Great service! It took them about 20 minutes to wash my car and there were couple people ahead of me. The car was returned spotless, there were no streaks or water drops. The staff was friendly and didn’t try to sell me services I didn’t need. I think it’s a pretty good deal to get a hand wash and inside cleaning for $21. I will be coming here again.

Worst service ever!!!!Beware of the extra fees!!!! They are passing their fees directly on to the consumer and not even hiding it. Then claim the scrap of paper taped to the counter states that an extra 3% will be added to your credit card transaction!!! Could they use a font size bigger than 4 to show this? They sure have a large font sign showing NO CASH BACK so you can tip the guy taking care of your car! No they want you to use their ATM, most likely with an exorbitant fee to f GF eat cash back.They need to get their story straight as well. The cashier went to get the owner and brought back a young guy who had no clue what he was talking about and than another older man came in saying he was the owner.I asked for the transaction to be cancelled and my car brought out so I can leave, I was told no because my car had already been washed, which I doubt was the case, they didn’t wash it and just sent it through with the automatic rinse.I won’t return to this car wash ever.

Personally prefer this place over the one across the street mainly because this place is 100% hand wash. No need to remove rooftop antenna! I did WORK package and took only about 20 minutes.

This place is the worst I just paid $37.00 for water spots all over the car, the windshield has streaks of oil, the vacuum was half done, interior not wiped down, doors were not even wiped, rims were not even touched (I paid for a detail on rims)!!!!! I also paid for the car to be scented and all the detailer did was mist one time on the driver seat!!!! I also heard the owner tell the detailer to rush with our car even though we paid for the Black detail. I do not recommend this unprofessional place. Over priced for no reason. Never going to this business!

Save your money and go to drive-thru car wash. It’s about the same quality. You have the pay $7 extra here to get the inside of the car cleaned. They only vacuumed the floor and did nothing else. As for the outside wash, the windshield is still spotty (as in debris, not water droplets) and you can see bits that just weren’t washed at all. Not even a little worth it.

Great hand wash, service and price. When I went there, California had lifted restrictions for COVID-19. They were open and were taking care of 4 luxury cars in the picture simultaneously.

I asked them to vacuum and wipe the inside and wash the outside and paid their asked price.The car was NOT hand washed, when all doors were opened, the in-frame was dirty!Did NOT wipe down inside, I had to do it.Did NOT EVEN open the trunk to do anything at all.So basically they charged me $65 for a drive through carwash that costs $11 at gas stations...!!!!!I specifically took my time to ask them at the beginning to make sure it’s throughly clean...!I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, waste of time and money.

I would no recommend this place to anybody.Price: they will charge you a lot more than what they tell you over the phone or price table.Staff: starting with the manager, everyone is not polite when they talk to you. One of the guys there even told me that he didnt know what I was asking into my face... They wont wash their hands or use gloves when working on your car. My guy was snackingJob: yes, my car got clean but I found one of the lugs they left in my car. They didnt completely dry my car but left it so wet because I was supposedly air dry my car my self on next day.Probably its not a bad place for light duty cleaning like speed wash, however not for the interior details or any kind.

The quality of this place has gone steadily downhill to a point that is embarrassing. The new girl asks if you are paying cash when you have a card in your hand. I spent 20.99 to get an exterior and interior wash only to still have to vacuum and clean my windows when I got home. Staff is off putting when not borderline rude and timeliness for the quality of work is simply substandard. The prices are becoming high for what you get. And the quality is better in most places in the area.

After driving across the country, my car was filthy. Scouring reviews and not ready to spend big money on detailing, I decided on Pasadena hand wash. Money well spent. Came early afternoon on a Friday and there were three other cars ahead of me. I waited patiently because my car was filthy and the result is a beautiful car that has never been so clean and shiny, even when I purchased it late last fall. Ill be coming back for more washes.

Car always looks great after a wash!

