I recently (in the past year) started going to Woodland Family Dental/Dr. Dan. Very clean, super up to date dental office.. High tech equipment and I loved viewing my x-rays on the flat screen, and having my teeth situation very clearly and visibly, explained to me. Especially liked the machine/X-ray process… no more uncomfortable bite-wing x-rays for me! Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly. Not mine, but I heard a child in the next room actually sounding happy in a dental appt.. Highly recommend!!

I should of checked his past criminal history on google. Colorado. A few months back he scared my wife with, your daughter needs a 3000.00 root canal on that baby tooth that state insurance doesnt cover. They told her that if she doesnt fill out the loan paper work that she could bring charged with child neglect. I went down there after I found out. I told them that we dont need the loan and to cancel it. They told me that the money had already been put into there account. I reminded them that it better not be because services had not been rendered yet. Then they apologize cause she knew it was illegal. She didnt have an excuse as to why they couldnt just pull the baby tooth. Then I googled him today to find a bunch of civil and criminal charges from when he was in Colorado. Ive cancelled all appointments for my family. My advice is stay away.

Unprofessional, horrible place to go if you have state insurance. BEWARE. This place jerked us around FOR MONTHS over a dental job they messed up on. Ultimately, the agreed upon dental work was not completed by the dentist and he denied any knowledge of the agreed upon work. Dishonest, corrupt man. Again, beware, he will rob you.Also have a few choice words for the horrible woman who worked up front and dealt with scheduling. Rude, nasty, condescending, total piece of work. Hope the owner of this dump took care of her but seeing how he doesnt honor his obligations, he probably gave her a promotion.

Literally the worst dentist i’ve ever been to. scheduled my appointment for a teeth cleaning and just a normal check up. when i called the lady at the front desk was rude and it took them two months to get me in for JUST A CLEANING. I go in two months after i scheduled and the day of when i walked in the lady at the desk isn’t very friendly. mind you i’m in there 30 minutes prior to my appointment and i’m the only one in the waiting room but they don’t get me back until 10 minutes after my appointment was scheduled for but that was no big deal. I sit down in the chair and the lady goes “so what are you here for” uhhhh shouldn’t you know that i scheduled an appointment two months ago.. whatever. i tell her i need my teeth cleaned and x-rays done and she goes “okay i can take your x-rays. she does that it and the appointment was like 10 minutes long and after the x-rays she says okay we’re finished. nobody looked in my mouth, said anything about the x-rays and i didn’t get my teeth cleaned. she brings me up to the front desk and tells the lady scheduling appointments that i need to schedule for a teeth cleaning and the lady goes “that’s all” like she questioned it and then the tech lady that took my x-rays says “i think so” LIKE WHAT!? shouldn’t you know!? AND THEN!!! the lady at the front desk tells me i can’t get my teeth cleaned for another TWO MONTHS. horrible i will not be going back.

I have always had bad teeth since I was a child & have always had bad experiences with dentists in the past. ALL the staff at Woodland made me feel super comfortable & they’re so friendly & caring! I’m so thankful I found this place!

The staff is efficient and kind. They treat patients with dignity & seem to genuinely care. This week Dr. Dan placed a dental implant where I was genetically missing an adult tooth. He worked efficiently and from start to finish using the latest methods which were minimally invasive. I have had zero pain throughout the whole process and everything is healing so nicely already. It went so much better than I could have ever expected. This has not been my experience at other dental offices, and I was pretty nervous. Now, I would recommend Woodland Family Dental and Dr. Dan to anyone. I no longer have that anxiety about going to the dentist and I dont feel as though I have to choose between the health of my smile or my exacerbating my anxiety.

My first online review :) Visited a couple months ago. Waited in the room over 45 minutes for the dentist to check my teeth. Receptionist said they didn’t have anyone hired to clean teeth as I was leaving and they would call me when they did.. never got a call. unless they still don’t have anyone hired, but either way would’ve loved to know that before going to the appointment to get my teeth cleaned.

Very poor service. Arrived early for my daughter’s appointment, and was told they where 10-15 minutes behind. No problem with that and understandable. However, they were very disorganized, front desk person was on her personal cell and didn’t look up to acknowledge or welcome arrival. There was an issue with the insurance apparently and the front desk person came into my daughter’s exam room during her appointment with a note on a sticky note, to which the tech and her argued about what to do about it. My daughter asked if everything was okay, and she replied with a remark of “yes, unless we are going to have a problem?” The final problem was literally half way through my daughter’s cleaning the technician stopped snd said, “well, that’s all the time we have for today and we will have to reschedule.” Needless to say, we will not be rescheduling. Very unprofessional and rude. I wish I would have noticed all the 1 star reviews before sending my daughter here.

