Well ya see the man that works inside is not a amazing person and thinks everything is some sort of excuse no matter what it is so I highly recommend you just dont with this one chief

[I am writing this review on my own discretion; nothing is being gained by either party for this honest review.]I went to Elwood Staffing yesterday after having my time completely wasted by Pro Resources Staffing in Anderson.I walked in and was greeted by pleasant, easygoing, staff who were glad to help me in my search for work. There is always on Online Application for Staffing Agencies, and Elwood has the appropriate accommodations to do this within their office on one of the many computers that are available to use.I sat down and started my application, and before I was even finished, I was approached by a staff member who took the initiative to ask me what experience I had to fill an immediate position.None of this, Well, thanks for applying. Call us back every day to see if theres anything for you.I filled out the paperwork, did my drug screen, and I start work on Monday.Super down-to-earth, friendly and helpful staff which I would recommend to anybody in a heartbeat!Thanks Elwood Staffing!

Got a temp job and it turned into a full time job. The only problem I have is I cant get my W2 from them. They say i elected for online W2. Which i didnt.But then i go to the site and it states i dont have a W2 posted contact the office. Here it is end of February and i still dont have my W . I have to now leave my job early take 1/2 point to drive to the office and get a copy they printed off for me...

All the jobs they usually have available end up either being majorly corrupt with no intent to hire or not interested in paying workers at all. Formica, who they always are looking for, never hired anyone and just waited until workers gave up. Another, TS-Tech, generally works people over 70 hours a week on average for sub-par pay. Lastly they said they had a job offer working on the other side of Indiana for $10.45, while that might as well be a minimum wage job with how far you have to drive, the real kicker is the fact the place is a cooler at -1 degrees Celsius at all times. So to sum it up, Job offers blow, and they dont do their job to get you hired on a job like a temp agency is supposed to do, instead allowing companies to abuse the system for cheap labor.

They cheat you out of your pay, even when you called and left voicemail that I could not do 3rd shift...Unfair and totally useless

They pay you at random days of the week

I worked an entire and excruciating 8 hour shift for one day for their client Hostess. We werent given punch cards or sign in and sign out sheets. I was only paid for 2 HOURS instead of 8 hours. There was no way to verify that I worked the entire shift. The girl who trained me lied and said that I left after 2 hours because she claimed that I said I felt sick. Dont ever work for these people. Ive NEVER had this experience with other staffing agencies with even the lowest google ratings. Very unprofessional and Im sure that their client, Hostess, is breaking some kind of EEOC rules and regulations.

If you cant make your appointment make sure you call or they put you on a 90 day hold. Thanks for hindering the unemployment rate even more.

If you have any kind of felony dont bother they will not get back to you .
