This is the second year I have used Scottys for the required backflow test and both times Jake has come out. Last year, in answer to my questions, he explained how the valve works and is tested. This year, he remembered where the valve was hidden and conducted the test quickly. I like that they send in the required reports and make payment easy. Highly recommended.

Scheduled backflow testing and spring start up. They had to schedule 3 weeks out and then missed the appointment. They werent even going to let me know, and I had to call in to find out they werent coming and that they didnt know when they could make it back out. Meanwhile, my grass desperately needs water.They were supposed to call me in the morning to try and get someone out ASAP but never called back. So we called again, they again said theyd call back, but never did. So we called again, found out the office closes at 2pm even tho Google says 6pm, and just gave up. They obviously dont care about their customers nor providing a professional, responsive service. Got someone else to come out the same day for cheaper and actually showed up.Dont bother with this company and just go with someone else.

It took multiple calls, voicemails, and texts to get a call back. It would be helpful to extend your office hours.

Just received an invoice for $25. This makes me very, very sad. I called and spoke to a gal 2 or 3 times and each time stressed that we needed a call the day of because we couldn’t leave the gates unlocked because of our dogs, who we also needed to board inside so that y’all didn’t get bit. On the 1st notice it said to call and reschedule not that y’all would be showing up the very next day. I paid your invoice however; this is not the way to do business especially when I had open communication with you all stressing that we needed a call (For your protection). Furthermore, the last day that I spoke with a gal (Whose phone kept dropping my calls.) we discussed that I’d just call back To schedule when the time was slower that I got an extension.

We have used Scotty’s Backflow over the last two years for sprinkler turn-on/Backflow test, and fall shut down. They have been excellent to work with, responsive, professional, punctual, and reasonably priced. Today when he turned our sprinklers on, he heard a leak in our pipe coming from under the deck. He quickly and efficiently helped my 82-year-old husband remove the deck plank, then he repaired the leak for us in no time at all. We are more than pleased with Scotty’s service and highly recommend them.

When I bought my house last year a different company said my back flow was broken and needed replaced. It was my first house with a sprinkler system so I decided to research before paying for the repair. I hired Scottys to do my testing this year and turns out it wasn’t even broken. Just dirty. Jake cleaned it out for no charge and it’s working perfectly. He was knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Scottys for all your sprinkler system needs!

He answered all my questions, got me set up on their website and was able to come out within 1 week of my contacting them. He was very professional, punctual and extremely reasonably priced. Jason with Scotty’s was awesome! He was flexible with his schedule to accommodate what worked for us. He always returned my calls and answered all my questions. He got me on the schedule for next week for my backflow test and my sprinklers system that stopped working. However, he called tonight to see if we could get my sprinklers working for me sooner. Within 30-40 minutes, Jason found the issue and repaired the problem. Our sprinklers are back up and running and completed my backflow test tonight.
