I love this nail salon! Cleanest I have ever seen a nail salon, seriously! Skylar is my girl, she does an amazing job every single time.

When I moved from North Austin down south I committed to driving up north to get my nails done w/ the Nail Tech I had been seeing for yeeeeeaaars... like 10yrs. Then Covid hit, shut downs etc. Once things started somewhat opening back up, sadly my long time Nail Tech up north wasnt going back to work... so I was looking for a new spot. Tried about 4 different nails spas in the area and **BY FAR** Lux Nail Spa is the winner! Clean, professional, courteous & skilled. They can do it all from the basic manicure to the more elaborate acrylics. Very happy!

First time coming here and my tech didnt listen to what I wanted despite showing a picture, so I just settled for a plain dip color. The application of the dip itself was terrible and thick, the power of the drill she used was set too high, and she reshaped my already previously shaped almond nails into weird pointy triangles. Overall, I dont recommend this place and will be having to get my nails redone soon to fix this.

I drive 45 mins every 3 weeks just to have my nails done by Katie! She is friendly, quick and a perfectionist...So glad I found this place/her!!!

Technicians do good work. I give it 3 stars due to wait time. Even with an appointment, you may wait 30-45 minutes. I have tried this place 3 times in the last 2 months, thinking the wait (with an appointment) was a fluke. Nope.

I DO NOT recommend this business.My appointment was at 3:30 for a pedicure. I sat in the massage chair until 4:45 when they finally started on me. 4 other people came in and were waited on. I mentioned to 2 of the technicians I had an appointment, therefore I was next, but they ignored me and continued on the other clients. The manager, Brian finally comes to explain to me they were doing their pedicures first bc they requested special technicians. So I guess making an appointment does not guarantee a spot.I understand running behind 15-30 minutes but not nearly one and a half hours. Then I asked if I could talk to the owner but was told he couldn’t give me that information. I am disappointed with this business and will not go back .

I went in as a walk-in not only did they take me (it was 6pm) but they stayed late! Full set and gel pedicure. I don’t think the price was bad at all considering how long I was there and how awesome of a job they did! When I go back I’ll make sure to get their names. I will only be going here from now on!

Loved my manicure today! I had Katie and she did exactly what I asked for. Went in to get my acrylics taken off and then my ugly nails covered up with some dip powder/polish. I refused any drinks offered to me because I had brought my own tea, but they do offer complimentary drinks (I believe).I paid $47 for my appointment today and Ill gladly pay that again for their service!Thanks yall!

What a great experience! Told us there would be a wait. So we waited. During the time that we waited they checked on us multiple times. Keeping us updated with the wait time. When we received our pedicures. Both of the employees were very friendly and polite. Had a great overall experience and will be back very soon. Great business. ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️

Loved the vibe, the services, and Bryan was not only a great manager, but now my fave tech. Complimentary drinks are a perk.Highly recommendUpdate! Still coming here twice a month and still get amazing service. I now use Efro as my main nail tech as her work is bomb! I cant forget Samantha who works up front. She assures Lux runs smoothly and clients are happy. Still highly recommend!

I got a beautiful full set and my nail technician was amazing! However, I’m not quite sure what her name was, but the nail technician seated next to us was extremely rude and was mocking her coworkers accents and proceeded to mock an asian accent to my nail technician’s face.... I was so upset but I kept my composure, I really wish I had said something to her but this is why i’m writing this review... Other than her, my experience there was nothing but good, and i’m in love with my nails!

My granddaughter had an appointment at 11:00 a.m. and they took care of others with an11:30 a.m. appointment first. We had to wait one hour to get her nails done. So it’s useless to make an appointment. Not good service.

This place is very clean. I had Efron. She’s amazing. Very outgoing and friendly. She did a great job on my nails. Only “con” I’d say is they’re very proud of their services 🥴 $75 for a full gel set. But worth it.

This place is good at what it does, but for those of you who don’t want or need extravagant sets of nails, I’d go somewhere else. I ended up paying $95 for JUST a gel mani pedi. Though they did turn out good, I personally do not think for something as basic as a gel mani/pedi it needs to be almost $100!Like i said, unless you plan on getting a full set (which I understand wanting to pay more to ensure you get exactly what you want) I’m sure this is THE place. But for everyone else, I recommend somewhere a tad cheaper.

I’ve had really bad luck and a hard time finding a good nail salon. They are a little pricey but it’s worth it! Eileen was great today. She took her time and my nails look exactly like the pic I showed her.

Overall great. My daughter and I came during the day so I knew it would be slow. We came at a good time when someone was free. I got the lavender pedicure.- My nail technician only knew a few English words but the front desk girl was able to help communicate.- I’m not a fan of the cheese grater for exfoliation so that is one reason it’s not 5 stars for me.- She was very careful with my feet and she did a great job on my daughter’s toes though so that’s good. (Just paint)- I had to ask for water. Usually places offer a drink.- The massage chairs are nice.- Everyone was very friendly and smiled.I’d like to give them a 4 or 5 but there were a few things that just weren’t my favorite.

My sister introduced me to this place and we loved it! But the girl moved closer to home and no longer worked here so I had a different person. This man did a horrible job. I went again with my friend and I had Vivian- Vivian was amazing !! I will be requesting her when i got back .

Service was excellent, he took his time, offered me drinks, most importantly my nails were PERFECT. I’ve got so many compliments on the hand painted nail art he did, they look so great. Overall a awesome experience. I just moved to Kyle from south Austin and I’m so glad I found a good spot! 💕

I have been to this salon twice now. Both times the Nail Techs were polite, friendly and did a wonderful job with my nails. Highly recommend. They do seem to be busier during weekends.

