Let me start off by saying that I am TERRIFIED of the dentist. Dr. George and his team made sure I was comfortable and relaxed every step of the way. I came to Dr. George to get an extraction done. His assistant, Anna, was extremely comforting and made sure I was as numb as possible before Dr. George came to give me the novocaine. When it came time for the shot I had little to no pain, mostly just discomfort. The whole process of getting the extraction done was painless. Im 3 hour post extraction, all numbing has gone away and I have little to no pain and swelling. Dr. George and his staff are AMAZING and Im so glad to say Ive finally found a dentist! Huge shout out to Jose and Doris at the front desk for making sure I had everything I needed and answered all of my questions!

I have an autoimmune disorder that causes dry mouth - this contributes to tooth loss. I have found Dr. Zohrabyn to be exceptionally knowledgeable about this disease. There are no annoyed glances over my head at questions asked & good discussions have been had regarding my dental health & needs.Care/services are personalized & specific. I especially appreciate that there is no arrogance from the doctor when Ive stated that a tooth surface is not smooth. After 2 recent visits, one issue that needed immediate attention and the other a cleaning, I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience! Their thoroughness, professionalism and expertise, along with their pleasant manner, have given me confidence that I chose an excellent dental team!!

Would give them 10/5 if I could. Even though we were not regular patients, they fit us in (when our regular dentist couldnt) when my 9 yr old got hit in the mouth with a metal baseball bat. Everyone had a wonderful bedside manner and did a great job patching my son up!

Professional, courteous, timely, and top notch customer service! I had 2 emergencies within 3 days (was also a new patient), Dr.George and his staff was able to get me in super fast and did a phenomenal job! The office is clean and they are very thorough. I will be a lifetime customer!

Broke the back section of a molar, new it couldn’t be filled again. Dr. George said I needed a crown. Did NOT even feel the injection, the drilling didn’t hurt & the assistant was very professional & knowledgeable. I’d give this practice 5 stars.

I have had a fear and aversion to dentists for the last few years due to some traumatic, very bad dental practices at former dentists. I have finally found a dentist that listens, cares, is gentle, and caters to patients like me. I recently had a root canal, a tooth pulled, and an implant, and it was a totally pain-free experience during the procedures and afterward! PAIN FREE!! Dr. George and his staff are the absolute BEST!I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who needs a superb dentist.

So where do I begin, we all know tooth aches/any kind of tooth pain is the absolute worst. I was having this throbbing pain on my right side for over a year. I didn’t realize it was my wisdom tooth trying to come in, but unfortunately along the way it had got infected in exposed the nerve. I couldn’t sleep, it caused headaches, and I could only eat on my left side. I Google this sugarloaf smiles because I was trying to get seen TODAY in they were able to get me in. First off the office is nice in cozy. The Receptionist Kathy was awesome & very welcoming. Nurse Giselle is amazing I love her personality, she was informative about what I should expect and she even let me hold her hand because I was so nerves about getting the injection, super sweet.. but Dr. George is absolutely great, he calmed my nerves, the injection I was soooo nervous about I didn’t even feel.. he went over everything I shouldn’t do, made sure I understood then proceeded. When I say I literally was in & out I mean it. I got my wisdom tooth out in under 10 mins. Didn’t feel a thing. I will be returning for all my dental needs.

I started going to Dr. George about a year ago & have had nothing but positive experiences with him & his amazing staff! I recently moved to Athens but I still make the drive for their amazing care! I can’t say enough good things about Sugarloaf Smiles!

He has done a lot of dental work on me and Ive never had any pain or issues with any of the work! That means a lot to me! His chair side manor is professional but very caring! I cannot say enough good things about Sugarloaf smiles and my journey with them. I have had 3 implants, crowns, root canals, fillings and I’m 2 months away from completing my teeth alignment. For 30 years I dealt with dentist who don’t care and just want to swipe my card. My implants were 1/3 the costs of quotes from other local dentist. My crowns are flawless, I lost track of how many I had and can’t tell them from my natural teeth. Even my clear braces were affordable and the technology has come a long way, minimizing discomfort. Most of my crowns were ready same day or days after as they make them in-house. Dr. G and his staff are the nicest people you could meet and highly professional.You can tell they enjoy helping people in this industry.COVID-19 notes: wear a mask when you go. They take this very seriously as they are doing their part in reducing possible infection.

I am a dentist that lives in the Midwest. A friends wife in Georgia needed to see a dentist ASAP. I connected with Dr. Zohrabyan and he agreed to see her. She was very happy that I was able to let her know about Dr. Zohrabyan as she had seen another dentist that provided her with a treatment plan that was not fair to her. Dr. Z addressed her concerns in a professional manner and she had nothing but positive things to say.

Found this dentist on Facebook and was told that they except people with out insurance. Well I went it and was this first time I had been to a dentist in 3 years. I needed to get a back tooth pulled and the Doctor Zohrabyan and the office manager were really great. Did not feel a thing when I got my tooth pulled and still now its not bothering me like it was before. The doctor talked me through the whole process and was really good at his job. Now the office manager was really great he spoke about the VIP PLAN they have for people who dont have insurance and talked my stepmother through the process of what was what. Would recommend this dentist 🦷 to anyone who asks! Costumer service is top notch and everyone really friendly!

I thought this place had a great ambiance to it! From the moment I set foot into the office I felt great about going to the dentist. The dental hygienist Janet did an amazing job at cleaning my teeth while Justin the office manager even pitched in to help everyone was very hands on and practiced safety during this coviid-19 pandemic, I was really impressed! And the dentist himself was pretty amazing and I felt like I got all my answers actually answered! But hands down this was an amazing dental clinic and I recommend to anyone!!!

My hygienist Janet always gives my teeth a thorough cleaning while still being gentle. She makes sure I understand each step of the process which helps keep me comfortable and confident that I’m receiving honest dental care. Unfortunately I have to come in for some fillings soon, but scheduling my next appointment was easy with the friendly staff. 100% recommend!

This is an amazing dentistry. They treated me so good. I can smile again, confidently after 20 years. They were patient, kind and very clean.The CDC guidelines are put into place and they are upheld with very strict guidelines. I don’t have insurance and their VIP payment option is amazing. Email and text notifications make sure you dont forget your appointments.Best of all, Ive yet to spend any significant amount of time waiting to be seen. They always seem to efficiently schedule and see patients and usually take me back before my appointment even starts as long as I do my part and arrive early.All around great family dentist.

Have been a patient of Dr. Cohens for more than 25 years. My dental health was fairly poor when I first went to him. My first visit was an emergency. I had a bad molar and was in a lot of pain. He saw me within an hour of my calling his office. He performed a root canal and fitted a crown. He called me at home that evening to check on me. Everything had gone well and I recovered quickly. Hes fixed several issues for me over the years, including a couple of implants to replace molars that wouldnt hold up to additional work. With his care, my dental health has improved dramatically. Dr. Cohen is very straightforward. His quality of care is consistently high. The staff is friendly and efficient. I never wait long, and the office is a pleasant environment. Ive recommended him to family members, and many now go to him. Highly recommended.

Great service, very clean, but they are charging $25 extra for Covid-19 PPE, doesn’t matter if it is just a quick cleaning.What if everywhere we go they charged like this. We would spend hundreds of dollars every day.I think it is a little high.

Dentist Cohen removed me from his cleaning schedule because I went to another dentist for a bridge procedure. The front office was very disorganized and quoted me two completely different prices for bridge and implant procedure. I was confused and office staff was rude and unprofessional. Thank you for doing me this favor. Avoid this overpriced dentist.
