This is the best by far. The staff is very professional and caring. Shannon and Kimberly are outstanding hygienist. They really make you feel comfortable and relaxed. The Receptionist are wonderful as well. You wont be disappointed. 😁

Today I had an emergency or what I thought was an emergency and the dentist, hygienist, staff, and admin. people were exceptionally nice like they always are. You start to feel like you are family once you are there a couple times. I trust them which is the most important thing with dentistry. I trust them so much I removed my daughter from a pediatric dentist so we could both go to Meadowbrook.

This dentist office is the best I’ve went to those far. Super friendly, professional, and informative. Request Kimberly, she is amazing !! She’s gentle and does a fantastic job!!

Meadowbrook Family Dentistry is a manipulative and dishonest place. They knew that my Insurance wasnt in Network, but didnt bother to give me the option to choose another facility. Sorry, but its not our responsibility to let you know that information, said a worker there. Instead, they RACKED UP as many charges as they could, while actually PRETENDING to enjoy my 2 children. But, it was all an act. They know how to legally overcharge patients and manipulate kids. I deeply regret finding this place, which exists within a world of many more competent and honest dental facilities.

I finally found a professional and affordable place! The staff is awesome and always super friendly when you visit. Very clean environment and staff is extremely knowledgeable . Dionne is awesome she explained everything to me and gave me my options .

There is a new dentist at Meadowbrook. I was hoping that he would be less aggressive than the previous, but he was more so. I just had my teeth cleaned 4 1/2 months ago, and no activities. Dr. Taylor recommended fillings for 5 teeth that were done less than 1 1/2 years ago. They would not even be covered by insurance that quickly. And he recommended filling for a few new areas. I have had this happen before. Then I go to another dentist and he tells me no fillings needed. When fillings need to be redone, you go to the dentist that did the original. He said the fillings were old, but had no clue that they were actually new. As I said other dentists then say no fillings needed.

Meadowbrook has been my dentist office for 2 years now and I love them. The front office staff is awesome... always so friendly and it nice that they know you by name and face when you walk in the door. Dr. Lakhani is very professional and cares about your overall health. She is patient focused and will take her time to make sure all your questions are answered. They are very professional and really focus on health of your teeth and gums. I have referred both my in laws to this office ( I like my in laws :). I appreciate the staff and would recommend them to anyone.

I learned a valuable lesson from this office. Before they touch you ask them to verify that they accept your insurance and it is valid. I was wrongfully charged, and paid like a fool because I wanted to save myself of the embarrassment, and I was in pain. I was able to get the root canal and crown done in network with a dentist office that accepted my insurance.

They are very caring people and always take their time and dont seemed rushed in any thing they do. We consider them friends and they always ask about family and whats going on in our lives. I was beyond impressed with Dr. Rowe and his amazing staff! I called to make an appointment and Tiffany was very warm and friendly. I was impressed that the office was hosting a school supply drive for kids in the area. This type of social responsibility is both impressive and needed in the Gwinnett County area. The office is located on Satellite Blvd in a very nice complex. Meadowbrook patients have reserve parking in the front. Once Tiffany checked me in and gave me an informational folder I was greeted by Toni. Toni was the dental hygienist she first took me for an X-ray then she took several pictures of my teeth. She explained what I needed to have done and a suggested plan of care. I then met Dr. Rowe who had a great personality. He provided more insight on what I had to get done and the preventive measures they would take to ensure the health of my teeth. Toni also explained that although my insurance would cover most of the treatments there would be some out of pocket costs and she brought in the finance liaison to explain to me what the cost would be (very minimal). I appreciated that I was informed of the potential costs before services were tendered. Toni did a great job with my deep cleaning and scaling. She also gave me great advice on what to do until my 3 month check up. Her personality was awesome. This is a great dental office with wonderful staff members, modern equipment and an excellent dentist!

Everyone I have met here has been such so pleasent. The team at Meadowbrook have made me feel that they really care about me and my health. It is very disappointing and frustrating to see the complete 360 degree turn this practice took when it became Meadowbrook Family Dentistry. Every time I visit they have new staff. I only stayed after my dentist left because of my dental hygienist; who is now gone as well. The practice has now become one of the many corporate/franchise dental systems. Meadowbrook is only interested in the their bottom line and not the customer. I will not be returning to this business nor recommending it to my friends and family.

