The circumstances surrounding my need for Arrow Wrecker Service werent the best, but my experience with them was astounding compared to other competitors Ive used before.For context, I used another company to do a long haul on a flatbed, so I contacted them again to give them repeat business. That first time, the company was late getting out, but it was okay in my book because it was a long drive. The second (and last time now), they stood me up for over three hours with no communication other than when I reached out to them directly. After nearing four hours of a wait past the time of my appointment, I called Arrow Wrecker Service.Arrow not only got to my house to pick up the car I needed to move quickly, the driver (Mike) showed true expertise with the tow (and was funny as hell too), but they were also much more affordable than the other service. I will definitely be using them again for the next move.

They came and picked up my car and kept my stuff safe.

I had a a 16000 lb forklift I needed loaded on truck. I initially used another towing company that said they could handle it. When they showed up, they could not. I called Arrow and their guy did it easy. He was professional and courteous and knew what to get done. I would hope I didnt need a lot of towing in the future, but if I do, you guys will get the call.

Honest, actual company. Not some hot line service that jerks you around. If you have business to take care of, call arrow. If you want to waste your time, call someone else.

A person who works there had my car towed without the authority of the park manager. My car was NOT parked in her parking spot. Not only that it was parked in that spot for maybe 5 hours ONLY because I didnt want it to be on the side of the road where the fire truck and ambulance could not get through since there were so many others down the road blocking access for them to get through. Now Im trying to get something done about this and they are arguing with me about it. They did not contact park manager and it was NOT in anyones way including hers. If I could have NOT left a star I wouldnt. This is NOT how business is conducted. She used her authority in the wrong way. Company should NOT have allowed it to be done!!!!!

Called them and they told me that it would be 45 mins I called back after an hour and they said it would be another hour I will never use them again terrible

I wish i had gotten the gentleman’s name who picked up my car after an accident. so so nice and helpful with my worried state. even helped get stuff out of my car and take photos of the damage. would definitely recommend

All the other services I called, told me, 3 hours, till they could send someone. Arrow service sent someone, within 45 mins. The driver was very kind and knowledge. If I ever need a wecker service again. I will only call Arrow.

Poor customer service. The Karen at the counter was way out of line. All we wanted to do was get our vehicle out and towed to our home. Karen took it upon herself to demean and insult my son.

Not too many people are happy when they have to pick up their vehicle from an impound. But, I appreciate the staff for how they dealt with my uncle and for letting him vent and get his vehicle.

The Gentleman that arrived was most helpful, offered to give us one of his own ball hitches when we realized ours was too small, and then waited for an extra 20+ minutes to allow us to go purchase the right part. I would have tipped better if I had more cash in my pockets. The price for a service call is quite high, but his actions made it worth it. A great company.

Called for a tow to Shawnee they were more than willing to help and a fair price. They were very professional and quicker than the ETA given definitely will use again if needed.

Fine service, no complaints there. Just really frustrating to be forced to go into a place where 1/10 employees were wearing a mask. Then had to ride in a car to my towed car with a teenager without a mask on. Wish I didn’t have to use this company and won’t in the future if I can avoid it because of the no masks and the gross newsmax playing in the waiting area.

They helped make an awful situation run as smooth and easy as possible. My brother was in a wreck and my father was at the hospital with him, and asked me to retrieve his things from the towed vehicle. I called to ask how I go about this and she sent an email with exactly what I needed. I sent it back and when I got there I was able to make my way back, and the staff was great, Dallas was so sweet! Having to have your car towed is less than ideal, but Arrow Wrecker Service helped ease some of that stress!

Absolute and total RIP OFFS. Called to tow away a derelict vehicle. The tenant said the driver took her money and then refused the tow. When we called to complain the lady who answered was rude. When we mentioned that we had referred dozens of tows to them over the years she made it clear that neither she nor Arrow cares. They, in her words, had all the business they need.Because of the unholy alliance they have with the City of Oklahoma City, they need not--and do not--care about any other customer.There are small and independent tow services that need and will actually appreciate your business.

I always buy my cars through Arrow Wrecker auctions and Ive always gotten good cars. You just have to know how to pick the right cars.