I will start with the positive!! Like that they actually hand wash and get all the grime and sap off your car! However, the guy that dried and applied tire shine to my car did a horrible job! It practically look like you went through a drive through car wash! The middle eastern guy who I am assuming owned it didn’t care one bit when I informed him and brought him outside to show him.... Long story short not worth $23.99... wish I took pictures to show u... FYI I am not the picky type they’re just lazy...

They do a great job. The owner takes pride in his business. I take all of my vehicles here for wash, and detailing. Much better than all the other local car washes in Pasadena. Reasonable prices. Front office/cashiers are a little disorganized. I appreciate that they recognize locals, and give a break on detailing to their repeat customers.

Move away from this car wash.I took my car this morning to this car wash but I have a very bad experience with them:1- I specifically asked the manger if they wash the carpet and he asked me $5 more. I accepted that.2- After I got my car I realized they didnt wash the carpet!3- The manager tried to convince me the $5 is for mat not the carpet! I told him that I specifically asked for the carpet not the mat!4- They didnt refund my $5.5- Can you believe $5 extra for washing mats? Seriously?6- Although they said they vacuumed my car, they didnt! Its still full of small pieces and dirt here and there.So please move away from this car was and find a better one!

Hit or miss. Sometimes they do a great job and sometimes not so. Had a free carwash ticket after 10 washes and paid extra for the Works only to realize they did the regular wash instead. Not a happy customer.

Car still had a lot of dirt on it. When I was pointing out different spots he would rub them but then I realized his rag was dirty. So I left. I got the 24 dollar washand still feel like I need to get it washed.

This is the most cleanest car wash!They always manage to leave my car looking brand new with no water spots!!

Few of these drive-thru car washes left and this one is usually busy. Counter staff are nice. To inside and pay for your wash and you get a code to access your wash. Nice thing is you can purchase your wash and if they are busy, go back later and get your wash. All-in-all, a nice gas station, prices arent the best but the location is great. Store has all the goodies you find in these spots.

This is THE place to take your auto for detailing!We couldnt believe the cleanliness of the car when we picked it up. The door was opened and our jaws hit the pavement! The interior looked like new! The smell was gone! The interior and exterior was shiny and clean. The car sparkled!.The new owner they are doing their job really good.I recommend everyone.

They barely vacuumed the inside of my car for $17.99. I ended up vacuuming my own car. Go somewhere else that cares enough to try.

If I could, I would not give them any stars. This was an emergency because dirt covered my windows so much I couldnt see through it. The guy tried to up-sale to a higher price, when I turned that down he charged me $2 extra stating its bigger than regular cars. I park next to a brand new Accord, my car is shorter in length and same width as the Accord. I went really late in the day which means I was the only car there, so there should be no excuse for them using a towel that streaked me glass. I went to wash my car so I can see out of the car not make it worst. They took off the antenna from my car and did not put it back, found it on the passenger seat. It wasnt necessary to take the antenna off. Washed my car plenty of times in various washes and it has never been a problem. Would not recommend at all unless you really cant see out of your car and no other washes are available or around.

SOMETHING WEIRD IS GOING ON. Its a drive through car wash and they wouldnt let me ride in my car. Instead they sent it through with no one inside and let it roll unattended in neutral at the end. I jumped in it and left.

Great customer service, with friendly and welcoming staff. Nice seating area with a tv and massage chairs and snacks available in the cashier area along with many other accessories for your car. The place is under new ownership, ive been going to this car wash for years now and i can say that this place has become to be very nice and renovated under the new ownership. My car always comes out clean as well, ive always been coming here, and i always will from now on!

I will not return to this car wash. Hand wash was lazy and missed areas. Vacuum job was poorly done.. Wax was minimal.

They offered me washing and vacuuming in and out of the car with wax, the tires with wax even asked me what fragrance I wanted and in the end a disappointment 3 minutes after leaving the car was ready, they just put water and dried them inside they passed a rag with water and that was all a disappointment for the price that was very high a disappointment, even in the photos you can see the dust that did not take it well
