Excellent! I was a little unsure booking with no recent reviews, but everything was perfect. I booked via the app for trips to and from the airport. Driver was early and waiting. Text communication was super convenient and easy. Professional drivers, nice vehicles. Would definitely use again!

We got reminder texts about our confirmation, we got a text when driver was on the way and was able to keep track of where he was, which was great! he was friendly and professional, fun guy.car was very clean and just the right size for what we needed.

I made reservations in November to ensure our party of 14 made it to the airport for a flight in February. After 15 minutes and a no show, I called and waited on hold for 10 minutes. While I was on hold waiting for a rep, I was able to log into my account to find out the reservation had been cancelled. I received no advanced notification and was unable to get ahold of their customer service, this cancellation left us scrambling to get to the airport. Their website also doesn’t list contact information, which made it even more difficult to try to call them. A complete failure.

My experience today with ExecuCar was really wonderful. My driver was waiting for me at the airport, he was very helpful in getting my bag, he drove safely and professionally, pointed out highlights along the Route and, by the end of the trip, I felt he was a friend. On my return trip, I left my IPad in the car and my driver returned it to the hotel so it could be shipped to me. You cannot ask for more from a transfer service and based on my experiences I will definitely use them again. 5 stars!

This company the worst company I ever worked for I been waiting for my 1099 form. Tina never answer the phone no legal department. No accountants this company should be closed by state. Looks like they running the company from India

Had another great experience with ExecuCar. I do not personally believe in giving the highest rating to any thing or anyone. I have used both the car and van service as well as SuperShuttle and have had a great experience every time.

Lowering this to a two stars 12/26/2019. Tried to make a reservation on-line and kept getting an error message that my AAA number was invalid. I tried about 10 times and then tried another AAA number a few times always with the same result. Called the Res Center to see what was up and they no longer accept AAA. Jeeze guys, just put that somewhere on your site instead of wasting my time and yours by entering, re-entering and then calling you. I know you are leaving Phoenix but dont forget you are still able to compete (somewhat) in other cities and you have now lost me there as well as Phoenix. It was great for 22 years but now its good-bye to you...in Phoenix and everywhere else you try to serve.Always on time (late once in the 22 years I have been using them). Drivers are generally courteous and friendly. Vehicles are always spotless.

We schedule a airport shuttle service for 6-passengers and a lot of luggage to/from Chandler, AZ & Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. The service was absolutely stress free, both drivers were on time, courteous and professional! I highly recommend that you use ExecuCar when travelling to/from the Phoenix area and the airport!

They were a NO SHOW at the Oakland, CA airport! I purposely paid $94 to these people instead of waiting on an Uber or Lyft for $45 because we were on a VERY tight schedule to catch a dinner cruise. I told them so when I made the reservation! Not only did they not show up but had me on hold for 40 minutes trying to figure out what they were going to do! They DID make us late for our evening it was a total MESS! But they liked charging my card for the FULL amount as soon as I was finally in a car NEVER again!!!!

Such a relaxing way to deal with transportation to and from the airport. Both drivers were very professional and pleasant.

Use the service frequently but have had an issue the last 4 times. I live in a new subdivision and our address is not yet on GPS maps. Because of this, when I order the car service, I always provide exact detailed directions on how to find my house. The drivers never look at these directions and they get lost every time. I have to call them after they are late and give them the directions all over again for them to ever find me. Once picked up they complain that my address is not on the GPS so they cant find me. I always ask them why did you not use the directions I provided upon ordering service. To which they just say well your address doesnt show on GPS. Frustrating that they drivers who should be a step above Uber, Lyft, and Cabs, have such a hard time finding an address. What is the point of providing directions when ordering service if you are just going to have to hand hold the drivers over the phone every time anyway. I take these cars to the airport and as a result of this problem, I get there at least 20 minutes later then scheduled.

I needed a ride from Victorville, CA to Ontario International Airport to catch a flight. I booked my flight online through supershuttle/execucar 2 days in advance to ensure I had a ride. 20 min before they were supposed to pick me up they texted me no drivers were available. If I couldnt find a ride I would miss my flight. Luckily I had Uber app and there was no issues with Uber. I tried supershuttle/execucar and it was a failure. A refund does not make up for a fear of missing my flight. I will not be using them again and will continue to use Uber moving forward.

