Tommy did a beautiful job with my nails with designs as well. I was a bit nervous as I am very picky. I needed a new salon and thankfully I found a wonderful one. Meticulous work! Thank you Tommy.

They prefer to take walk-ins in hope that you will wait for your appointment. And quality of manicure dropped significantly since last year...Im not going there. There are lots of better salons around the corner.

My very first time visiting this establishment has been nothing but fantastic. I walked in during a busy time without an appointment, so I did have to wait for a little while (understandably so). Mary was amazing! She was kind and did not push any extra services. She made sure I was COMPLETELY satisfied every step of the way before proceeding and made me feel like my business was well appreciated. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I will definitely be returning!

Mimi is the best

Mary did a fabulous job applying a full set of gel nails and no chip polish. She is very sweet and helpful. I have extremely thin nails and usually cannot get gel nails applied because it hurts too much. I felt NO pain whatsoever! She also applied a Chrome top coat on my pale pink color for a gorgeous super high gloss finish!!! Will definitely be back !!!! ❤👍💅

1st time here Because my normal place was closed today. Very friendly staff. They were kind, talkative, personable. I got a no chip manicure. And regular pedicure. I was more satisfied with the pedicure. The only reason why its not 5 stars is because the lady who did my finger nails did not clean underneath my fingernails. Im used to having somebody Just clean under my nails and she did not. Also Im particular when Im looking at my nails As I am used to them being perfectly smooth and Pretty immaculate and I dont think my nails are that

I called ahead because I did not have an appointment and the lady was really nice told me I could head over and I love the way my nails turned out.. $45 for acrylic and it’s just what I wanted :)

Decided to try them out, since I just moved out here. Honestly would not go back or recommend anyone. Excessive amount of product was used on nail, made them look super thick. Edges were rough and uneven. Staff bickers a lot, and add on unwanted designs.

I asked for a soak off at least 4 times, once at the front desk and then kept letting the lady who was taking care of me know i wanted the nails to be soaked off and that i don’t mind waiting or paying. she was clearly in rush and this was my result, walked out after 10 min

Great experience. The nail artists are experts! They are also extremely funny and love to joke with customers and have a good time while doing their job. Bring cash for a tip otherwise they are not happy.

Very poor work quality do not waste your money or time . Tee was the best nail tech over there after she opened her own salon this one is going down. They gave me a girl that sits in Tees table she has no idea what she is doing ! Went for mani she ruined my nails ! No idea how to file or paint nails Thank God they grew a little and i went to Nail Tech 9 Henry fixed my nails. Watch out for the girl that sits in Tees place if they sit you there RUN!! For those who do not know last table on your right when you walk in right next to drying table

I would have given 5 stars however, I made an appt for my friend and I to get pedicures together and when we got there they were running late. Which is understandable but they started on my friend while I waited a half an hour. The whole point of booking the appt together was for us to be able to enjoy a pedicure at the same time, sit by each other, talk, etc and we werent able to do so. She was done way before me.

Overall very stressful. The whole time I was in the salon the manager continued to yelling. Telling associates to stop with the customer they had to help another customer. I orginally went in for a filling and a pedicure. After I got my nails filled in I didnt even want to get my feet done. I asked for a navy blue gel color and a simple line design on my two ring fingers. I showed him a picture and he said he would do it. I walked out of the salon with super thick glitter blue nails and a tacky swirl design on my ring fingers. Safe to say I will not be returning

I usually have a very pleasant experience at this place. Mary does amazing work, but today I had the man in the third chair to the right when you walk in and had a horrible experience. He was highly inappropriate with me and did a horrible job at the dip powder for my nails. There are patches of missed spots and very messy underneath as well as on top. I didn’t have time to ask him to fix it because he took 2 hours!! I’m very disappointed that I had to pay $35 for a bad outcome.

I was in Sunday night and got a no chip manicure, as soon as I got home I took a shower and a nail chipped off completely. I called the next day to have my nail fixed since I paid $40 for a no chip manicure. The lady told me to go in, I went in and she was packed and told me to come back. I called again during my lunch break, she told me to come in, I went in and she got busy again. So she told me to come back in the rudest way. I wasnt going to come back for a 3rd time for one nail and her rudeness, I just wont go again there and over pay for a chipping manicure.

I’m writing from brothers gmail because it was logged in. I HATE this place. I have never gotten my nails done before and this was my first time. I got there at 6pm waited till 7pm to actually start my nails. 2 couples came in after me and got attended before me!! I even over heard one of the couples saying she didn’t have an appointment and I’m sure the other didn’t either!! I asked the lady for gel nails and she gave me acrylic nails!!! I found out at home she gave me acrylics since I looked at the process. I NEVER wanted acryclis!! Horrible customer service, horrible employees and the nails are not that nice and hurt. Sooo regretful I ever stepped foot in this place. Would rate it worse if I could

Don’t get me wrong. The workers are friendly and the actual property is nice. What I was upset about is the fact that when I got my nails done, it was a simple ombre. No designs. Nothing extravagant. The guy who did my nails was super nice and my nails came out amazing. He said “I’ll do designs for you.” I didn’t object. So I let him do it. He was aware of my not wanting designs when it was mentioned earlier. When the time came for the bill, it was more than when was promised and what I anticipated. Because I was charged for the designs that I did NOT ask for. It’s one thing to upsale, I get it. But it’s abother to ROB someone of their money when the person clearly didn’t want designs and has to pay for them anyway. Needless to say, I will not be returning. Absolutely disgusted of this. When someone says I’ll do something for you, don’t charge the customer when they didn’t even want the designs in the first place.

I went in today to get a fill, I asked them to not cut my nails down and they did, I asked for square them and they rounded them, the fill looks awful and can tell they will lift within the next day or 2 and thats not ok! When they put the nail polish the guy seemed to not know what he was doing, 3 hrs later and I touch something and they are still messing up! I will never go back and dont recommend anyone wasting their money on them! I dont write reviews very much unless I am complimenting someone but they were very dirty also, if I would have seen the wax area before getting my nails done I would have walked out right away!

The place was a regular for me and my cousin to go to... until today. I took both my nieces theyre (ages 3 and 5) and they received a mani-pedi combo) according to the servicer and the manager they wanted to charge the kids as adults. Charging them $35. each. this eventually was brought down to 20 each equally 40 total for both kids.The woman who handle me snuck in a $15 nail color without telling me the prices throughout the procedure. The gentleman who handled my cousin - while discussing the prices proceed to bicker with his manage about his pay and how it will reflect on his paycheck while my cousin was still waiting for her service to be completed.I spent over $100 with a lot of hassle and very few moment of peace. The woman who did my service - i wouldve appreciate more than a 5 sec hand/arm massage if I was spending this much money. The manager stepped in though i dont believe anything was really done. a 3 year old should not be charged the full price - especially if they didnt go all the way such as scrubbing; massaging, bubbles, etc.Even writing this im adding the prices together and they still overcharged me. total was supposed to be a little over a $100 and they charged me $130. Ridiculous. Completely appalled.Warning - if you go to this place use caution. Im extremely disappointed. To salvage the relationship the manage Tommy gave me a $10 coupon. Ill go back to use that coupon but after that you best believe that Ill be taking my business elsewhere.