Scheduled my appointment 2 days ago, i called the office to send my records over and they said their office is closed until sep 7 yet they scheduled my appointment for sep 5th and i had to take off work to account for this they did not give me a notification at all and totally wasted my time

I was definitely depressed about losing a tooth but Dr. Dan and Amy made the process bearable and I was very comfortable. They are the best.

This this is so awesome! The staff is so wonderful! I would recommend this place to anyone! They care about me as a person. They know me by my name. When I walk through the door the front desk girls say hello. The dental assistants and Dr. Dan made me have an amazing smile. Thank you woodland family dental! You guys rock!

Amazing and beautiful dental office! Besides some scheduling issues do to them being short staffed, my experience getting my wisdom teeth pulled was actually excellent. Long story short, I have bad anxiety - especially with doctors etc! Yet they made me feel comfortable and let me know everything that was happening. Sedation wasn’t even that bad! barely felt a thing until after the procedure!! He is an amazing dentist and also charming & funny. Also, they got me in there super fast thankfully bc my teeth were causing so many problems along with a cyst that they carefully removed!! Thank you so much WFD! Will come back as a regular.

Every time I’ve been to this office I have been treated professionally by all the staff, the office is very beautiful and they are very accommodating. I would recommend this office and Dr Dan to all my friends and family.

Pleasant staff. I went here for over 4+ years and did not have a problem. I ended up switching dentists due to them having to reschedule my cleaning appointment over 4 times over a six month period. Either they would schedule me on days they were not open or their hygienist was not available; you would think they would plan ahead with scheduling. It was really inconvenient and they did not offer to get me in sooner.

Unprofessional and very dirty no toilet paper or paper towels every. And I wonder how staff uses that bathroom as well. So gross and unsanitary. No vacuuming between patients I noticed as well. The receptionist was very short with me and rude, you know who you are.. Will NEVER GO BACK OR RECOMMethem to anyone!!

This is a great dental office. I have a ton of anxiety about going to the dentist, and their staff made me comfortable and relaxed. My treatment was more than I could afford and took the time and walked me through their iCare financing program. It was affordable for my family, and they were super-efficient about everything. I highly recommend.

They will rip you off, be aware. The front desk staff is horrible very unprofessional, dont return calls. I have talked to 4 different receptionist in 1 year. Not only did they charged for something that was covered under insurance, they overcharged and I am still waiting since 2018 to get my money reimbursed. I would NEVER recommend them.

As far back as I can remember I have had a fear of going to the dentist. Woodland Family Dentistry has definitely put my mind at ease. All of the staff is extremely friendly and personable. They make going to the dentist an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend Woodland Family Dentistry to all.

Of all the dentists I have visited in my 57 years, Woodland Dental has been my best experience. Dr. Dan, (in my opinion), has no peers when it comes to the the best treatment option. He has done some very difficult procedures where another dentist I visited wouldnt consider anything but looking into total implants. Dr Dan worked hard to avoid implant surgery as a last option, and I am grateful to him. Also the staff are friendly,a nice atmosphere to be in.

Dr. Dan and his staff are great! They truly care about their patients. I needed extensive dental work and had a lot of anxiety about seeing a dentist. Dr. Dan put all of my fears to rest with his professional and compassionate manner. Now I look forward to dental visits and love my smile!

It would be an accurate statement to say that I fear and loathe going to the dentist. Its more of a phobia than a logical loathing. How strong is this phobia for me? Well, I let the pain and infection of a tooth get so bad that I literally was writhing in pain. My face had swollen, I couldnt eat or drink, and it felt like all of my teeth were in pain. All of this, and I STILL was trying to avoid going in.I was referred to Dr Larscheid through a friend. From the moment you walk in, you feel taken care of. Every single person that works in that office is friendly, helpful, and caring. Dr. Larscheid is extremely personable, patient, and professional. He had me out of pain, and on my way to feeling 150% better in an hour.I wish I had found him earlier. You know what, I can deal with this phobia with the help from people like Dr Larscheid nd his staff.
