Okay I can only give review on what I know about, I phoned the store and a gentleman answered, explained I have some very old collectable watches, and explained what was needed, he stated yes he can fix and will not be a lot, I was told no appointments are needed and to keep phone number, and bring the watches, also asked about old mantle clocks we have and was told he could fix, stay tuned for follow up.

Bought 2 watches for repair. One need that band fixed. He put in two rivets in the band. He replaced the crystal of one watch, with the wrong part. And put in a battery. $88 dollars later and the watch dose not work.I wont be back!

Call the man ahead of time and asked him if he had to batteries I needed and I said yes. When we got there he saw his batteries and we got home they were the wrong ones. Not the kind of help I need. Wasted my afternoon and still ended up with the wrong batteries. Dont recommend this place to anyone.

The service here was very quick and easy, I had my battery replaced for 5 watches and took under 30 mins to get done. Great price too.

Had my watch brought in for a battery and $50 later my very expensive watch is broken beyond repair. Took it back 5x, and Kumar would not give me back my $$$. It needed a water resistant battery, thats all. I even complained to Galleria management and no response. Worst service ever.