My daughter and I went in for nail service. The establishment is new and clean. The customer service is great. We were offered drinks while we sat and waited. My daughter did a full set, with acrylic and shellac. She had her nails done with an almond shape and one hand was clearly longer than the other. Her tech worked slowly and it still didnt match. After about 2 days, the shellac began to chip and one nail had acrylic crack right off. I had dip powder done and the final product looked gorgeous. But after 2 days I noticed all the waves and bubbles in my nails. We wont be going back. Everyone has different experiences so I hope yours will be better.

Went on a Sunday afternoon and no wait. Skylar is a QUEEN. She is an expert at fixing ingrown toenails if you need help with that sorta thing. Kim did my pedicure but Skylar assisted and the staff seemed to work really well as a team. Highly recommend. I got regular polish not gel- $28.

Had my first visit recently and saw Katie off the recommendation of a friend. Called ahead for an appointment. Front desk staff was friendly and started soaking my nails while Katie finished up. Didn’t have to wait long at all! They offered a drink while I waited. The salon was clean, quiet and relaxing. I came from a Buda salon and was used toy nail girl taking almost an hour and a half for dip nails, Katie was done in about 30-45min!!! And I never felt like she was rushing, my nails looked just as good as the girl who took forever at another salon! So happy with this first visit. Will be seeing Katie again soon!

We recently moved to Kyle and finding a new nail home was priority... and we “nailed it” the first time! This salon operates in a structured and professional manner and their adherence to protocol during COVID-19 is exemplary (I work in healthcare). You may not be able to walk in for services, but that’s because they won’t rush your services or have multiple people wait with their toes in water for 45 minutes before they’re attended to. The quality of work is beautiful (I’m a simple dip and polish, my daughter is a fancy ombré-trending-coffin nail kinda girl) and they truly have an artistic skill. This is not a bustling, loud, or jam-packed salon: it is a clean, professional, and quality place. 5 stars.

The salon is new, and they offer drinks, but they are a lot more expensive than other places nearby, and don’t tell you they tack on extra for gel. Also, there is always a wait, no matter the time. 3:00 on a Monday? Wait. 4:00 on a Tuesday? Wait. I sat in a chair for 20 minutes once. Also, I was told I had to wait to be seated before a party of three who was still waiting on their third person. After having a great nail salon for years where we moved from, I had hoped this would be my new place. Nope.

This is definitely my favorite nail salon I’ve been to. The customer service is fantastic and everyone that works there is very friendly and professional. It is worth driving to Kyle!

Went here with some girlfriends before a wedding to get a pedicure and dip manicure. Unfortunately we are from out of town so I can’t go back to get my nails fixed but the morning after I got my nails done I had one nail that cracked and one that was lifting. By the end of the day, three nails had completely come off. I have never had this experience with a dip manicure before. Extremely disappointed...for the price I paid I expected them to last longer than a day.

Lux Nail Spa is relaxing and has great drink choices. Sonny is meticulous. Expect to spend a little extra time but, it is well worth it. It is the best in town, hands down!

The salon is clean and looks nice. Drinks are also served, which is a plus. However, I had shellac done on my fingernails. The first time, majority of my nails started chipping the next day. I went back and let the same technician redo my entire shellac manicure and they started chipping again after a few days. Shellac is supposed to last about 3 weeks. I could tell that he does the top coat super sloppy. I would consider returning, but will be sure to ask for a different technician if I have to.

Ive found my new spot! They were attentive and did my nails exactly how I wanted them. The place is really nice too and well lit. Tools were sterilized also which is something I look for when I try a new place out.

Waited 45 mins to get my eyebrows waxed. To make it worse, the lady that did my eyebrows did an awful job. They were not symmetrical and made my eyebrows really really short. The only redeeming quality is that the front desk worker was very polite and kind. She did apologize for the wait.

I waited and hour and 20 minutes for a pedi. Service was nice and offered drinks while I waited. A lady that walked in 50 minutes after me got service first so they don’t have a good system with the waiting list. Also not enough workers for a Saturday there is only 6 people working on the floor today.

I do not recommend. I would in the past but not anymore. Nail polish came off and I asked for refund. They said they couldnt do it because they didnt know how.

First off, absolutely gorgeous in there and clean! I was shocked how beautiful it is inside when I first stepped in. Everyone was really nice (got a pedi) and did a great job. Definitely recommend going!

I went in at 11:45 am for a pedicure and a new solar set. The girl acted like she had no idea what a solar set was. Then she told me it was a long wait but she’d make me an appointment. I arrive on time for my 3:00 pm appointment only to be told it’s still a long wait. What’s the point of making an appointment if I have to wait?

This place is awesome! The space is beautiful, they do incredible work and they serve wine and cocktails while you wait.

I made an appointment for today and arrived early. I still had to wait thirty minutes for a chair even though chairs were available, Once seated I still waited another thirty minutes for a technician. I brought my own gel polish and ordered a classic pedi ($28). When checking out, I was charged almost $50!?! The hostess nor the technician told me that they add $20 for the gel polish. If they had, I would not have used it. I had brought my Mom along, so they wanted $96 for 2 classic pedis. OUTRAGEOUS! Then, there was the wait. NEVER GOING BACK!&@$(/!!!

Good customer service, I was seated rather quickly and Katie gave me a beautiful manicure. It was only $18, I will be a returning customer. They opened 2 months ago, the salon is clean and they also serve adult beverages.

Friendly staff (who fixed my toe after I bumped it and messed up the polish) and a lot of nice options. I had the cucumber pedicure and it was extremely relaxing.

The Lady that did my pedicure was so gentle and so good I will always use if possible 🤗I went back today to have another pedicure so disappointed 😣 She hurried so fast through my pedicure that me feet dont even feel soft my nail polish wasnt even all over my toenails and the old polish was still on a couple toes..Not to mention her breasts hanging out all over not happy at all 😔