I used them in to get to airport in Seattle. I had the worst ride. The driver was 30 min late for pick up and preceded to tell me I gave him the wrong address - when I had no contact with him and in my email confirmation it was correct. He also yelled at me. Then he checked his uber rides when he dropped us off. I was told I would get a full refund on this trip and never did. Ive tried emailing them repeatedly and theyve blown me off. I was hoping theyd take care of this and I wouldnt have to write this. I;m very disappointed in this service.

I have used this service for 3 years at least twice every month. My flight back to town was changed and I ended up on standby. While dealing with the disaster of trying to get a new flight back I didnt inform execucar about the change until about 40 min before my original flight was about to land. They had already dispatched a driver and would not change itinerary, charged me for it, and recommended I pay for another reservation. At already double to triple the amount Uber, Lyft and even taxi cabs charge, myself and clients will be taking our business elsewhere. Bad leadership

I would not even give it a star. When I scheduled the pick up I asked especifically to be picked up at 1.45 Pm because I always have a issues and delays in customs. when at 2.30 nobody was picking up I called execuCar and they told me that a driver was there At 11.30 as that was the time my plane landed. They didnt call they didnt email or anything. It doesnt matter at what time u asked to be picked up. According to the person I talked to they use the flight information so if you actually have delays in customs or your airplane is delayed you can expect to be left at the airport. It took me forever to be able to get a hold of somebody and they were not even nice. I paid $90 that they did not refunded me plus the $30 for Uber to drive me home. Not a good experience at all

ExecuCar failed to pick me up for a very important business trip. They claim someone cancelled the front end of my two way, prepaid, ExecuCar ands cancelled. They obviously did not have my confirmation number so how did they cancel.They promised to have someone call me from Corporate and it never happened.I was forced to drive and park short term parking while spending $183.00 to make my trip on time.They could care less about customer service and I will never use them again. I also have reported to my company that ExeuCar will never be used again.They truly are not customer service oriented.

I was just involved in an accident with an Execucar driver in Scottsdale. The driver failed to yield to a bicyclist in the crosswalk. The driver approached the red light and proceeded to try to roll through without stopping until he hit me on my bike. Upon questioning the logic of not coming to a complete stop for a red light he proceeded to tell me he was inching forward to try to turn right. I advised him in a not so polite way to look both ways before proceeding into a crosswalk. He justified his actions by saying since he didnt hurt me that its not a big deal to hit a pedestrian in a crosswalk. A police report was filed and I will be urging everyone I know in the Hospitality Industry to stop using & referring hotel guests to Execucar. This driver (John M) should be suspended or terminated as Im sure this is not the image Execucar aka SuperShuttle aka Veolia Transportation wants to set as an example. #holdyourpeopleaccountable

In Pheonix AZ this car service stole about $20 from us in fairs. We used them to take us to a nearby movie theatre from the Arizona Biltmore which they charged 25$ for, then when we went back they charged 35$. When I talked to the manager he could not explain the fair difference and revealed according to him the fair out should have only been 20$. This company is just out to scam tourists in my opinion.

I have chosen execucar 5 times in 2018 and have always been extremely pleased. I will never go back to riding in a shuttle.

This is not a good service. I have used them for years and it is getting bad. Last time they didnt pick me up at the airport and I had to take a taxi and they still charged me for their computer mix up. Not good and I will not use them anymore.

I wanted to give them no starts (if I could give them negative stars I would) but I had to give them at least one to be able to post, but believe me they arent worth 1 star.We had arranged car service for a speaking engagement for a local Parkinsons disease support group. Our speaker (who has Parkinsons disease) was never picked up from their hotel and was forced to find a cab to to the program. When we called Execucar they were very initially very argumentative borderline combative until they realized that they had forgotten to call the driver on time. They did refund our trip (because it never happened) and guaranteed they would be there to take our speaker back after the program....an hour later. Guess what? They never showed up, after just talking to them and them promising they would be there.We book a lot of ground transportation across our 3 companies and we will NEVER be booking with Exeucar again.
