Very nice, quiet Dental Office! Everyone is super polite and kind! From front desk, to the nurses to The dentist! Everything about every step of the process was explained thoroughly. Dr. Michael was very kind and did his best to be gentle even with my tooth being in pretty bad condition. I’m grateful to have found Duluth Dental Care!! Would definitely recommend. 5 Star!

I’ve been going to this dental location for over five years, the service has been great, the doctor is very knowledgeable, Julia is always has always had great customer service. Recently they hired someone new, her name is Christina. She’s at the checkout desk and when she was asked to provide the ending balance she answered, I could write it myself and when I said I needed The office stamp on the back of it, like they usually do, she said she’ll give me something else. She gave me a piece of paper with a completely different balance.When I went back into the office to ask for clarification and inform her superior of what she had told me she completely said to my face that I was lying. that she had never told me that and that there was footage being recorded that you can go over it and verify what I just said. That kind of customer service is what will drive customers away.

Love this office. Everyone from the Dr. to the staff is great. I honestly will never stop going here. Very nice polite, they listen to your needs and they do great dental work.

Good service. All staff are very nice and friendly. Everyone is very attentive to any concerns you may have. Very clean environment as well, and they try their best to disinfect after everyone. All my family go here: my mom, grandparents, sister, cousins. I’ve been going here since middle school and now I’m in my twenties.

Don’t come here unless you have a very good dental insurance plan. I’m a new patient who is self-pay. They told me I had 12 cavities (which I’m not sure is true because I go to the dentist regularly and trusted my old dentist) and that they would be $348 each to fill, plus I’d need $190 x-rays. I just got x-rays, so I’m not sure what that is even for. Plus they said I shouldn’t get insurance because it won’t pay for it. So I essentially have zero options as I am not rich and don’t get insurance through an employer. I left the office literally crying. No idea what to do but I can’t come back here. I only gave two stars because Robin the hygienist was such a sweetheart. Stay away unless you’ve got good insurance to cover fillings.

My daughter and I have been coming here approximately 8 years shortly after moving to GA. The level of care and treatment given by Dr. Hwang and his staff is the best. The staff are professional, friendly and very communicative. The office is always clean and inviting. I went to a different dentist prior to finding Duluth Dental and the service can’t compare. Even though my insurance is not the best, I will pay for the recommendations given by Dr. Hwang. I appreciate when Dr. Hwang shows me photos of the areas of concern and thoroughly explains what’s going on. I can clearly see what treatment needs to be done. He has never been wrong. I am a forever patient. I have referred others here who were happy with the services as well. I highly recommend if you want excellent and honest dental care.

I scheduled an appointment for a simple teeth cleaning April 14th back in March. On March 31st, the appointment was confirmed and insurance information sent over.On April 13th, I received another text confirming the appointment. Then another request for my insurance information. I reminded them that I had sent it on March 31st. It was found within moments without my having to resend it.I was then told that they do not take my insurance because it is an individual insurance instead of through an employer and individual insurance DOES NOT PAY OUT ENOUGH! OMG! For a cleaning?? I mean, Im glad they admitted to being greedy, but seriously? Im disabled and a writer, so I can only get individual dental insurance, so I cant upfront the money (my dental covers cleaning fully anyway). Guess disabled and self-employed people arent welcome. That is disgraceful.While the greediness irks me, I am more outraged that this dentist waited until the DAY BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT to tell me that I wasnt welcome with my insurance. I couldve booked someone else who does take my insurance for a simple cleaning by then.Avoid this place if you are one of us poor unfortunates that have to resort to individual dental insurance. You arent welcome.

Do not let the outside fool you, I went in on a Saturday which where most dentist places are closed they are opened. They passed my expectations and left me in Awe. Am talking about the front desk was super nice and super friendly, they answered all my questions with any problems and addressed all my concern. The dentist himself was super cool, I had a moler taken out and I went back to them get my wisdom tooth removed. Also, good luck finding a place that is this cheap, low prices for crazy good quality of work. I can not recommend this place enough. Thank you team for taking my pain away and being so nice!

This is the best dentist I’ve ever been too! I’ve had a few treatments done here and they have always made it as easy and stressless as possible! I even had an anxiety attack mid operation and the whole staff was very calming and professional about the whole experience. Also, they are so considerate of the patients when it comes to discounts and insurance claims. They will treat you like family and make you feel at home.

When my longtime dentist retired, I tried 3 other dentists without good vibes. I walked into Duluth Dental cold without any referral and was glad I did!The practice is very up-to-date on its tech procedures and Dr Michael Hwahng is informative and straightforward as to your dental health. Not only is the staff friendly but are also caring and interested in their patients. Appointments are easy to make/change as necessary and reminders are always sent prior to the date. If not covered by insurance, they are easy to work with regarding a payment plan.This dental practice is definitely a keeper!!! Glad I have them!

I was in horrible pain due to a broken tooth- called Duluth Dental Care and spoke to Nicole she was extremely friendly and had me come right in even know it was a Office day - Dr. Michael was so patient and caring with me as I am frightened of dentist - he advised I need 2 teeth pulled - he patiently answered all my questions, put me at ease and discussed all my options as having holes in my mouth litterally made me cry. Asst. Sharon was so comforting and helped me to relax- walked me through everything with patience and kindness. I can’t speak enough how much Duluth Dental and their staff have changed my life. Dr. Michael has made me litterally want to SMILE all the time now..... the whole staff is AMAZING!!!

This people are stealing your money. We was there for over 1hr just to tells us that they need it 3,200 for extrating a tooth. We have health insurance and still this people were trying to charge us a riduculous amount of money. Dont get me wrong i dont think they should charge me $20.00 but $3200 is out of this world. Then they offerd us a credict card to pay that place feels more like a retail stores then a dentist. NEVER AGAIN