Dr. Rowe was a referral, and I i took too long to get there!! Every dentist should be like Dr.Rowe. He is honest about what is going on with your dental health. On my first visit for a cleaning he said I cannot help you today and referred me to Specialist. I was shocked but happy. A year later, he is the same. I just had a root canal....glad I have Dr. Rowe as my go-to Dentist. He has a wonderful staff, nice personality and just as important, does great work. A huge recommendation from me. And you get to watch movies 😁🥗

Meadowbrook Family Dentistry is a dream come true for me! I used to use that “corporate” dentist chain that you see all over the place in strip malls. The hygienists and dental assistants were nice, but the business office people were always in a bad mood, and worse, the dentists kept leaving, over and over! Quite the opposite at Meadowbrook — Dr. Taylor is super competent and professional, GABBY is the best hygienist I’ve EVER had, Craig is an amazing assistant who always has a big smile and a positive word, and Laura and Alondra in the business office are sweet as can be and FANTASTIC at customer service! Meadowbrook has all the latest technology and equipment - very impressive! - and I am so happy I found them. I won’t ever need another dentist office.

I came here to get a basic cleaning and I liked the dental assistant and hygienist. But the girl at the front desk is SO RUDE! When I first called to inquire how much was the cleaning she said that it was $97 for existing patients and $88 for new patients (I been here before in 2017 when they were Innovating smile and located in Norcross) so front desk girl told me since it has been 2 years I would get the new patient price which was $88 and she said that was with xray. I made my appointment for same day because I thought that’s such a good deal and even told my mom. So, everything is good until my mom decided to ask how much it’ll be and they told her $88 plus $97. Mind you the person I spoke with NEVER told me that it was $88 plus $97 and when I was talking to her and told her that that’s not what she had told me, she gave me an attitude and was arguing with me telling me that she told me that it was the $88 plus $97 when that WAS A LIE. So I ended paying over $150 for a basic cleaning. When they were Innovating Smile at Norcross I paid $90 for both xrays and cleaning. Like I mentioned I really liked the DA and the person that did my cleaning but won’t be returning.

I love MFD. Tena is the best hygienist I have ever had. She explains and teaches during the cleaning session and is just a cool person. Dr. Rowe is easy-going, friendly and makes things comfortable when the drill comes out. One of the assistants, Craig is a lot of fun and will likely sing you a song during your visit in the chair. Also, the ladies up front that schedule and check you out are always friendly easy-going as well. This is a fun dentist office folks!

Dr. Rowe is an amazing dentist. On my first appointment, I expressed my trepidation of having my mouth worked on. I have a really bad gag reflex and am not a fan of the numbing shot dentists generally put in your cheek. After the exam, Dr. Rowe discovered that I had a cavity to fill. He actually asked me if I wanted the numbing shot. When I asked how much it would hurt on a scale of 1-10, he said about a 4. I was so excited... I went shotless and was thrilled to realize that it really was about a 1 on the scale. That was about 10 years ago. Im happy to say, these days I really dont mind going to the dentist. Dr. Rowe has taken away my nervousness and kept my teeth very healthy.Thanks!

And, when I was leaving, they took a few extra minutes with me to see how I felt during the procedure and afterwards. Ive never been to another dental practice that is so understanding and caring for someone like myself that suffers from severe anxiety. Amazing team!

Dr. Rowe and his staff are the most accomodating & friendly staff. I have had a lot of dental work by Dr. Rowe. He is the most pain free dentist that I have had in my 71 years and I am a real baby when it comes to injecting me with the needle. He has crowned almost all my teeth and they look beautiful.In my travels people have even asked me about them. I honestly can give Dr. Rowe a five star recommendation; and you will never find a better staff.

I have been going to Rowe Family Dentistry for at least 4-5 years now and have been very impressed with his service and staff. Just recently, after re-placing a cap on my tooth, Dr. Rowe called to ask how it was feeling. Small gestures like that keep me going back for checkups.
