They let me give my job a two weeks notice, go to the interview @ the potential job site, then a day later after I come in for a drug test and pass they call me and say my background didnt come back and i couldnt start that following week. Well why send me out for interview if that never came back. Its been a whole month AFTER I gave my two weeks notice and they still havent reached back out to me. This caused me to get behind on alot. I understand CoVid-19 has taken things over and caused a lot of changes but Im by far dumb to believe it takes a whole month for a background to come back!!

Unprofessional staff,unfriendly several times, poor people skills,as well as poor value, when it comes to being a job agency, who is there to help people find employment.i wouldnt recommend Elwood to anyone!their rating of 4 stars plus is very surprising, because they dont even deserve a 1 star rating.i received a job offer per text message, 2 days ago and accepted it,agreed to time and date for the job orientation .arrived at the appointment given at Elwood staffing, was told by another unfriendly staff member,that I wasnt even a match for the job!that the requirement is 1 year + for the job!they wasted my time, then I was treated poorly by staff,as well as pretty much pushed out the door without any apology.they didnt contact me as far as not coming in for job orientation, nor to let me know that I dont meet the requirements!

Staff is very nice, very professional and helpful in the office and during the application process. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for work.

I can only give 3 stars at this point, Its OK, only because I dont actually have a job through them yet. Its only been 1 week, but they also say it can be a month, but they also say it can be 1 day. Thats not very good information. Ill change it to 5 stars if I dont die of starvation while waiting for an assignment.

They had me working a job in West point ga which u was great until the lady at this agency lied and said I miss 3 days from work which I didnt so they did not pay me until I call them so the lady look me up and see I did come to work and didnt miss no days paid and told me i still cant come back to work even know she see i didnt miss no days i even said I can have the supervisor at the facility I was working at vouch for that she didnt care cause its already on file them women is lazy and really dont care about there job

Poor management. Superviser would rather Skype messages all day about her co-workers to other co-workers rather than trying to be a TEAM and place associates on assignments.This place has DEFINETLY made top of my list of worst places to work because of all the ridiculous and foolish behavior you have to put up with on a daily basis in the office due to the maturity level of your supervisor.
