U get ur work in Im sore after a good workout and other days are always for just getting work in and helping with flexibility. But there are also specific sport classes that u can take to get better at that sport and all the workouts u do for that sport are in some way going to help be the best at ur sport.

I cannot say enough good things about this gym! Every detail from the staff, coaches, equipment, programs, accountability, and recovery are simply the best ever! Anyone and everyone, even special needs athletes can benefit from APEC. I highly recommend it.

Clean facilities and plentiful amount of equipment! Also very helpful and friendly staff. Overall definitely one of the most clean and well-run gyms.

Customer service is terrible. Ive been trying to return two pair of shorts for 2 weeks now and still have them in my possession because I can not get a return label or any help getting one. The only form of communication Ive gotten so far is speaking to someone through Facebook chat and they have only asked me what size was I supposed to have. Nothing after that. I would not buy from this place again.

Finally got my membership!! I liked the place since my first tour. Everybody is super welcoming and nice! Cant wait to continue my journey at this new gym! Thanks!

If you are looking for elite training for yourself or your child, this is the place. The value of the training at APEC is unmatched in my opinion. Dont believe me, just check out all of the elite athletes who have trained here or are currently training here. They helped my son achieve his dream of an FBS-Power 5 Conference scholarship for football. They worked my son hard, but he truly loved going. Again, this is a fantastic facility, program, and group of trainers.

My son trains there and I would recommend it to anyone trying to be an athlete. After a month my son is already showing improvements in his game.

Top notch facility, amazing staff, and the programming is beyond detailed. Their systems address each component of fitness and progress in a safe and extremely effective manner. We are so lucky to have found them, we are beyond thrilled. Cant recommend them enough.

The adult/spherical class at APEC is truly an investment in your health. Classes are fun, challenging and packed full of well-researched, effective movements. Coaches are attentive and knowledgeable. It is absolutely the safest and most effective workout found in Ft Worth.

APEC is ahead of the curve in all aspects of strength/conditioning and smart functional training. The coaches are knowledgeable and help encourage member’s goals. There are programs available for all ages and each are designed with specific intention and can be modified as needed. I am a big fan of the adult spherical program!

The trainers here are the best! The equipment is top of the line and the adult class,. Spherical is so fun and such a great workout!

Good workout and was really looking forward to it. Bought the Groupon they were offering tried to use it. They said I had to sign up for additional 5 months at $225 per month.

Best place for young athletes who want to be at the top of their game. Coaches are fantastic and know their stuff. Highly recommend APEC.