Jeff was an answered prayer when my truck broke 365 miles from home with live shrimp in my hauler.He quickly got me home and safe. He was the greatest!

My sons car was towed from his apartment just 1 week after moving out on his own. An Arrow employee told him to pick up his vehicle the following day, instead of hours after it was towed. Terrible advice and I had him go pick it up right away. My son is a service member and needs his car. Also they popped his tire!!! He is at the repair shop today getting that fixed. In addition they do not offer a military discount which is rather a disappointment.

Our daughter was in a car accident and they towed our car without any authorization. The car was completely able to be driven. When questioned about the $220 bill and no authorization they told us that is the policy. But encouraged us to write over the title and they we wouldn’t have to pay the fee. Yeah, they wanted to auction it off. After contacting the police we discovered that is not how it works. We never signed and authorized for it. Police had them release it to us at no charge. A little corrupt? Yes. Further, the area I live has a contact with again...Arrow. In less than 24 hours Arrow was happy to place a notice on our car for the flat tire we got the night before. This company seems very corrupt in their towing and auctioning business. While the employees were nice enough, they’re trying to get your car to auction them off.

❌❌❌These people are unprofessional liars. Ive used them to tow cars before with no issue but my girlfriend had a terrible experience having hers towed last week. She had the tow scheduled and they were an hour late. The guy flirted with her and man-splained everything taking twice as long as necessary to hook up the car. Then she found out later that she was billed TWICE. The tow was also nearly %150 for 5 miles!! Dispatch is unorganized and unprofessional and couldnt find record of the tow. They do not care about standards or customer service. DO NOT EVER ASK THEM FOR A TOW.

I usually dread coming to the wreckers around the city but I had a great experience today! Dallas, the wonderful lady who took care of me, was so nice and straightforward. Fast service and no issues with getting my car out of impound and towed to the dealership. Make sure you have your title/registration, insurance, and license ready to go!BTW: They do not have public Wi-Fi. Please be aware of this if your insurance is on your phone.

Very rarely is the price quoted the same as the final bill. We had a 26 box truck towed with no issues. No extra fees or hidden cost. They were up front and on time. Franky (The Driver) Did a great job getting us set up and on to the mechanics shop.

Advised a 4 hour wait for towing a motorcycle. I was less than 1 mile from their shop. Pushed my motorcycle 3 miles as opposed to waiting on them.

Having your car towed unexpectedly can be very traumatizing, but working with the staff in this office was painless. The staff are courteous, professional and they treat people with dignity and respect. Ashley was very helpful and worked with me to get my car released. Absolutely worst service.I had a car accident had to get a tow truck from this company through Insurance, he was on his way at 3:15pm ETA Was 4:25pm here it is 5:40pm I’ve called the dispatcher and I get hung up in my face, saying he’s in traffic and there is absolutely no traffic on the streets are flowing and nothing on Maps on highways are all green. ☹️ I have my 1 year old daughter with me and she’s tired, hungry, and upset from having to sit here for over 2 hours, in the heat, Dispatchers completely unfriendly.update: Tower said he wasn’t stuck in traffic he was just doing other tows wish they would have been honest I would have left and just came back.

The only place that would come to Edmond and get me when I blew a tire. When all of the Edmond companies wouldnt.

In times past they always had good service. I know the law requires that we carry Im car registration papers. Today since the registration was older than 30 days they refused to release the car until they had a previous one. The tag was up today, there was insurance, and the registration was at same date as the tag. Called the tag agency and I had never heard of that, but you can get I recent one for $4. The police were fine with the dated registration the arrow wrecker is trying to make more money by trying to keep your car an extra day

First off Loraine was amazing! She was so helpful with us and dealing with pit road side program. She was so apologetic for our situation. She was calm and so sweet. Also the receptionist (didnt catch her name). Then the tow driver Bobby was just even better! So friendly and kept in contact with us the whole time. Would definitely recommend and use again if we have to!

Whenever I need to have a car towed off theyre always very quickly to get there and very quickly to get the job done and get the car removed then when I was broke down on side the road they were there to help me very quickly, overall quite satisfied with them.
