 2 yrs due to having my leg amputated and I just recently started going back. I had an encounter with Derick as I was leaving the gym my first day back. He was very nice and seemed very concerned about my well being while Im working out. I drive from Kennedale to the Ft. Worth location because, like I said, I love the atmosphere and the employees at that location. PF meets all of my workout needs. Im a satisfied gym member.

The manager with long hair is kinda rude to people.

This is my home gym, since it is not too far from my apartment, I visit quite often. I enjoy going here because the staff is very friendly and the equipment is nice! I like how they continually update certain items to keep up with the developing fitness industry. Dont let the neighborhood scare you, even the people who frequent this location are friendly :-) Keep up the nice work Planet Fitness!

Good place to work out its sanitized

Of the 3-4 surrounding PF gyms this is the worst in my opinion! I’m a black card member and I frequent other locations because this location (which is 4 miles from my home) sucks! The massage equipment all was loses pressure and randomly stopes between the last 2-3 min of the session. The staff is fine and the place is fairly clean but I am not pleased with the overall experience in comparison to other locations.

I love this gym. The woman that work there are hot. And the equipment is awesome. You can do any type of workout.

As a starter gym I supposed it is okay. The monthly fees are nicely priced. However getting heavier weights, and more challenging machines would be nice.

Nice, clean, pretty big gym. I went as my sisters guest so it was free for me 😁 Would be great if I could use the massage chairs w/every visit but no big deal; guest get 1 free token for the massage chairs, just FYI, unless you got some kind of secret hookup, let me know about it lol. Ive only seen like 1 trainer though since Ive gone there, hes really friendly & motivating. Theres plenty of equipment, TVs if you wanna watch & work, not crowded during the day

The gym is kept clean and the equipment is kept in working order. I havent yet seen a time when the gym was so busy that you couldnt find an open treadmill.

Most machines are always available

This location is great as the equipment is always in good condition. If any of the equipment is out of order or water fountain it gets serviced within a reasonable time period.

Very misleading!My daughter and I signed up for a Planet Fitness Black card and was told that we could cancel our memberships at anytime before our due date without any penalties. So I decided to cancel my membership due to the non use of it and was informed by Hector the supervisor that it would be a 58 dollar cancellation fee. I explained what was told to my daughter and I at the time of registration and Hector stated that sometimes incorrect information is communicated to the customers at times to to how busy the gyms are. So I stated Planet Fitness should honor their commitment... well this didnt happen but what did happen was Hector the supervisor decided to sarcastically tell me that my account was delinquent, and I explained that it wasnt and this is the reason WHY I want to cancel my membership due to non-usage. His immaturity made this situation very unprofessional. IF this is the way Planet Fitness conducts business, shame on them take advantage of folks just to make a dime!!! Fraudulent at best!!!!!

This gym has a nice atmosphere, quiet and not too busy/crowded early morning. I had an issue with one employee and general manager never returned my call. I guess once youre locked in for annual black card membership, they dont care.

Ive just been here for a couple of weeks but Ive really liked it so far. The staff is surprisingly friendly. Ive never been to a gym on my own and they all seem really nice and in a good mood. The parking osnti as bad as you think and I feel like they have everything you need there for the essential things. I highly recommend this place if youre a newby like me.

Plenty of equipment. Very clean. EDIT: Staff at front desk has an attitude and isnt customer friendly. I now drive twice the distance to go to a nicer planet fitness. This club advised me black card any club membership was limited and could only use this club a limited number of times per month.

I’ve been going to this location for 3 years, and I’m giving 1 star due the the staff is extremely unfriendly and stuck up each time I come in. The night guy is really cool but that’s it. Will be leaving planet fitness soon due to this
